Thank you very much for your heartfelt hospitality during our three-day, two-night stay. Every dish made with local ingredients was deeply flavorful, and the free-flowing natural hot spring water was so soothing it felt as if both body and mind were gently unwinding—my spouse and I were truly refreshed. On the second day, we enjoyed a full round at a golf club near the Accommodation. Although it was extremely hot, the Onsen we had upon returning eased our fatigue, and once again we were reminded of how wonderful BeniyA’s hot spring water is. Also, whenever we encountered your warm smiles and greetings—especially from the attendant in charge of us—we felt at ease. Even a brief word when passing in the hallway showed such thoughtfulness, and we are sincerely grateful that we could spend our entire stay so comfortably. In addition, hearing from the proprietress about the kitchen knives left a strong impression on us—particularly as it came just after seeing news about a female figure skater receiving Japan’s People’s Honour Award. On our way to the large public bath, we caught a glimpse of the kitchen area and felt anew that these knives support your delicious cuisine every day. This trip became a cherished memory for us as a couple. We would love to visit again in another season—and next time, we hope to enjoy winter crab delicacies.

I have stayed here many times. Although it is an older Accommodation, the Room and baths are always kept very clean, which makes for a very pleasant stay. The staff are attentive and considerate while maintaining a comfortable sense of distance—truly a wonderful Accommodation. The early-summer dishes this time were also delicious. They looked refreshing and beautifully presented. I would love to visit again in winter. Thank you very much.

This time I visited with a friend. I have stayed here before with my family, and bringing my friend this time made me very happy. My friend is not comfortable with large public baths, so having a bath in the Room was a big plus. They also enjoyed the meals, and we truly had a wonderful, relaxing stay. We will definitely come again.

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and a babymoon trip. In short, choosing this Accommodation was absolutely the right decision! This time we used the maternity Plan. Since there are very few Accommodations that offer a maternity Plan, the moment I saw the Plan name I thought, “This is it!” and made a Reservation. When we arrived, the staff welcomed us, carried our luggage from the parking lot, and even provided welcome drinks and a thorough explanation—right from the start, their attentiveness was flawless. With only seven Rooms, the property was wonderfully quiet, and everything felt unhurried. The all-inclusive setup—being able to enjoy drinks and light snacks whenever we wanted—was fantastic. During bar time, my wife was thrilled to have non-caffeinated options and non-alcoholic cocktails as well. She even said, “Next time I can drink alcohol again, I definitely want to come back!” (laughs) Our Room was a stylish maisonette with a chic black theme. The open-air bath viewed through the large window—and the forest scenery beyond—was beautiful. We were truly grateful for all the thoughtful touches for my pregnant wife: a large maternity cushion on her bed, extra cushions prepared for her chair at meals, and more. Breakfast and dinner were satisfying beyond what you’d expect at an upscale restaurant. They confirmed in advance what my wife couldn’t eat and adjusted each dish accordingly. It was also fun hearing how it differed from the standard menu. When we mentioned it was our anniversary, they even prepared a lovely fruit platter with dessert at dinner—we were both genuinely moved. We skipped using the in-room open-air bath this time because there were many insects outside, but we thoroughly enjoyed the private bath whenever we liked. The lounge also felt incredibly open thanks to its high ceiling and large windows that let us take in nature. During bar time after dinner, when Häagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream was sold out, one of the staff kindly brought an alternative for us! We expected it would simply end with “Sorry, it’s sold out,” so we were touched by how far they went for us. And after checkout as we drove away by car، staff came outside waving goodbye with their arms raised—it was such wonderful hospitality that made us think، “We’ll definitely come back!” Thank you for such an amazing stay from start to finish! It became our best anniversary and babymoon ever۔ We’ll absolutely return once my wife can enjoy alcohol again!

I stayed here with a friend this March and was so impressed that I returned in July with my family (as a couple). The dining menu had changed to a summer menu, so we were able to enjoy it again with a fresh perspective. With only eight parties staying at a time, this is a hidden-gem Accommodation: the Rooms are spacious, yet limited to two adults per Room. It’s perfect for anyone who wants to relax and unwind in peace. On the other hand, you won’t find sweeping views of Sagami Bay like those from the balcony of a high-rise Hotel (you can see the sea and Oshima Island, but they feel distant), nor is there an expansive garden. There is also no Shuttle Service from the station, so I recommend it for guests who don’t mind that. It’s well suited for making memories as a couple or with your best friend, and for celebrating anniversaries or special occasions. The in-Room open-air bath is spacious, and after bathing you can relax on chairs on the balcony. The food is delicious and very generous in portion size—and the timing of each course being served is excellent. The bedding was comfortable and I slept soundly. Considering this level of quality and service, the Plan pricing is reasonable. I would definitely like to return again.

I was satisfied with everything—the Onsen, the service, and the meals. Soaking in the Onsen while looking out over the Tamagawa River, I was able to enjoy a truly elegant and relaxing time. The only potential issue is that parts of the road to the Hotel are unpaved, so if you’re not confident driving, I recommend using the Hotel’s Shuttle Service. If there is no snowfall or rain, driving is not a problem at all.

