Thank you for the delicious meal. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into it, and the paired drinks were excellent as well. The large public bath was on the smaller side, but the private open-air bath was too good to enjoy just once—I wanted to use it again and again. Next time, I’d like to book early from the start.

I was able to relax in a renovated traditional house while enjoying the lush garden view. The location is also close to the “Udatsu Townscape,” and even after the 10:00 check-out, you can leave your car parked until 12:00, which made it easy to look around. Breakfast is simple—rice with a few side dishes—but it also included local pickles, which was good. Please note that the Room has only a shower, and the private bath is available only until 20:00, so if you arrive in the evening you may not be able to use the bath.

Stayed for work in August 2026 for four nights. The Room was a bit small, but it felt more spacious than the one in Hamamatsucho—I even wished I had stayed here the whole time instead of moving to Hamamatsucho. I was very satisfied with both the complimentary drinks and alcohol service. With restaurants and a supermarket nearby, and located in a residential area, it was very convenient. I would consider staying again on my next business trip.

I was pleasantly surprised that all the front desk staff were young Japanese, with no foreign staff at all! 　From 5:00 p.m., there was a free service offering draft beer, oden, and snacks. 　　It was my first time staying at an Accommodation with this kind of service! 　　 Thank you to all the staff—keep up the great work!

The lobby, guest rooms, dining area, and restrooms were all clean and well maintained, and we were able to spend our stay comfortably. In addition to yukata for adults, they also provided adorable yukata and even slippers for children. The front desk staff spoke directly to our child, and we really appreciated their thoughtfulness in treating even a small child as an individual guest. If I could make one request regarding the facilities, it would be that the elevator be a bit larger or that there be an additional one. The large public bath was on the 5th floor, but when trying to ride from our room floor we sometimes ran into other guests with large suitcases. We had to let it go by about twice, and on the way back to our room we took the stairs. For dinner, they cooked rice at our table over about 30 minutes, so we could enjoy piping-hot, glossy Koshihikari rice. That was genuinely impressive! We also enjoyed the sashimi, chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), and simmered kinmedai (splendid alfonsino). However, for our family the portions were a bit too much—we felt bad leaving most of the hot pot dishes. The kids’ plate for toddlers included items children love such as fried shrimp, hamburger steak, and gratin, and our child happily ate it. Having a kids’ space next to the dining area was also a huge help for us as a family with children. While we ate at ease, our child watched Thomas & Friends videos and played with other kids. I do regret leaving without trying the coffee service or muffins in the lobby—but that just gives us another reason to come back next time. This is a hotel I can recommend to families traveling with children. This time we used the Hakone Yumoto Station hot-springs loop bus; however on the way back it can get crowded and sometimes you may not be able to board if it’s full. I recommend walking along the riverside path toward the station instead.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. The Room had wooden flooring, which made it very easy to use, and it was spacious enough to relax comfortably. The drink service in the lobby was excellent, especially since alcohol was available, and we really appreciated the evening curry service as well. However, on the second night, even though it wasn’t that late yet, the curry had already run out and there was no refill, which was very disappointing. It would be great if there were a large public bath.

It’s different from a typical Hotel, but the Room was spacious and great. I’ll use it again.

It was a clean, no-frills hotel. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Kameyama.

All staff are Japanese and very courteous. Their service is excellent, so you can feel at ease. The breakfast here is outstanding!

I stayed in the Rabbit Room. There were rabbit-themed items throughout, and I could really feel the attention to detail. The Room size felt like a Business Hotel, but considering the price, my overall satisfaction was very high! All of the meals were delicious, with plenty of local beef used throughout—this was also extremely satisfying. There were a few spots where the cleaning could have been more thorough, which I noticed, but overall I’m truly glad I chose this place.

My husband said it was the first time he had experienced such a well-maintained large public bath, and he was very satisfied. We were able to stay very comfortably as well, and we would definitely like to stay again.\nNext time, we’d like to spend more time relaxing at the Hotel and also visit nearby izakayas. Looking forward to staying again gives us motivation to work hard until then.\nWe are grateful for the warm hospitality of all the staff. Thank you for a wonderful time.

