I stayed with the No Meals Included plan for an errand in Kanda. For me, it was good value for money and I could relax comfortably. The Room was clean. However, the scent of fabric softener on the sheets and other bedding felt a bit strong to me (it had settled down by the time I checked out). The amenities were explained to me, so I had no trouble using the self-service setup. It was convenient for getting around thanks to the nearby station and the Edo Bus. There are many wholesalers in the area, and it was interesting to walk around. I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

I stayed for one night starting February 22. The two male staff members at the front desk were very kind and courteous, and they carefully explained the amenities, complimentary drinks, and loungewear. They also showed me how to use the Hotel facilities, which made me even more excited to stay here. The Room was a bit small, but it was thoroughly cleaned and perfectly comfortable. The bath area was compact as well, but it was well maintained. They placed hinoki wood in the tub, and the soothing scent filled the space. Breakfast the next morning included salad and was very healthy, delicious, and filling. The pillow in my Room was quite firm, so I used a lower pillow available at the front desk. It was very comfortable to sleep on. My husband said he preferred the standard pillow provided. Overall, I was completely satisfied with this Hotel.

The in-room loungewear had a beautiful tsumugi-style pattern. It was also great that the Room had a separate toilet and shower booth, rather than a unit bath. Since the large public bath is spacious, I think the in-room shower is more than enough.

I chose this property for its direct access to Norikura Kogen Ski Resort, and the meals cooked over the irori hearth were excellent, with many dishes made using local ingredients. The building seems a bit old, so there were a few minor inconveniences, but the view from the open-air bath was great. The staff were also very kind. I’d like to stay here again.

Many guests were also staying here to go golfing. The Hotel staff were very kind. The Room was thoroughly cleaned, and I had a comfortable stay. The food was delicious as well. I was very satisfied. Thank you!

During Golden Week in Takeo Onsen, when many visitors come to the area, I stayed one night at this impressive property at the foot of the mountains. The facilities were very clean, and the baths were excellent. The sauna seemed to be out of order, but even with just the baths I was sweating nonstop. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I could enjoy it at a relaxed pace. It was also reassuring that the staff made frequent rounds. I would like to stay again.

I chose this Hotel after reading Reviews myself. When I called to let them know I would be checking in late, the staff response was excellent and very courteous. The Room felt clean and was good. The bath had a spacious tub, and the amenities were also good. The nightwear was comfortable as well, and I thought it was a recommended Hotel. One disappointing point: the call starts with an automated message, which felt a bit bothersome.

As we did last year, we stayed at your Accommodation again. We were blessed with great weather and had a truly comfortable, relaxing time. The BBQ was so generous we were completely full, and the fish ball soup was amazing! We also really appreciated being able to enjoy the light breakfast items, frozen foods, coffee, and more at our own pace. Thank you as well for storing the fish we caught in your refrigerator—it was a huge help. We were also grateful for the discount voucher for Yupopo nearby. This is only a small request, but since we go fishing, we would be very happy if there were a shared kitchen area for guests like at a campsite. Even if that’s difficult, it would have been even better if there had been some shade—such as a parasol or tarp—by the faucet and table area we used this time. We will definitely stay again. We stayed here because we wanted a nearby Hotel to see Shiki Theatre Company and enjoy dining. There were many international guests and some groups, so I expected it might be lively, but the floor we stayed on was very quiet. My two daughters loved the Room’s interior, and they were happy that the amenities were well stocked. I was also very satisfied because I could relax and enjoy reading.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. We enjoyed plenty of delicious, fresh seasonal vegetables. Everything tasted wonderful. It made us want to visit again in a different season. The food was so good that we forgot to take photos—so we only have the first and last ones. The Room was also very clean. Having a kitchen was great. The amenities were tasteful as well. This is a Ryokan I had wanted to stay at for a long time, and it exceeded my expectations. Beautiful fresh flowers throughout, truly delicious cuisine, an impressive hinoki bath, and kind staff—just to name a few. It is an elegant Ryokan with pet-friendly Rooms; we traveled with our Miniature Schnauzer, who tends to be quite wary, but he didn’t bark at all and we enjoyed a calm overnight stay.

