While the building is old, the excellent services more than made up for it, and we had a wonderful stay. The staff were also very kind. The drinks and snacks were great, but breakfast was the best—generous portions and very satisfying. This was better than a typical buffet.

I occasionally use R9. It’s a great way to keep costs down—especially the humidifier during the dry season. In hot weather I bring a cooler box, so I particularly like having a refrigerator that can freeze ice packs. The other amenities are more than sufficient, and the value for money is excellent. It’s also nice that the air conditioner is sometimes turned on in advance during summer heat. I’d like to stay again. If I had one complaint, it would be the complimentary frozen meals—I’d appreciate it if the seasoning could be improved a bit.

It felt like stepping into the world of Anne of Green Gables (though I believe Anne is from Canada...), and it was a wonderful space. The Room also had an antique feel, and my daughter was absolutely delighted. The open-air bath requires a Reservation. Unfortunately, because it’s so popular, we couldn’t use it this time, which was disappointing. Next time I’ll make a Reservation earlier (haha). Since the weather wasn’t great, I’d love to visit again during rose season.

Standard services consistent throughout the whole country. I was able to relax and rest very well. There was a conveyor-belt sushi restaurant right in front, which was convenient.

This was our second stay, and this time we enjoyed a three-night Multiple Night Stay. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the amenities and bath facilities were excellent. The Room was spacious and spotless, with beautiful interior design. Thanks to the thoughtful care shown to guests, we had a truly comfortable trip—thank you. Whenever we visit Azumino, this is the Accommodation we choose.

As per the reviews, this accommodation offered exceptional cuisine. Dinner was delicious, and the handwritten menu by the head chef for breakfast the next day added a heartfelt touch to our experience. The staff member who assisted us was very polite and attentive. Visiting the enchanting Kinrin Lake in the morning made for a wonderful memory. Thank you so much! As for future improvements, perhaps strengthening the Wi-Fi in the room would be helpful. It was quite cold walking outside to reach the onsen, so we hope to visit again during a more pleasant season.

This was my first stay since the Hotel changed its name, but it remains one of my favorite Hotels in Okinawa. I stayed here on the third night of my 4-night, 5-day trip to Okinawa. As it had been a few years since my last visit, a wave of nostalgia hit me the moment I checked in. The Room layout is a bit like a maze, which is part of the fun, and the in-Room pool was just as spacious, clean, and refreshing as before. I also appreciated that it’s heated, so I could swim morning and night. All of the staff were pleasant, and I enjoyed chatting with them during meals. For dinner, I always request in-Room dining with the “Agu Pork Shabu-Shabu Plan,” and this time as well I thoroughly enjoyed it until I was completely full. Everything on the breakfast menu was delicious too, but especially the “Yushi Tofu,” which had an outstanding broth flavor. We were blessed with great weather, making for a very comfortable stay. I would love to stay again.

This stay became a truly memorable experience. The staff welcomed us with warm smiles, guided us around the Accommodation with great care, and showed thoughtful attention to every detail—service that naturally made us want to return. We felt comfortable throughout our stay. The Onsen was, simply put, outstanding. Our Room had a private open-air bath that we could enjoy all to ourselves. The water temperature was perfect, and from the moment we stepped in, it felt as if all the tension left our body. Soaking slowly while looking out over the beautiful forest was pure bliss, and we enjoyed it many times during our stay. The amenities also had a wonderful fragrance and quickly became a favorite. We chose the sake tasting Plan, and each selection had its own character and was fun to compare. As a sake lover, I was especially happy to be able to order Hiroki Aiyama separately—an exceptionally rare bottle—so finding it on the menu genuinely thrilled me. It paired perfectly with Aizu dishes such as herring marinated with Japanese pepper leaves. Being able to enjoy such precious sake while traveling is a truly luxurious memory, and it felt like something unique to an Accommodation in Aizu. They also lend inflatable rings for the Onsen. At first I thought, “An inflatable ring in an Onsen?” but after trying it, I was honestly amazed by how comfortable it was. Floating effortlessly while soaking lets you relax even more deeply than usual. It made me appreciate both their creativity and their playful desire for guests to fully enjoy the Onsen experience. The inflatable ring left a strong impression—I could soak almost face-down in complete relaxation. The cuisine, Onsen, and service were all excellent; this wasn’t an Accommodation where only one aspect stood out—the entire experience was consistently high quality. Thoughtful care could be felt everywhere, and the whole place overflowed with genuine hospitality. People say travel is defined by where you stay, and this visit truly proved that saying right. From the superb Onsen and heartwarming service to the eye-opening inflatable ring experience, it became a wonderful trip filled with great memories. We would love to visit again in another season—thank you very much.”

