We arrived before check-in, but we were kindly shown to our Room. The Room was very clean and had all the necessary amenities and seasonings. After check-out, we were given a ride to the station by car, which was very helpful. We would love to stay here again!

We stayed here as a family with children. Above all, the location is incredible. The moment we stepped from the entrance into the living room, we were amazed to see the pool and the ocean burst into view through the windows. That instantly got our whole family excited. It was great that the kids could play in the pool and then go straight to the bath via the changing area. There’s also a washer and dryer, so you can quickly wash and dry swimsuits and towels. For dinner, we ordered a shabu-shabu set from their partner restaurant, Imafuku. We’ve visited Imafuku before, and it wasn’t just great meat—everything came included, like broth, ponzu sauce, sesame sauce, and even ramen to finish. We were very satisfied. We were extremely happy with both the meals and the facilities.

Three friends and I stayed here. Every Room was very clean, with a design that felt warm and wood-toned. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we cooked together while enjoying drinks and had a wonderful time. We could also see cherry blossoms perfectly framed through the window—they were beautiful. It was a lovely stay where we could feel the seasons, talk to our hearts’ content, and spend time at a relaxed pace. We would love to stay again!

I made a Reservation for sightseeing at Aquamarine Fukushima. This time, the new building was fully booked, so I stayed in the old building, but it was spacious, clean, and very relaxing—really great. The toilet and washbasin were separate, but both were very clean and well maintained, so it didn’t bother me at all. This Accommodation is in an excellent location. You can walk to AEON, and it’s also conveniently close to the aquarium. I would like to stay here again when I visit the aquarium. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

We stayed in the penthouse for two nights as a family. It was a stylish Hotel, and the Room was clean, so we could relax and enjoy our time. The breakfast hot dogs and coffee were delicious. All of the staff were kind and helpful. We also appreciated having a water dispenser. Thanks to that, we really enjoyed sightseeing in Hiroshima and made wonderful memories. If we visit Hiroshima again, we would definitely like to stay here. Thank you very much.

I’m originally from Tokachi and now live in Kanagawa Prefecture. Every time I return home, I visit hot springs, and with this stay at Meto Onsen I’ve finally completed my tour of all the hot spring inns in the Tokachi area. I had long wanted to visit Meto Onsen, but due to recent bear sightings I saved it for last. We were blessed with great weather and were able to fully enjoy this secluded hot spring and the delicious meals—I’m truly glad we made it and am very satisfied. Thank you very much for your kind hospitality.

I do worry that if I rate this place 5 stars, it’ll become even more popular and harder to get a Reservation—but I’ll be honest. Since my first stay, the great location and wonderful employees have made this my go-to Hotel whenever I’m in Tokyo. This time, did the staff get younger? Everyone’s greetings were excellent. I choose between Japanese or Western breakfast depending on my mood, so I usually eat nearby in the morning, and their cheerful “Have a great day” and “Welcome back” made me feel really good. For the first time, I stayed in a Room on the 2nd floor next to the neighboring building, and I noticed some noise—maybe trains? I’m not sure what it was… It bothered me a little. It’s not the Hotel’s fault, though, so my 5-star rating stays the same.

The Room was clean, and we had a very comfortable stay. The meals were delicious as well. Other guests were considerate, so we were able to sleep quietly. This is a Ryokan we would love to stay at again.

The Room was new and very clean, and because each Room is separated, we couldn’t hear any noise from neighboring Rooms at all—very comfortable. Even though it was scorching hot outside, the Room had been cooled for us before check-in. The breakfast service and drink service were also excellent, and we were very satisfied. One small thing: the sink drainage seemed a bit weak, but it hardly affected use. This is a highly recommended 5-star Hotel.

This was our second stay, after visiting once two years ago. With so few places that allow dogs, it’s great to be able to stay here at a reasonable price—and the food is delicious. At first glance you might think, “It looks pretty ordinary,” but every dish is carefully prepared with thoughtful touches. The head chef was friendly and chatted with us, so we enjoyed a relaxed atmosphere throughout the meal. The carefully selected local sake was also excellent. The bath is small, but it’s a hot spring and really helped us unwind. Amazing value for money. We’d love to stay again.

We traveled with my spouse, our daughter, and my grandparents. It was a hotel where the whole family could have fun and relax. The pool was larger than we expected, and even when it was crowded, we could still enjoy it without worrying too much! There are also places to sit by the pool, so you can relax and watch as well.

It was in a great location, close to Hakata Station, with convenience stores and popular restaurants nearby. The Room wasn’t very large, but it was nice. The bathroom and toilet were separate, so I could relax and enjoy a comfortable bath. I could hear hallway noise, voices, and some rattling sounds from the neighboring Room (maybe doors opening and closing?), which bothered me a bit, but that was about it. The lobby drinks were also much appreciated!

Located near the downtown area, convenient, and the Room was clean and reasonably priced! I’d like to stay again.

We stayed here to celebrate my father’s 82nd birthday. I had informed the hotel in advance, and when we entered the room, they had prepared a wonderful birthday surprise: a bottle of wine, towel swans, and a heartfelt birthday card. My father was truly touched. The room was spacious with a great view, the amenities were excellent, and everything was impeccably clean down to the smallest details. We had a very comfortable stay. The draft Sapporo Classic beer in the lounge was absolutely delicious, and it was lovely to sit back anytime, enjoy drinks, and chat. The three of us were able to spend an irreplaceable time together. We were extremely satisfied. I would love to bring him again.

We stayed here after attending a live concert. The location was great, and we enjoyed a walk along the river. For dinner, there were several food stalls nearby, so we ate there. For breakfast at the Hotel, I had rice porridge and my partner had a Western-style meal—both were very delicious and satisfying.

I was truly relaxed by everything—the new, modern, spacious Room, the large Onsen public bath, the meals, and the view from the Room. Thank you very much.

This was our first stay. With the ocean right in front of us and a pool to enjoy, it became an unforgettable memory. The kids especially loved the night pool. The next morning we had an early breakfast and headed out first thing; there were many different shops and we had a great time. After that, we tried On the Sea and enjoyed the beach and pool until lunchtime. We accidentally left something behind, but it was found the next day and mailed to us. We are truly grateful for your kind and attentive support right up to the very end. It was a wonderful family trip. Thank you so much! We would love to stay again.

What I liked - Close to the station - Paper cups provided - Mineral water included (one bottle per night of stay) - If you are an APA member, checkout is at 11:00 (can be extended by 1 hour for 1,000 yen) - Amenities were sufficient (toothbrush, hairbrush, cotton swabs, cotton pads, etc.) - Ice available on the first floor Points for improvement (if I had to say) - I would like a bit more powdered tea.

Breakfast was very delicious, with a wide variety of options and an excellent selection. Thank you very much.

Although living in Aichi Prefecture, my husband played golf with his university friends in Tsu, and since my parents' home is also in Tsu, we decided to book a hotel near Tsu Station this year instead of staying at my parents' house. We enjoyed exploring the nostalgic streets of Tsu by bike. There are many Business Hotels around Tsu Station, and since we had our car, even slightly inconvenient locations were not an issue. However, we chose this accommodation because it offered free parking, a large public bath, and breakfast service—all at a great value. Except for the front desk staff being somewhat formal without much of a smile (not rude by any means), everything about the Hotel was perfect. As my elderly parents have different daily routines now, I would definitely like to stay here again if I have another opportunity to visit Tsu in the future. My husband also mentioned that he plans to visit Mie University frequently moving forward and would consider this accommodation as his first choice for overnight business trips. Thank you very much!