This Accommodation in Kusatsu, one of Japan’s premier Onsen destinations, offered such outstanding cuisine that it made us want to visit for the food rather than the Onsen. One beautifully crafted dish after another was served on a lovely white lacquered table. Everything was delicious and a delight for both the eyes and the palate. Breakfast was equally satisfying, and you could really feel the care and effort put into it from early morning. Of course, the Onsen was also excellent, with a location right in front of Jizo Onsen. The three private baths with free-flowing hot spring water were not by Reservation; instead, we checked availability on a tablet and entered when open, which let us enjoy all three without any stress. The Room was spacious, and the staff’s attentive yet unobtrusive service made everything very comfortable. After returning home, I’ve been recommending it to my friends as a must-visit.

I was a little nervous since it had been a while since my last Hotel stay, but the front desk staff’s warm smile immediately put me at ease. The Room was spacious and spotless, with no signs of leftover dust or missed cleaning, so I felt comfortable and slept soundly. The music playing on the TV was soothing. I honestly wished I could have stayed one more night. On a personal note, the Hotel I stayed at in Kyoto before was truly terrible, and ever since then I’d been afraid to stay in Hotels—but I’m really glad I found Avita Hotel. Whenever I travel to Kyoto, Avita Hotel will be my only choice. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. I look forward to staying with you again.

Traveling solo as a woman, I wanted an Accommodation where I could spend time quietly and enjoy delicious meals, so I stayed here this time—and it was absolutely the right choice. Each dish was prepared with such care, and I ate in amazement at how delicious everything was. The tuna eaten with egg-yolk soy sauce and the gently sweet Glacier Rice were especially memorable; every dish stayed with me, and whenever I think back, I find myself wanting to eat them again. The proprietress was also very kind, and thanks to her thoughtful attention to detail, I was able to relax in comfort and feel completely at ease during my quiet stay. The Room has large windows, and the view of lush greenery is truly soothing. It rained throughout my stay so the weather wasn’t on my side, but the slightly dim atmosphere of the Room felt calm in its own way. Sitting by a slightly open window, listening to the rain while looking outside felt like it brought my mind back into balance. As this Accommodation hosts only five groups per day, the atmosphere inside was very peaceful. The weather made it especially quiet this time, but I really appreciated being able to enjoy the Onsen and time in my Room without worrying about others around me. With a typhoon and earthquakes occurring close together there were moments that made me uneasy, but both the proprietress and the chef checked on me with such genuine care that I could stay relaxed until the very end. The food, the Room, and everyone’s character were all wonderful—this was a warm Accommodation where even a solo traveler can truly unwind. They showed such kindness right up until departure; it became an unforgettable trip. I’m so glad I decided to go. I would love to visit again.

All four private open-air baths are spacious and spotless, with silky water, and you can relax while looking out over the forest. The meals featured plenty of Fukushima local cuisine, all of it seeming very healthy. We also appreciated that the drinks in the Room and bath area were all-inclusive. The staff’s attentiveness was excellent, and we liked being called by phone when it was time for the baths or meals. We would definitely like to visit again.

In mid-May, the three of us—my mother in her late 80s and my husband and I—stayed here. Throughout our stay, the staff, including the proprietress, showed thoughtful care for my elderly mother, and we are truly grateful. The cuisine made the most of fresh seafood from Ise Bay, Matsusaka beef, and seasonal vegetables from Mie Prefecture. Each dish was carefully crafted and delicious; even my mother, who usually eats little, enjoyed her meals. The bath overlooking the beautifully maintained Japanese garden featured a gentle Onsen that felt kind to the skin, and we were able to relax and enjoy it many times during our stay. We stayed in “Tochi,” and were able to spend a comfortable time at ease in a Room richly finished with wood and on an open veranda. The Japanese garden was stunning; there were many hydrangea buds during our visit, and imagining how beautiful they would be in bloom made it all the more disappointing to leave without seeing them—but it was still an outstanding trip.

We made a Reservation to celebrate his birthday. I had requested a message plate in advance for our meal, and I was also delighted to find lovely towel art prepared in our room. The spacious, spotless room, the relaxing pool, and the delicious food—everything was perfect. After the trip, both of us agreed that “this time, the Hotel stay was the best,” making it a truly wonderful stay. Thank you for smoothly accommodating changes to the Shuttle Service schedule and arranging taxis for us. It has become a place we would definitely love to visit again.

This time, my spouse and I traveled around Kumamoto by rental car with our two sons and stayed in Kurokawa Onsen. The atmosphere of the entire Onsen town was very calm—quiet, charming, and a wonderful place to relax at a leisurely pace. The quality of the Onsen water was excellent, and we felt deeply relaxed after bathing. The Ryokan staff were kind and attentive, and the Room was clean and comfortable. It was a very satisfying stay for our whole family and one of the most memorable highlights of our trip to Kumamoto. We highly recommend this Onsen destination for family trips as well.

