During Silver Week, we dined at the Chinese restaurant Keikaen and the restaurant Chef’s Terrace. Both the food and hospitality were excellent, and I highly recommend them. This was my second stay, and I would love to stay again.

Completely satisfied with everything—the bath, amenities, beds, sleepwear and bedding, access, and surroundings! I stay here regularly. The cleanliness and housekeeping are excellent.

I made a Reservation for a Standard Twin, and they upgraded me to a Superior Twin Room. It was only for one night, but the Room was spacious and clean, and I didn’t want to check out early in the morning. I’d like to stay here again when I have business in Shinjuku. Thank you very much.

Great location right by the station with easy access. The Room was clean even for a Business Hotel, and the in-room amenities were good. After check-in, it was fun to choose the amenities and bath salts you needed. The restaurant was also clean and the food was delicious. Everyone at the Hotel was very kind.

We are always very satisfied with the pleasant hospitality, delicious meals, and relaxing Onsen. This time, we chose the teppanyaki dinner course for the first time, and it was delicious and very satisfying. It made us want to visit again right away, so as soon as we returned home, we promptly made our next Reservation. We look forward to staying with you again.

We stayed for one night with my daughter’s family, our grandchildren, and our Chihuahua. The Room was clean and spacious, and the kids and our Chihuahua were running around happily!! We were very satisfied to enjoy a BBQ on the covered terrace without worrying about the weather. Breakfast arrived warm in the delivery box, so we could eat right away—and it was delicious! The bathroom was also spacious, and we all enjoyed it together. Unfortunately, it rained so we couldn’t use the dog run, but we’d love to come back and try again! We’ll definitely stay again as a family.

I chose the Japanese-style room because it was the most attractive option in terms of price compared with the other rooms at the time of booking. It was a spacious 10-tatami room on the top floor with a view down over the Shirakawa River, and it felt just like staying at a traditional hot spring inn. It would be perfect if there were a large public bath (there isn’t), but the in-room bathroom was very large and comfortable. I stayed multiple nights for work, and having only one futon set in such a large tatami room felt almost a bit lonely. One request: since there are no power outlets near where you lay out the futon, an extension cord would make this even better. Breakfast offers more than enough variety and is very high quality—and they also cook omelets to order. I liked it so much that I’ve already booked again for business trips in December and January. Next time I’ll try a Western-style room for comparison (laughs). If this Japanese-style room is offered at a reasonable price, I highly recommend it.

We stayed as a family of three, and the Room was spacious, as was the bathroom. The staff were also very helpful. When going from the parking lot to the Hotel, it was raining and we got wet, so I wish there had been some way to stay dry. Breakfast was also great, with a wide variety of food.

I had been wanting to stay here for a long time, and my wish finally came true. I was very satisfied with the Onsen and the breakfast and dinner served in semi-private dining areas. If I had to mention something, the parking lot was far away and there were only stairs, so getting around was a bit difficult. Above all, I truly admired the staff’s warm and courteous service.

I stayed one night during the last day of Silver Week with a “room assigned by the Hotel” plan. This was my first time using the West Exit location in front of the station. It’s close to the station, and the Hotel itself is very new. The in-room TV was huge, the desk was spacious, and there was also an air purifier for house dust and pollen removal. Breakfast was an all-you-can-eat buffet with plenty of healthy options such as Kanazawa curry, tuna sashimi, unlimited grated yam (tororo), kinpira burdock, broccoli, and more. It was definitely better than the famous top-tier Hotels nearby that charge higher Accommodation Fees. When I chose the “room assigned by the Hotel” plan this time… unbelievably, I was shown to a triple Room on the top 12th floor with a view of Kanazawa’s night skyline! I felt incredibly lucky and got really excited. Getting such a spacious suite-like Room at such a low price felt like winning the lottery. The Room was clean, and I slept amazingly well on fluffy Simmons beds with great pressure-relieving mattresses—perfect for recovering from travel fatigue. On top of that, all front desk staff greeted me with smiles and were happy to help; their service made me think to myself, “Booking this Hotel was absolutely the right choice!” (with an inner fist pump). The parking lot directly behind is capped at just 500 yen within 24 hours. This truly is a Smile Hotel that lives up to its name—everything exceeded expectations in so many pleasantly surprising ways! Then after breakfast and a hot coffee, I went to hand my Room key back at reception before heading home—and they told me: “A foreign tourist who stayed here last night found this driver’s license dropped in the parking lot next to the Hotel and brought it to us.” I was shocked! I hadn’t noticed at all that I had dropped my license outside. What a kind inbound traveler! I wanted to thank them, but there were so many foreign guests that I couldn’t tell who it was… The warm smile of the lovely female front desk staff member who returned what had been entrusted to her right as I was leaving became a lifelong memory for me. When I go to Kanazawa again, I will definitely make another Reservation at this Hotel. Thank you very much for your kind support and for sharing everyone’s warm smiles. It made for a wonderful ending to my Silver Week trip—I felt truly refreshed.

