I’ve stayed at this Accommodation quite a few times recently, and the Onsen after hiking really helped relieve my fatigue and left my skin smooth. I also enjoyed a proper morning bath—it was pure bliss. The accommodation fee is reasonable, and this was my first time choosing yakiniku for dinner; both the beef and pork were excellent. One thing I noticed was that the ventilation in the dining area felt a bit weak. For guests who aren’t eating yakiniku, having other dishes in that environment might be somewhat uncomfortable. That said, I really liked the Room and its atmosphere—it suits my taste, and I can relax and spend time at ease—so I’d love to stay again next time. I’d also like to try staying in a Room with an open-air bath inside! Thank you very much.

This was my first time staying at a container Hotel, and it was so comfortable that I might not be able to stay at other Hotels anymore. First of all, no stress with elevators, parking is nearby, and if the timing is right, you can park right in front. There’s enough distance between Rooms, so you don’t hear noise from neighboring Rooms—this is very important. I had a stress-free stay. The refrigerator and freezer are well-equipped; even ice cream stays perfectly frozen (laughs). In other Hotels, freezers are just an extra feature, so ice cream often melts into liquid form. This one is spacious and fits anything you need. There’s also a microwave in the Room that you can use anytime—it’s fantastic!

We stayed here with our two dogs. It’s a charming, dignified traditional Japanese house Accommodation, and it was spotless and impeccably clean throughout. The Room was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including plenty of dog supplies, so even if you forget something, you’ll be just fine. The seasonal meals were delicious and beautifully prepared. Our dogs seemed to really like the handsome staff member, which gave us a good laugh. This is an Accommodation we’d love to stay at again—perfect for soothing both mind and body. Highly recommended for anyone traveling with their dog.

I had made a Reservation under the Standard Plan, but they upgraded my Room, so I was able to stay at a great value. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and was delicious—I was very satisfied. There are lots of play areas for small children, but adults can enjoy it too. It was my first time trying pickleball, and I really enjoyed it. It’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

It was great that the Hotel is close to the station, and I could get from the Hotel to the station without getting wet, making shopping and dining very convenient! There’s also a convenience store nearby, so it was nice to be able to come and go even when I got a little hungry at night. The Room faced south with a panoramic view of Suruga Bay, which I really enjoyed. I’d definitely like to stay here again when I visit Shizuoka. Check-out was smooth too—just put the card in the box and leave. The breakfast buffet was delicious as well! One thing I noticed is that it’s better to take a full look around first before choosing what to get. The freshly cooked fried eggs were especially tasty! I definitely recommend adding breakfast. We stayed here for a family trip for the first time in a while. It was a wonderful Accommodation, just as friends had recommended if we were staying in Dogo. As many Reviews mention, the location is truly excellent. It’s close to Dogo Onsen Honkan, and it was an easy walk—enjoying shopping along the arcade—to Dogo Onsen Station and the Karakuri Clock. We had informed them in advance that we would use the parking lot, and upon arrival they kindly guided us there, which made it very easy to understand. Our Room was on the 7th floor with a great view over Dogo town; our son relaxed while looking out at the scenery the whole time. Thank you for arranging such a nice view. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style, and everything was delicious. A staff member in training quickly noticed and cleared empty plates, so even with four of us we could keep plenty of space on the table. We were especially happy to be able to try tai-meshi. The bath—praised by my family as well (“I’m glad you chose an Accommodation with an open-air bath!”)—was a comfortable size. The open-air bath felt wonderful with the night breeze; we could look up at the sky and unwind, which really eased our daily fatigue. In the morning there were fewer people as well, so we could soak slowly. The relaxation area prepared outside the bath (the water was delicious) also had chairs by the window with a panoramic view. It was great being able to enjoy both nighttime and morning views of Dogo. Before our stay I emailed some questions; they replied quickly and explained everything carefully, which helped us feel at ease. If I had one small suggestion, it would be that an exhaust fan in the toilet inside the guest Room would have been nice. Overall, everyone on staff was very pleasant and we were very satisfied. Our trip to Dogo Onsen became a wonderful memory thanks to choosing Chaharu. Thank you very much.

In addition to its convenient location within walking distance of Sapporo Station and many restaurants, the reliable ANA-branded service offers peace of mind, and the pricing makes it easy to use even for business trips. Unlike many typical Business Hotels in recent years, the property has a calm, substantial atmosphere, and the guest rooms felt spacious. The rooms have separate bath and toilet areas, were very clean, and made for a comfortable stay. I was also impressed by how politely the staff spoke and their attentive service throughout my stay. The Sapporo Station South Exit area is convenient for business dinners as well, and the ease of getting around is another major advantage. I found this Hotel extremely practical as a base for both private travel and business trips. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Sapporo. Thank you very much.

With prices rising everywhere, I think this Hotel offers excellent value near Disney! The Room is clean and cute, and it’s spacious enough for two people. There isn’t a direct bus to DisneySea, but you can take the bus to Maihama, so it didn’t feel inconvenient at all. I’d love to stay again!

