I really enjoyed sightseeing around Okayama during my Multiple Night Stay. The Hotel was clean and comfortable. Thanks to the three coin laundries, I could do my laundry smoothly without any waiting time. If you stay in a Room with a view of the station, you can clearly see Shinkansen and local trains arriving and departing within the station, so I highly recommend it for train lovers. Best of all, it is directly connected to Okayama Station, making access excellent wherever you go! There are also plenty of shopping options nearby between outings, which made it convenient to buy souvenirs. I would like to stay here again.

Located near the sea in a historic area including Oranda-zaka, the location was excellent. From the Room window, a solemn white statue of the Virgin Mary could be seen standing quietly, and perhaps because Nagasaki is such a special place, I felt relaxed, healed, and somehow cleansed. Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant on the same grounds were delicious, and for a trip with female friends, this Monterey Hotel—with its lovely interior—was truly satisfying.

This is my go-to Accommodation for my annual trips to Sapporo! On the first night, I stayed in a Corner Twin for the first time. The windows were large, and I had a pleasant view with the Hokkaido Government Office building right in front of me—perfect for relaxing with drinks in the Room. On the second night, since my child was Child Sharing Existing Bedding, we chose a Superior Double. The window was smaller and it felt even more compact, but it was still very functional. There was also an ice machine on the top floor, and perhaps as part of Superior perks there were bath salts provided as well, which was a nice touch. At check-in, the male staff member at reception had no expression and his service was disappointing—neither good nor bad overall. However, the male staff member at check-out was very pleasant, so I’ll call it even (lol). And what I especially recommend is breakfast. There is a wide variety of dishes with many local items, and everything—Japanese or Western—is high quality. All of the staff are friendly and it feels great. The salted bread that wasn’t available last year was delicious, so I hope you keep offering it! The only disappointment was that the breakfast crowding status shown on the in-room TV didn’t match reality. It showed “not busy,” so we went then—but there were actually 30 groups waiting. After getting my young child excited and taking them there, having to bring them back to the Room and manage their bad mood was frustrating... Still, the large public bath is very clean; we received a full set of children’s amenities for Child Sharing Existing Bedding at the front desk; there are Sekkisei amenities; and needless to say, the location is excellent... Overall, this trip once again reminded me that in Sapporo it’s Solaria all the way for me. I’m looking forward to planning another trip so we can come again next year.

It was better than I expected. The Room was spacious and clean, and I had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast offered a good variety, and I was satisfied. There was only one trash bin in the Room, so I thought it would be nice to have another one near the sink.

I stayed here the last time I visited Hokkaido and loved it, so this is a repeat stay. Although it’s a bit of a walk from Susukino Station, the price is reasonable and the bath and amenity quality is excellent. The large public bath is especially spacious, and with the open-air bath included there are plenty of baths to choose from. The natural Onsen feels amazing! The sauna also allows you to do loyly freely, and you can adjust the temperature as well. Even the toothbrush was sturdy enough that it felt wasteful to throw away after one use, and the skincare amenities were Sekkisei! The Hotel itself may be older, so there are some inconveniences like slow elevators that take a while to arrive, but overall it’s a very good Hotel. I’d like to stay here again when I come back to Hokkaido.

The front desk staff made a great impression, and the Room was comfortable. I will stay here again when visiting Sapporo!

The toilet and bathroom are separate, so you can enjoy a relaxing bath. From a woman’s perspective, I was happy to find not only shampoo and conditioner, but also a well-stocked selection of amenities from two cosmetics brands. The round table is small, with space for only one laptop, so it may be inconvenient for working. One thing I noticed was the light by the vanity mirror—it wasn’t bright enough for applying makeup. The front desk service and cleanliness were both excellent, and it’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

I usually rent a car and stay around Onna Village, but this time I planned my first trip around Naha without a rental car. What made me choose this Hotel was that guests staying in the Spa Tower can use both the Shimanchu and Uminchu Onsen, with free-flowing hot spring water. There were times when the Spa Tower Onsen was unavailable due to repairs, but I could use the other one, so I was very satisfied to be able to enjoy the Onsen every day during my three-night stay. The water quality is slightly salty with seawater mixed in, which I really like. Also, this time I was able to get around in various ways using the Yui Rail from Asahibashi Station and buses from the bus terminal. Breakfast was delicious as well. It’s a Hotel I would like to stay at again. Thank you very much.

In recent years, I visit Hakone about twice a month. This was my first stay here, and although it is a small Hotel, it was quiet with none of the bustle you often find at larger Accommodations. The cleaning was thorough, and the Hotel was very clean. I’m not used to smart check-in procedures, but the front desk staff kindly supported me during check-in. At checkout, only the Hot Spring Tax was due; when I requested to pay in cash, the male staff member at the front desk handled it courteously. The food was delicious; however, I felt dinner portions were slightly insufficient. There were enough dishes in number, but having rice and a simple side dish—and being able to get refills of rice—would make it even more satisfying.

