It was clean, pleasant, and comfortable. All the staff provided very courteous service. However, there was one issue: the cleaning was not thorough, and we found some hair in the Room, so I rated the Room a 3. The location is great, and I would like to stay here again.

It was closer than I expected from Tokushima City, and this was my first time staying overnight in Anan City. The Hotel was also close to the station, so the location was excellent. There is a parking lot on the Hotel grounds, and it felt easy to park. There is also a large public bath, which was very comfortable. The water temperature was just right, and I ended up staying in for a long time. There is a convenience store near the Hotel as well, so there were no issues in particular. I chose the breakfast-included Plan, but I felt it would have been nice to have a few more Tokushima-style ingredients. I would like to use it again.

We stayed with our children (ages 8 and 6). Our 6-year-old son is starting to move on from his dinosaur phase, so I wasn’t sure he would enjoy it, but both kids were thrilled from the moment we arrived at the Hotel entrance! The Onsen was great, the staff were wonderful, and the food was the best we’ve had among all the Accommodations we’ve stayed at so far (simple but delicious)!! We would definitely like to stay again. That said, one thing: It was far too cold inside the building (it was -5°C outside). There is no heating in the corridors, so we were freezing in yukata. Even after the Onsen, you get cold right away. I’m glad we brought warm pajamas for the kids. Also, we used the table tennis (for a fee), but you have to go through an outdoor passageway. Going outside in below-freezing temperatures in yukata was really cold. If you could let guests know in advance where it is located, they can bring a jacket—some consideration like that would be appreciated. The pool wasn’t available during our stay, but you held events instead and the kids loved them! This is truly a wonderful Hotel that offers more than its price suggests.

Natural Onsen baths and a wide variety of delicious dishes. It feels like a luxury Onsen Hotel from Japan’s Showa bubble era. There are older and newer wings, and from everywhere we enjoyed stunning views of the calm, rolling waves of Mikawa Bay. The lighthouse was charming and atmospheric. The many sets of Mikawa samurai armor and bridal kimono also gave us a sense of the history of Katahara Castle from the Sengoku period. Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality.

Great value for a 2-night stay in Ikebukuro. However, I underestimated the underground passageways. It was nice that it’s a 1-minute walk from Exit C1, and there are places like MOS Burger and Matsuya nearby, so finding food wasn’t a problem. But it’s quite a walk to the JR lines and Tokyo Metro lol. You keep the key with you until checkout, so you don’t have to leave it at the front desk each time, and being able to come and go freely 24 hours is convenient.

We have four dogs, including a Golden Retriever and a Mameshiba, so we always stay in a villa with a private dog run. However, every time we’ve felt that something was always just slightly inconvenient—but RETONA was perfect. Since there’s a splash pond in the dog run, we thought we should bring towels, but there were towels right at the entrance, along with a water tank for dogs and bowls. We also received one complimentary drink per person from the vending machine at the dog-run entrance!! Thanks to that, our dogs were able to run around the spacious dog run to their hearts’ content and slept soundly at night. For dinner, since our dogs are always with us as usual, we assumed the food would end up getting cold—but each dish was served at just the right time: hot items while still hot and cold items while still cold. Everything was delicious—the soup and even the mango vegetable juice—and the appetizers were presented like an afternoon tea set: not only tasty but also beautifully arranged. Whenever we met any staff member, they greeted us with wonderful smiles, and they even helped carry our luggage upon arrival—which was truly helpful for our multi-dog household. The bath in our Room was very spacious as well, everything was spotless throughout, and above all we didn’t feel any drawbacks or inconvenience at all. We travel at least five or six times a year, and during long holidays we often stay about four nights. We would absolutely love to visit again. Thank you very much.

I always stay here when visiting Kyoto. The staff are always quick and smooth in their service. This time, they gave me a Room with a view from the window, which made it bright and I was very happy!

Conveniently located along the national highway and easy to find, and the Room was spacious enough. I was too full and regret that I couldn’t eat the curry. This is a Hotel I would definitely like to use again if I have the chance.

Because I booked early, the accommodation cost was low. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of vegetables. I would like to stay again.

This was my first time making a Reservation and staying at voco Osaka, and overall it was very good. Most of the service staff were foreigners, but they seemed to be well trained.