The timing for clearing the dishes was very poor. Although I had informed you of my buckwheat allergy, it was very disappointing that you still tried to serve buckwheat. The food was very delicious and excellent. Thank you very much.

We had a very comfortable stay. The unit also has a bathroom, and you can use a nearby Onsen and indoor pool at a discounted rate. You can find fresh local ingredients at the nearby A-Coop, so cooking in the kitchen is also enjoyable. We even saw squirrels and deer, and an early-morning walk felt wonderful.

It was a busy two-night stay with the festival and expo, but I had a comfortable time. The staff were very accommodating with luggage delivery, allowing me to fully enjoy my trip. I'm really glad I chose this Hotel. Thank you so much for everything. I rated the Facility and equipment 4 because of poor signal reception.

The towels and tissues felt a bit insufficient considering the size of the property. It would also be nice if there were a wider variety of tableware for meals. However, despite arriving two hours late due to traffic, we were warmly welcomed and had a very relaxing time, which made us extremely satisfied. Thank you very much. We used this accommodation for the first time during our annual three-generation trip and created wonderful memories in a fantastic room! Reason for choosing this room: - The photos of the room and location on IKYU.com were very beautiful. - The reviews had high ratings. Positive points: - Access to various modern appliances. - Spacious living room and bedrooms. - Air conditioning was already on at check-in. - Clean rooms. - Abundant amenities, including beauty face masks. - Three toilets, one on each floor. - Scenic ocean view. Areas for improvement: - The shower operation and bathtub buttons were difficult to understand; having instructions or guides would be helpful, especially for elderly guests or children unfamiliar with the equipment. - The refrigerator door was hard to open, and it didn’t cool well; while other appliances were modern, the refrigerator seemed like a basic model suitable for two-person households. It couldn’t chill beer properly, so we had to use the freezer. - When using the drying mode of the washer-dryer, a maintenance sign appeared, preventing it from drying clothes properly; as we left it running overnight in drying mode while sleeping, we found wet laundry in the morning which was disappointing. Maintenance seems necessary as cleaning access is not possible for guests. Overall impression: The spacious living area allowed all nine of us to dine together at a large table comfortably! With excellent facilities overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. There was also a guest notebook where everyone shared their delightful experiences! We look forward to staying here again!

We stayed as a family (6 adults, 2 children, and 1 dog). The high ceilings, cleanliness, and spaciousness made our stay very comfortable. Despite the extreme summer heat, a small pool was provided for the children to cool off and have fun. With games and karaoke available, we didn’t need to bring additional entertainment—it was more than enough to enjoy. We prepared our own meals, but the kitchen was well-equipped with utensils and cooking tools. A couple of points we noticed: the shower water pressure was weak (even after following instructions to turn off the outdoor bathtub), and despite setting the air conditioning to 18°C at maximum fan speed, it still felt warm indoors—likely due to the 37°C heat outside combined with high ceilings and good sunlight exposure. Overall, we were very satisfied! We’re already talking about coming back during colder months to enjoy using the fireplace. We’d love to stay again—thank you so much!

We stayed with four adults and two dogs. By the bedside, there were a cot bed for the dogs, pet pads, and dog diapers provided, which was very helpful. The meals were separated for dinner and breakfast and stored in the refrigerator, and instructions were included, so preparing them was easy. We were very satisfied with both the portion size and the taste! The hayashi rice was delicious. The sauna also got properly hot—very satisfying as well. Convenience stores and supermarkets are nearby, so it’s easy to buy extra drinks. We bought spiny lobster at Roadside Station Chikura, and it was great that the provided cookware and tableware were large enough to handle it easily. It was so comfortable that we relaxed until right before checkout—sorry we couldn’t tidy up much. It was a wonderful break for us (and our dogs). Even before our stay, your email communication was very courteous, which made us feel at ease. We’d love to stay again. Thank you very much.