I was impressed by every aspect of this stay. First, the food was truly outstanding. Not only were the ingredients excellent, but the menu featured an abundance of seasonal items that are hard to come by in everyday life—such as longtooth grouper (kue), Shizuoka-brand eel “Deshiko,” pike conger (hamo), kuruma prawns, and Kamo eggplant—and I was moved by each dish. There wasn’t a single miss: the dashi flavor came through beautifully, and the balance of ingredients and seasoning in every course was exquisite. The overall satisfaction was so high that it honestly felt surprising to be able to stay at this price while being served cuisine of such a high level. The Onsen was also wonderful. The bath area is new and kept very clean, so it was comfortable to use. In particular, Umenoya’s unique natural spring water at around 30°C was perfect for this hot season. Alternating it with the indoor bath at around 40°C left me feeling refreshed after bathing and made for a truly relaxing time. I highly recommend trying it this way. Above all, what left the strongest impression was the hospitality of the staff. When I accidentally dropped my chopsticks during dinner, one staff member immediately noticed and picked them up, and another staff member who saw this brought me a fresh pair. Their seamless teamwork showed how well they communicate on a daily basis, which really moved me. The proprietress has such a warm presence—always smiling and speaking to guests in a friendly way. Despite her young age, her attentiveness to guests and her awareness of everything throughout the Ryokan are exceptional; I don’t often encounter someone capable of providing hospitality at this level. It was an Accommodation that left me completely satisfied with its cuisine, Onsen, and service. I would love to return in another season to enjoy more delicious food and the Onsen again.

We arrived in heavy rain and were feeling pretty discouraged, but this Hotel was so wonderful even in the rain that we were truly glad we chose it. On the second day, the weather cleared beautifully, and the Pacific Ocean stretching out right in front of our Room was breathtaking. The meals made great use of local ingredients, and every dish had its own charm. Thanks to dinner and breakfast being offered in time slots we could choose from, we were able to relax and take our time while enjoying the ocean view. After breakfast, we stepped out from the restaurant into the garden and came across many rare tropical plants—banana trees with blossoms and fruit, pandanus (adan), hibiscus, shell ginger flowers—and even hermit crabs. We also used the two private family baths twice, which completely washed away our travel fatigue. Everyone on the staff—from the restaurant to throughout the Hotel—was very kind, and they shared lots of local tips you won’t find in guidebooks. The Oshima Tsumugi Museum was also outstanding. It felt like we learned a bit about Amami Oshima’s history, making it a truly meaningful experience. Thanks to this trip, we also discovered painter Kazuo Tanaka (Isson) and became big fans. We would definitely love to stay at this Hotel again next time.

It’s a modern-feeling Facility with well-equipped amenities. The Room is a bit small, but it was clean, and having a private toilet plus two separate sink areas was very convenient. The food was delicious, and the breakfast buffet in particular was excellent. With reasonable rates as well, it’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

We stayed at the accommodation to celebrate my mother-in-law's 60th birthday. When we arrived at the check-in time, the room we had requested in advance was prepared for us, which we truly appreciated. The staff's attentive and warm hospitality left a deep impression, and we were thoroughly satisfied with the beauty and comfort of the room. The onsen, with its silky smooth water quality, was among the best we've ever experienced. Additionally, both dinner and breakfast were meticulously prepared dish by dish, offering exquisite flavors that made for a luxurious meal perfect for such a special occasion. My mother-in-law was overjoyed and said she was truly glad to have come. It became a memorable stay that made this special day even more meaningful. With its quiet and serene atmosphere, impeccable service down to every detail—everything exceeded our expectations. Next time, we hope to enjoy a multiple night stay for an even more relaxing experience.

Even though I hadn’t requested the Shuttle Service, when I called the Accommodation they kindly said they would come pick me up right away, which I really appreciated. The driver was also very pleasant and friendly. The front desk staff were naturally welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere that felt very comfortable. When I entered the Room and opened the sliding window, I was moved by the close-up view of fresh green maple leaves and the mountains. The views from both the private bath and the open-air bath were outstanding. It is also conveniently located close to the ropeway. I love traveling and stay at various Accommodations several times a year, but among them all, I think Hotel Yunomoto is truly exceptional. Thank you very much.

I stayed here for a concert trip this time. Because of the concert end time and traffic, I didn’t arrive until 9:00 PM, and I ended up getting to dinner very late, but you welcomed me with a smile and I had a wonderful time. Breakfast was also delicious, and since I had some time before checkout, I was able to take a walk in Kenrokuen Garden across the street. The location is excellent, and above all, every staff member was smiling and seemed genuinely happy—I would definitely like to stay here again the next time I visit Kanazawa. My spouse and I stayed on June 19. The building was old, but it was well maintained, and the courtyard after the rain in the morning was lovely. All of the meals were delicious, and we both finished everything. The staff were also very pleasant. We were able to visit Amanohashidate, which we had wanted to see for a long time, and fully enjoy Kyoto by the Sea. Thank you very much.
