This was my fourth visit to Ishigaki Island. Until now I had stayed at a Resort Hotel, but this time I happened to find this Hotel online and made a Reservation because the Reviews were so good. I wanted to spend my time without being tied to meal times, so I did not include meals. The Hotel is located at the 730 Intersection, so there are plenty of shops nearby, and there’s a yakiniku restaurant right next to the Room. There’s also a convenience store in the neighboring building, so it was completely hassle-free. And the best part was the free-flow drinks: the refrigerator was packed with alcohol and soft drinks, and even ice cream in the freezer. If you like drinks, it’s irresistible. The Room was spacious and very comfortable. Everything you might need was thoughtfully provided—perfectly described as “they’ve thought of everything”—and it made for a truly relaxing stay. We originally planned to stay 5 nights, but a typhoon was forecast to hit directly, so we had to return home after 3 nights. We Cancelled the Reservation for the remaining 2 nights, and they didn’t charge any Cancellation Fee and even refunded our accommodation cost—an incredibly considerate Hotel. It ended up being a hectic trip, but we were truly satisfied. We would love to stay here again next time. Additional note: The convenience store next door is open from 7:00 to 0:00. When it first opens in the morning, items like rice balls may not be fully stocked yet, so if you want breakfast there, I recommend preparing it the day before.

Although it is a bit far from Kansai, this Facility is worth visiting. There is Pension Shishikui nearby, and it was nice to swim in the cove in front of the pension. The night sky with stars was also beautiful.

We stayed with two families (10 guests) and were very satisfied. The women especially appreciated how easy the kitchen area was to use. The bath was also very comfortable, with Onsen water. We also enjoyed an outdoor BBQ, and the provided insect-repellent items—such as mosquito coils—made it very comfortable. The kids loved playing Nintendo Switch on the projector and watching videos or listening to music via Fire TV Stick. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

An amazing location surrounded by breathtaking nature. In the morning, we took a walk with the kids through the great outdoors, spotting animal tracks and even wild squirrels and deer. It was a magnificent experience you can’t get in everyday life. What makes SANU special is being able to enjoy it all with peace of mind. From helpful communication before our Reservation to well-maintained Facilities and equipment, plus advance information about the surrounding area, there’s plenty of support to help you stay comfortably. Our whole family was able to enjoy this extraordinary experience with confidence.

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days with two adults and one dog. The high ceiling created an amazing sense of openness the moment we entered the Room, and the greenery spreading across the windows was even more beautiful than we imagined! We had a relaxing time cooking with ingredients bought at a local supermarket, listening to music, and unwinding—it was truly refreshing. We would love to stay again.

The property is only about six months old, so the building, rooms, and pool were very clean! There was a washing machine available, but unfortunately, there was no drying rack. In terms of security, while the outer door could be locked, there was no wall next to it as the adjacent area is open. It felt like someone could enter if they wanted to. Although security was a slight concern, the kids seemed very happy and said they would love to come back again!

The pool was absolutely satisfying, with float rings provided, which was a thoughtful touch for those who can't swim—something not often seen in other villas. The sauna had the perfect temperature, allowing us to sweat and feel refreshed. The pet-friendly Room was wonderful, and they even gifted us a blanket! The restroom smelled amazing; I even wanted to know what they used so I could use it at home. We stayed here for a birthday celebration and had an incredible time thanks to this place. Thank you so much! We look forward to staying here again in the future. Also, we loved the design of the sofa and speakers—the designer has excellent taste! Highly recommended for everyone!

The large public bath and breakfast were satisfactory. The Room was good and overall decent.

Stayed for 3 nights and 4 days with No Meals Included. The room was clean, and the amenities were well-prepared, making my stay very comfortable. The location is also good, and I would like to use it again if I have the chance.

I had a very comfortable stay. The Room was quite dry, so I thought it would be nice to have a humidifier, but I was glad I could sleep well in the spacious, comfortable bed. I also really liked the hair dryer and am thinking of buying one for myself.

I was very excited after seeing the photos. The Room was clean, bright, and comfortable with no unpleasant drain odors. The complimentary coffee service was a delightful touch. It seems there are various types of Rooms available, so I would love to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Close to the sea, you can see the beautiful ocean from the room on sunny days. There are many stylish restaurants and souvenir shops nearby, so you won't have trouble finding meals. The sauna was authentic, the cold bath was chilly, and the outdoor air bath was excellent. The room design and amenities were all stylish.

This is a very clean and comfortable Hotel. The bath area was not crowded, so I could relax and enjoy it at my own pace.

It’s a fairly new Hotel, and the Room was spacious and comfortable. The toilet is separate, which made it very convenient. The complimentary breakfast was also quite substantial and delicious. I took the Airport Liner from Higo-Ozu Station to the airport, and since I could walk through the station from the north exit (where the Hotel is) to the south exit (where the bus stop is), I reached the stop in about two minutes. It was a hot day, but I could get there without breaking a sweat—very easy and convenient!

This Hotel feels warm and welcoming, not like a cold Business Hotel. If I had to be picky, I would have preferred a softer pillow.

It was a cozy accommodation, but a very clean and excellent ryokan. The food was outstanding, especially the Joshu beef steak. Additionally, the handmade soba noodles were delicious. The private onsen was slightly small but a very nice bath. Thank you for your hospitality.

The jinbei loungewear was very comfortable to wear. I even went to the breakfast restaurant wearing it. Breakfast also offered a good variety—Japanese and Western dishes as well as desserts—considering the reasonable Accommodation Fee. There was a Doutor coffee machine in the lobby, which I also enjoyed.

This was my first stay, and I had a very comfortable time. Thank you very much for your kind and attentive support. I would love to stay again.

The Facility is quite old, but it is kept very clean, and you can see the lake from the window. The bath switches between men and women by time slot, and the Noh stage-inspired design was wonderful. There was also a live Sado Okesa performance—I'm glad I chose this place! Aokiya is really great!

The meals were delicious, and the bath was pleasantly warm so I could soak for a long time. My skin felt silky smooth.