It was a very convenient location—just steps from Kitahama Station, and you can even walk to Umeda if you take your time exploring the Nakanoshima museums and library along the way. The ceiling-mounted shower was comfortable and convenient since it leaves both hands free. Having bottled water available in the lobby was also very helpful. Thanks to the luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, we were able to fully enjoy three days in Osaka.

When making my Reservation, I requested a Room with a castle view, and they prepared a top-floor Room on the castle side for me. Seeing Okayama Castle from the window felt like a nice bonus. It was during an extreme heat wave, and it really helped that the front desk froze my ice packs for me multiple times. The staff were very kind. I also liked being able to choose my shampoo. From the station, it’s easy to get close by streetcar, and both Okayama Castle and Korakuen Garden are within walking distance, so I think the location is excellent. Checkout is at 12:00, which I appreciated because I could go sightseeing or shopping in the morning without carrying much luggage.

We stayed for one night. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and generously portioned, so we were very satisfied. The hot spring bath was also fed directly from the source, and it warmed us through to the core.

I stayed for two nights to attend a party held at this Hotel. They kindly helped me arrange a kimono to wear on the day and advised me on gifts to bring for local people, which was extremely helpful. Both the Room and the spa were clean and comfortable, and the hospitality of the Hotel staff was excellent, making my stay in Osaka very pleasant.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of three nights to go to ES CON Field. The location is great—about a 5-minute walk to Nijo Market, and right in front of the Hotel is “TV Father” lol. Susukino is also nearby, and despite the excellent location, the Accommodation Fee was reasonable. On top of that, the front desk staff were very polite and helpful. Having separate toilet and bath was also a big plus. If possible, it would be perfect if you could lend out folding tables or something similar.

Every year around this time, I stay for a Multiple Night Stay for work, and I really appreciate that even though it’s a tourist area, you can book a room-only stay. The Room is spacious and helps me recover from work fatigue. This time, unlike usual, they prepared an ocean-side Room for me, and I was truly grateful to be able to soak in the bathtub instead of just using the shower in the unit bath. See you again next year!!

My spouse and I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay (2 nights) on the Standard Plan. The Room was spacious and very clean, and we were able to relax in great comfort. The guest room had an indoor bath, but the complimentary 45-minute private open-air bath was truly wonderful. Being able to soak side by side at our own pace was the highlight of our stay, so we hardly used the indoor bath. The open-air bath also had a lovely atmosphere and became a great travel memory. The meals exceeded our expectations. Every dish was delicious, with plenty of variety—we were completely satisfied. It was especially memorable to see my wife, who usually eats lightly, enjoying far more than usual, which shows just how good everything was. Since it was a Multiple Night Stay, we expected similar meals each day, but on the second night we were impressed by a completely different course featuring grilled oysters, fried oysters, and Matsusaka beef sukiyaki. What stayed with us most was the spiny lobster miso soup at breakfast on the second day. Although it was small in size, it used one whole spiny lobster—an indulgent dish that tasted amazing and remains unforgettable. The staff’s thoughtful attention and warm hospitality were also excellent, making our entire stay pleasant from start to finish. Overall, this Accommodation exceeded our expectations in every way. When we visit Toba Aquarium again next time, we would love to stay here again.

Because a typhoon was approaching on our last day, they kindly recommended that we move to Naha and quickly processed a shortened stay due to the weather. I’m very grateful to the female staff member who provided such pleasant and appropriate guidance. They also happily cut up fruit we bought at a local market and stored it in the refrigerator for us. We felt so comfortable that we wanted to stay until our final day in Okinawa, but we’ll be back!

I stayed here for business. It is located along a main road, with many izakayas nearby. There is also a convenience store very close by, which was convenient. There is a large public bath, so you can relax and unwind. I had a great value stay. I left early in the morning and did not use the breakfast service, but I would like to try it next time.

We stayed from April 25 to 26. I mistakenly selected the wrong Plan and had to make a new Reservation, which made things a bit complicated, but thank you for your kind and attentive support. The meals were wonderful, with crab and many other dishes, and our children really enjoyed them!! The French toast at breakfast was especially delicious—I highly recommend it!! The bath was also great, and we were very satisfied. Thank you very much.

This was my first time staying at a dormitory-style Hotel. The high ratings make sense—the Facilities were well equipped and very clean. The large public bath was especially nice, designed so you can open the window and enjoy it like a semi-open-air bath. Maybe because it was a weekday, the sinks in the morning weren’t crowded, which made it comfortable. The walls are thin, so there’s not much you can do about other guests’ snoring even with earplugs, but that’s to be expected. I’d like to stay here again if I have the chance.