This was our second stay with our dog. We still couldn’t forget how delicious the food was last time, including the live squid sashimi, so we came back again. Last time we stayed in a spacious pet-friendly room with a daybed, but this time we chose a smaller room without one. In hindsight, it felt a bit cramped since we had lots of dog supplies including a carrier, and my husband was with me as well. With two adults and our dog, it did feel small, so having something in between this room and the twin room with a daybed we stayed in before would be ideal. We were very satisfied with the meals again, but when we first entered the room there was a fairly strong odor. We used the provided deodorizer and ran the air purifier at maximum to manage it. That was the only slight disappointment; overall we were very satisfied. It was also our dog’s second stay here and he seemed more comfortable—he even finished the welcome treat right after arrival (last time he wouldn’t touch it because he was wary). Thank you for taking such good care of us.

I booked the night before for a spontaneous solo trip. The next day at check-in, the owner’s wife welcomed me with a very kind smile. Luckily, there was a campaign running and I was able to use the hinoki bath for free. The room—wallpaper, curtains, door colors, and more—is definitely one that women will love. I think couples, friends, and families will all be excited too!! The location is also excellent, so when I visit Nasu again, I’d definitely like to stay here again.

Thank you very much for everything. Every year, we take a trip around our September wedding anniversary holiday. This year, we decided to visit Shibu Onsen, which my wife had long dreamed of, and booked through the IKYU site. The reasons I rated the Onsen and the Facility/amenities 4 stars are as follows: The Onsen water was simply too hot. I apologize to those who prefer very hot baths, but if you could lower the temperature of the source water flowing into the bath a bit more, it would be easier to relax. The private-bath system itself is good. As for the Facility/amenities, I would really like you to add a small shop. If guests want to have drinks in their room at night, it can feel a bit inconvenient. Other than that, I have no complaints at all. At first, all the stairs in the Ryokan were tough, but we gradually got used to them—and it was fun exploring the maze-like corridors while visiting different indoor baths. (It may be a little challenging for elderly guests...) As for service, this was one of the best Ryokan experiences we’ve ever had. The attendant who told us about local specialties and sights, the young man with glasses who gave us a ride on the tuk-tuk, and everyone from overseas whom we passed in the hallways—all of it was wonderful. We would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

This time, we stayed for two nights with three adults and one dog. The place was very clean, and there was hardly any noticeable smell. We could see Omuroyama from the window, and we were able to relax very much. As expected from a condominium, the dishes and cooking utensils were well-equipped and clean enough to use with confidence. The refrigerator was not small at all, and it was large enough to fit everything we bought. The bathroom had a washing machine and dryer (with laundry detergent provided), so clothes that got wet in the rain could be dried quickly, which was very convenient. In the large public bath, there were baby baths and chairs for nursing care, which showed great consideration. A bit disappointing was that although there was a vending machine in the large public bath, the selection was limited, and it took more than 10 minutes by car to the nearest convenience store, so it would have been nice if there were more options. Also, perhaps the car navigation system was not up-to-date, as it stopped guiding us with "You are around your destination" in a place where the building was clearly not visible. We had to rely on the smartphone navigation system, going around the area with many narrow paths, and got lost every time we went out and returned to the property. However, overall, it was a very good location for visiting various facilities, and it was really comfortable even with a dog. I would like to use it again when going to Izu.

I always stay here on my way to Shinshu. The dining-out map was very helpful.

The rooms and building are well-maintained and clean. Nearby restaurants are about a 10-minute walk, but there were only a few options like ramen shops and chain izakayas, so I returned to the Hotel and dined at the restaurant inside. Breakfast was also served at the same restaurant. The menu included set meals and dishes that pair well with drinks, creating a comfortable environment for solo diners. The medium-sized bathhouse, accommodating about four people in the washing area, was clean and provided a pleasant experience.

Plenty of restaurants nearby, plus a supermarket and convenience stores, and it’s close to the airport—excellent access. The room has a desk suitable for working on a PC, and the first-floor restaurant also offers seats with power outlets, so I was able to work remotely without stress even on a business trip. The breakfast buffet is reasonably priced yet still lets you fully enjoy local specialties. The pool and sauna area includes a cold plunge bath; relaxing on the rooftop with Okinawa’s pleasant breeze during an outdoor cool-down was fantastic.

I made a Reservation because I wanted to stay near Motobu Port to visit Ie Island, and it was a great Accommodation. The staff were very kind! I stayed in a Room right by the beach—step outside and you’re there. You can enjoy BBQs and fireworks, so it’s recommended for families, couples, and photography lovers. The sunset over the sea and the moon were both amazing! There’s also a convenience store nearby. It’s conveniently located for getting to Motobu Port and Sesoko Island.

The staff were very courteous, and we had a wonderful trip. We were very satisfied with the guest room and the bath. We would love to stay again when we visit Kagoshima.
