I stayed here for a live show at Pia Arena MM. I wasn’t sure which Hotel to choose, but picking this Richmond Hotel was absolutely the right decision! Bashamichi Station is close by, so I reached my destination quickly on the Minatomirai Line. It was also a typhoon day, and I really appreciated not getting too wet in the rain. The room is very simple, but it was comfortable and there was no trouble finding space for my luggage. The mattress was excellent and I slept very well. The amenities were also great—toner, emulsion, face masks, etc.—and I liked the system of picking them up in the lobby. Just one thing: the shower curtain had a bit of an odor. Other than that, I was very satisfied! The shower water pressure was fantastic. Since it was for a live show, I planned to bring my own hair iron, but when I checked with the Hotel in advance they lent me one. It’s an iron that can do both straightening and curls with one unit—and it worked really well. The staff and front desk team were very kind, and I had a pleasant stay. I’d like to use this Accommodation again.

This Hotel offers outstanding staff service.

I stayed at Tokikasane because I wanted to relax in Katayamazu Onsen. The property has a calm atmosphere, and the lake view from the lobby was beautiful. The staff were courteous, and everything from check-in to dining guidance was smooth and reassuring. The baths were spacious and relaxing, and I especially enjoyed the open-air bath for its wonderful sense of openness. The atmosphere changes between night and morning, so I recommend bathing at different times. Dinner featured mainly dishes made with local ingredients. The portions were just right, and everything was carefully prepared. It was a satisfying meal that you can enjoy slowly in a peaceful setting. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The view from the window was lovely, and the time when morning light streamed in felt especially refreshing. Overall, it felt like an onsen ryokan I’d choose when I want to truly unwind, and it’s a place I’d like to return to in a different season.

It was great that we could walk to both Ginza and Tsukiji. The Room was clean, and there were plenty of restaurants near the Hotel, which was very convenient. We would definitely stay again.

As expected from the Grand. The mattress and pillows were great, and I slept very well.

Stayed on the 24th with breakfast included for two guests. Check-in at the front desk was smooth, and the parking was easy to find. It was wonderful that parking was only 500 yen no matter how many times we came and went. Tempur mattress and pillow; semi-double bed. We were able to relax comfortably. The welcome drink (apple juice) was delicious. We also appreciated the bath salts—such a thoughtful touch. Above all, the breakfast felt home-style and was delicious. All of the staff were excellent as well. Thank you very much.

We stopped by on our way back from visiting a family grave at Mount Koya. This was our second stay, and the Onsen was especially relaxing—we truly enjoyed the ocean view right in front of us. The meals were delicious, and we were very happy with the complimentary drinks service in the lounge that started this year. If we have the chance, we would love to visit again for a third or fourth time.

We were satisfied with everything, including the staff, Room, bath, and meals. It is also conveniently located near the station. I stayed here while accompanying my younger brother (who requires nursing care), and we did not experience any inconvenience. I would like to stay here again when visiting Osaka. Thank you very much.

Everyone at the Hotel was very kind and attentive, making my stay truly relaxing. Thank you very much. The Room was also thoroughly cleaned down to the smallest details, so I was able to stay comfortably.

It was very efficient and nice overall. The only issue was that I couldn’t figure out how to operate the air conditioner at first, but I eventually found the controls on the bed’s headboard. The large public bath was great.

Whenever we visited Oku-Nikko and Yumoto, we would stop by Senjogahara or the ranch, and this Accommodation had always caught our eye. After turning 60, my spouse and I stayed here for the first time. The Onsen and the breakfast and dinner were wonderful, and it was a relaxing summer holiday to see many couples around our age dining in the restaurant. After ringing a bear bell and walking around Senjogahara for over an hour, we headed to Nikko Toshogu Shrine!

After a piano recital, it was getting late, so I stayed in Shin-Osaka. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but still within an acceptable range. The Room was compact, and it was more than enough for me. In the morning, bread was provided; it was an easy-to-eat size and I appreciated being able to take it up to my Room. The staff were cheerful and pleasant. For this price, I have no complaints.

The male staff member at the front desk provided outstanding service! When I got lost on my first sightseeing trip and asked for help, he kindly guided me. Thanks to him, I was able to enjoy myself and it turned into an amazing trip! I’d love to stay here again. Thank you very much.

Whenever I need to stay overnight in Niigata City, I choose this Accommodation. The staff are very kind and pleasant, and the Room is clean, so I’m always very satisfied. I was happy that breakfast included peaches this time. I also enjoyed the usual waffles—they were delicious.

In many ways, an easy-to-use Hotel.

I stayed here on a business trip. The service was excellent, and the Facility was clean, so I was very satisfied.

We were planning an Onsen trip to celebrate my mother, and it was the first trip for three generations of our family. Since my mother cannot use the large public bath, we looked for a Room with a private open-air bath. Thanks to that, she was able to enjoy the Onsen. The bath in our Room was also fed by Onsen water, and she was very happy. We chose the standard kaiseki meal, but the portions were more than enough—so much that my sons had to give up at both dinner and breakfast. When I requested a cake for my mother’s 88th birthday celebration, they even prepared a red celebratory vest (chanchanko) for her as well, and we truly appreciated their thoughtfulness. The building was clean. The large public bath was small but spotless, and we were very satisfied. In the lobby there was a local sake tasting service, and in the morning there was also coffee service—everything felt very well provided. Our whole family was extremely satisfied. All of the staff were kind, and we had a comfortable stay. It became a wonderful celebratory trip. Thank you very much.

Both the station and Fisherman’s Wharf are within walking distance, and we had no trouble finding places to eat around the Hotel. The welcome drink lounge on the first floor also offered sake, so we could enjoy local Kushiro brews. Since I have a skin allergy, I was glad they provided POLA shampoo and conditioner that I could use. After checkout, they kindly let us keep our car parked until the Norokko Train arrived at Kushiro Station at 13:05, so we could go out without worry. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

The luxury of having an open-air bath in the Room. I found myself soaking again and again—at night, in the middle of the night, and in the morning. The meals were beautifully presented and more than plentiful, and I also enjoyed a variety of local sake. And there was the coolness unique to the highlands. In every way, it was a wonderful trip where I truly felt relaxed and unhurried. Thank you very much.

I looked for a Hotel near Ikeda City. I wasn’t taking a flight, but it’s a very convenient Hotel. I’d like to stay again.