It was my first time staying at this accommodation, and it was a wonderful experience. The vegetarian cuisine was very delicious, including the kenchin soup and sesame tofu, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The private bath system allowed me to relax without any concerns. The morning service the next day was explained in detail by the guide, allowing me to learn a lot. I also had a chance to try zazen meditation upon prior request, and as a beginner, the head priest kindly guided me through it. I would love to stay here again when visiting Zenkoji Temple.

A stunning environment with remarkable architecture. Arriving early comes with a special privilege for the first guest of the day, as a charming male staff member guided us through an empty corridor, marking the beginning of a retreat that feels like floating in the forest. The meals were exceptional and truly moving. However, because this is such a perfect retreat accommodation, certain details stood out as unusual: The white chrysanthemums displayed at the restroom sink had turned brown and wilted, and despite being the first to use it that day, there was a mix of hair clumps and dust in one corner of the restroom stall. The flowers remained unchanged for two days, catching my eye multiple times—leaving me feeling disheartened on six occasions. While I didn’t notice any trash elsewhere during my stay, seeing those flowers untouched made me wonder about how cleaning by staff is managed here. Petals are generously used in your beautiful dishes; they were delightful to enjoy and deeply appreciated. However, it left an impression that perhaps no one among your staff noticed or cared for those small chrysanthemums at handwashing areas. I sincerely hope this can be improved upon—and I look forward to visiting again!

It was a wonderful villa with a lovely atmosphere and great views. Two issues: the dryer switched to cool air drying a few minutes after starting, so it was unusable. Also, please make it so that people inside the toilet cannot be seen through the door (especially when the light is on). That was very uncomfortable.

This was my first time staying at a whole-house Hotel, and the staff were very kind—the services were excellent. I was also very satisfied with the handwritten letter and the spacious Room.\nHowever, while I was in the bathroom, a foreigner repeatedly tried to force open the front door (security), rattling it over and over. It was frightening to have someone loitering around the entrance, and their behavior was so scary that I had to go through the trouble of chasing them away.\nIt seems they had mistaken the location, but I couldn’t even use the bathroom in peace. At check-in, I would like Hotel staff to always accompany guests and guide them to the house.

I traveled with my dog and my elderly parents. Because my mother was undergoing breast cancer treatment, we ruled out Accommodations with large shared baths that would be used together with other guests. That’s why this kind of private, whole-house rental traditional farmhouse Accommodation was truly appreciated, and it was our first time staying here. We also found the service very comfortable—welcoming and thoughtful, yet not intrusive, with just the right sense of distance. Since the interior is a renovated old house, most areas are wooden floors except for the tatami Room(s). To be honest, that can be hard on a dog’s paws, but if you bring blankets or similar items and make sure your dog has soft places to rest and walk on as much as possible, it isn’t an issue at all. The meals provided were also delicious, and we were very satisfied. There was even a massage chair in the spacious earthen-floor area, which our family took turns using. It seems there are several other Accommodations in this series as well, so next time I’d like to visit a different one too.

I chose this Hotel because it is close to my company for a business trip. It is near Daimon Station and Onarimon Station, and within walking distance to Shimbashi Station and Hamamatsucho Station. The room was as small as a typical Business Hotel but clean. Although the Room was small, there were tables and chairs on the first floor with power outlets, providing a good workspace. Additionally, breakfast included bread, and coffee was available for free, which was nice overall. Having a Lawson convenience store nearby was also very convenient.

I was able to relax comfortably in a semi-double room thanks to the complimentary upgrade. The complimentary bath salts also helped me unwind, even in the unit bath.

I stayed on 2026/8/9. Thanks to the staff’s attentive service and their warm, understated smiles, I had a very comfortable stay. The policy seemed to be “smart, unobtrusive service,” and it truly was excellent. There may be many luxury Hotels, but the comfort here was far superior to the Hotel with a large local products market where I stayed the next day. The Room was bright and spotless, access to the station and sightseeing spots was great, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby—overall, it was simply outstanding. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

The front desk staff kindly provided information about the parking lot and nearby attractions. They recommended a famous food stall within walking distance, which I visited. A welcome drink was offered. Having a parking lot was very convenient for me as I traveled by car. It seems that you can take your car in and out freely (though I left mine parked during my stay).

A solid Business Hotel with everything you need. The 11:00 checkout was also appreciated. In the room I used, the power outlets were hard to access from the bed, so an extension cord would be helpful.