All the staff were extremely courteous, and we had a very comfortable stay. The meals were delicious, and the private open-air bath was especially relaxing and wonderful. The complimentary services were also excellent, so we enjoyed our time in the property as well. They kindly recommended places to visit for our planned Kanazawa sightseeing the next day, which made it even more enjoyable.

I asked if you could store our luggage on the night we weren’t staying because of a concert, and you kindly agreed—it was a huge help. Every staff member was calm and attentive, and we were able to relax completely. My son loved it too!

I stayed here with two friends from out of town. I’ve stayed at various Hotels in Akiu Onsen, but Hana no Yu’s buffet was outstanding! You can make your own drinks, and there was a wide variety of delicious dishes from appetizers to desserts. The Room was very clean and I was very satisfied. There are three Onsen baths, so we were able to fully enjoy them. I’d love to visit again.

The room initially seemed small and uncomfortable based on the photos, but it turned out to be a pleasant stay. The view from the room's window was likely one of the reasons for this, as it felt open and not claustrophobic. The bathroom and toilet were indeed small and not very comfortable to use. However, there were no malfunctions, and as expected, the toilet had a bidet function. I'll give it full marks for that reason alone. It might be worth upgrading the showerhead to something better since this is not a Business Hotel. Adding an odor-eliminating feature to the toilet could also improve things further. A slightly larger TV screen in the room would have been better since it's not very clear when viewed from the bed. I used my own DVDs with a DVD player provided in the room and watched Saariaho's "L'Amour de Loin" and Pergolesi's "Adriano in Siria." The soundproofing of the room could be improved as some ambient noise from outside was audible, though it wasn't overly disruptive—just enough to keep my volume low while watching movies or listening to music. The room was clean with a comfortable bed, offering no major inconveniences; however, overall it felt comparable to a Business Hotel standard. Some high-end Business Hotels even offer better rooms than this one—with more functional TVs, air purifiers readily available, or accessory trays provided. For its price point, I found the room somewhat lacking; however, what truly stands out about this hotel is its excellent location—it’s directly connected to Sunshine City shopping complex! The hotel's interior design is stylish overall; having well-stocked convenience store items nearby adds value too! The view from my upgraded higher-grade Room (thanks due-to availability) especially shines at night-time scenery-wise! Elevators are plentiful so waiting times aren’t frustrating either! Breakfast buffet quality-wise rates average yet unique inclusion like buckwheat galettes stood-out positively amongst offerings! In conclusion: While pricing may lean towards expensive-side relatively speaking—this accommodation excels primarily thanks-to unbeatable location alongside stunning nighttime views

This was our second stay, following last year. The buffet offered a wide variety of cuisines and dishes, so it never felt repetitive, but it was a little disappointing that main-dish items were only available separately. Most Facilities were free to use, and our grandchildren were able to enjoy them without hesitation, which we were very happy about. They’re already saying they want to come again!

It was my first time in Hakone Gora, and I was able to relax at this quiet Accommodation surrounded by forest. From the welcome drink onward, the meals kept coming—an indulgent dinner with plenty of cheese and meat. It was a bit too much for me, but everything was delicious. Breakfast was wonderful as well, with freshly cooked rice, miso soup, and rice topped with an Onsen egg—I thoroughly enjoyed a Japanese-style breakfast for the first time in a while. It is a small-scale Accommodation with a calm atmosphere; the Room was spacious enough, and there was also an open-air bath, which made it very convenient to use. I was happy to wake up to birdsong. All of the staff were very kind and attentive—thank you very much.

I stayed here to get away from my hometown for a relaxing break. The Hotel staff were very kind, and I had a wonderful holiday. If I’m in the area again, I’d love to stay here again. Thank you very much.

It had been a while since I found a Ryokan that made me think, “I want to come back.” The view of Mikawa Bay right in front of us was truly stunning, and the sunset while soaking in the Onsen was unforgettable. The staff were all friendly and welcoming with warm smiles, which made our stay feel comfortable and worry-free. The meals, centered around seafood, were all delicious and very satisfying in portion size. The fresh sashimi especially left a lasting impression. This Accommodation is perfect for anyone who wants to slow down and relax away from the noise of the city. Next time, I’d love to return with my family. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Everything was wonderful. I checked in feeling completely exhausted that day, but the staff kindly offered to show me where the restaurant was if I didn’t mind, and since they could seat me right away, I ended up having dinner there. As I was dining alone, I asked the staff about portion sizes while ordering, and it turned into a truly delicious and happy meal. The Room was just the right size, so I could relax and recover. The next morning I took it easy as well. I got some cake and bread to take out and went to a friend’s Hotel where they were staying to eat them, and they were so good that I regretted not having breakfast here. I’m sure I’ll stay here again next time!

I was glad that the toilet and bath were separate. I also appreciated being moved to the ladies’ room. I had a comfortable stay.