I made a Reservation in a hurry due to unforeseen circumstances and ended up making several mistakes, but the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Although the building and Facility feel a bit dated, the room was more spacious than expected, I was able to fully relax and enjoy the Onsen, and breakfast was properly prepared and delicious. Overall, I was more satisfied than I had imagined. I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

Breakfast in the Room was excellent. We could relax without having to get ready or change clothes. The bathroom was also spacious and very clean. Thank you for your hospitality. Just one thing: with only the large mirror in the Room, it was a little inconvenient when applying makeup. A small movable mirror would be helpful for women. Sorry if I simply couldn’t find one.

The road to the Accommodation includes steep slopes and narrow sections, so guests who are not confident drivers may find it challenging. On arrival, we received a warm welcome and had a pleasant check-in. The Room was spacious, spotless, and filled with great natural light. However, the Beppu view was blocked by overgrown trees outside the window; please trim them. There were many types of baths, and the iron-rich indoor bath in particular had excellent water quality. The private family bath and open-air bath also offered superb views, which we really enjoyed. Dinner and breakfast were luxurious, featuring only delicious ingredients—very satisfying. All-you-can-drink beer in the lounge is an irresistible service for beer lovers. It seems there are even more wonderful Accommodations in your group, so I’d like to try another one next time as well.

Stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. It seemed many other guests were also staying multiple nights. (I saw some of the same guests at the dining area.) The sulfur Onsen was excellent. It was almost like having it privately to myself. As other Reviews say, there is no lavish feast. It’s best to think of it as healthy food. Since there was no refrigerator in the Room, they kindly let me use the Hotel refrigerator for the beer I brought. (Thank you.) There are no convenience stores nearby, so it’s better to bring some food with you.

We also rented a parking space, and we really appreciated being able to park for 2 nights and 3 days with no additional charge for the middle day. The large public bath is compact, but depending on the time of day it was almost private, so we could relax. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

At check-in, we were told an upgraded Room was available, and we were moved to a very nice, spacious Room. The view was great, and the bathtub was even larger than the one at home, so we could truly relax. At check-out, I accidentally left something behind in the Room. When I contacted you and went back to pick it up, you had kept it safely in a plastic bag. I’m sorry for the trouble. Thank you very much. I would love to stay again.

This Hotel is conveniently located for getting anywhere, so I always stay here when visiting Hamamatsu. The on-site parking makes traveling by car easy. I also appreciate the spacious Room.

I stayed at Zazan Minakami for two days to visit Mt. Tanigawa. I made a Reservation with the most affordable Plan and chose the mini kaiseki dinner course. At around JPY 10,000 per person per night, it was very reasonably priced, so I didn’t have especially high expectations at first. However, the staff kindly prepared a top-floor Room for us, and the view of the Tone River from the window was truly soothing. The Room was spacious and bright, and I was able to relax comfortably. Every meal had gentle flavors and was wonderful. In particular, the tempura served at dinner on the second day was crispy on the outside and tender inside—more memorable than dishes I’ve had at luxury Hotels. Breakfast also offered a wide variety of wholesome dishes that made me happy every morning. Even though it was an inexpensive Plan, we received such attentive hospitality that I’m both surprised and deeply grateful. When I visit Mt. Tanigawa again, I would definitely like to stay here. Thank you very much for everything.

It’s a very convenient location, close to Kobe Station and within walking distance of Mosaic and other attractions. I have stayed here every year since it was Crown Palace. In the past, the in-room facilities felt a bit outdated, and I was especially concerned about the plumbing. This time, with the change in management, the facilities have been renewed and I was able to stay comfortably. I usually choose a Plan that includes breakfast, but this time I also had dinner once at the on-site restaurant. Since it has only been about six months since the management change, they seemed short-staffed, and the service felt somewhat lacking. We had dinner as a group of 10, but they said they couldn’t prepare course menus for everyone, so we ordered à la carte instead. The food was very delicious. Breakfast on both mornings was a buffet at the same restaurant, but I felt the selection was slightly limited. The omelet made by the chef was excellent. I would like to stay again next time as well, so I hope to see further improvements going forward.

I visited again for the first time in 10 years. This is an Accommodation I used to visit occasionally in summer since childhood, and over the years I noticed changes with the times—such as the former dining area with live fish tanks and the sushi restaurant being gone, while Rooms with open-air baths have been added. Just as I remembered, the pool where small children can play safely and the wonderful sea—where you can see fish swimming even close to shore—are still there, and we thoroughly enjoyed the crystal-clear water. It’s a fantastic environment for a family summer trip. The nighttime Tsunoshima tour was also memorable; the guide’s explanations were detailed and very interesting. Highly recommended.