I stayed here as a base for sightseeing in Matsuyama. It offers great access to the airport, Matsuyama Castle, Dogo Onsen, and the downtown area. Breakfast had a wide variety of dishes—just as expected—and I was very satisfied. Above all, the staff’s respectful sense of distance and thoughtful attention made my stay especially comfortable. Thank you very much.

Traveling with kids, we really appreciated having futons in a Japanese-style Room. The kids’ area also had crane games, capsule toy machines, and a ball pit. The bath was amazing—we didn’t even have time to enjoy the manga corner... We had such a great time that we wanted to extend our stay. We were also very happy with the 11:00 check-out time. We’d love to stay again as a stopover on our trips. We were satisfied with the Facility, and all the staff provided excellent service. Just one downside: Our Room was right in front of the smoking room, and our child didn’t like it.

We stayed in a room for four with my elderly parents. Although we didn't request it, the accommodation kindly prepared a room on the second floor for our convenience. We chose a breakfast-included plan and expected a buffet, but it turned out to be set meals that could be selected. My parents were able to enjoy their meal comfortably at their seats. The Japanese-style meal with freshly cooked rice was incredibly delicious, and my parents finished everything from the morning. The staff were kind and attentive, and I would love to stay here again when visiting Kagoshima. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

It’s close to Yodoyabashi Station, has a large public bath, and was affordable—I was very satisfied! I could use the large public bath almost by myself both morning and night, and the breakfast venue staff were kind; it was a great Hotel. In the morning, when I went to the large public bath in loungewear, I ended up sharing the same elevator with people heading to breakfast, which was a little embarrassing—but we weren’t acquaintances and we were all guests at the same Hotel, so it felt fine. If I can stay for that price on a Saturday, I’d love to stay again!

The Hotel was very clean and functional, which was truly great. There were also materials prepared to introduce sightseeing spots and gourmet options around the Hotel, which were very helpful. However, the best part of this Hotel was the front desk staff. The atmosphere they created felt like the ultimate service. I will definitely use this place again when I visit Kanazawa. Additionally, the hairdryer was a big hit with the women in my family!

I stayed here while sightseeing along the Niyodo River. First of all, the Room with a great view along the Niyodo River was wonderful. The dining area was spacious, and the meals were outstanding—especially the straw-grilled bonito, so delicious I could have eaten endlessly. The sukiyaki, shrimp, ayu sweetfish, and other dishes also had a refined Japanese touch that brought out the best of fresh ingredients, and I was extremely satisfied. The Onsen had excellent water as well. In the open-air bath—believe it or not—a rhinoceros beetle and insects you don’t usually see in the Kansai area flew in along the way, which made it really fun. The Okyaku Lounge was also well stocked with drinks, snacks, and even ice cream, so I could relax and take my time. For breakfast, I enjoyed a bowl where you can choose from Kochi-style ingredients and arrange your own toppings—it was delicious. If I have another chance to visit Kochi again, I would definitely like to stay here. It became a truly wonderful trip. Thank you very much.

As I had only stayed at relatively large ryokan until now, it was a rare and wonderful experience to stay as if living in a Taisho-modern residence. The service was also perfect for me—I feel uncomfortable when there is too much attention, so being able to enjoy lounge drinks whenever I wanted was ideal, and yet whenever I asked for something, someone would promptly come out from the back and help. I think that’s why I was able to relax in this luxurious space as if it were my own home. The room and bath were both excellent, but above all the meals were outstanding—my elderly parents said it was the best they have ever had. The waiter in charge and the chef were friendly, we were given plenty of space at our table, and it became a truly special time. From the moment I tasted the first dish’s dashi at dinner, I knew this would be something special—and every dish through to the last was carefully prepared, exceeding our expectations. Breakfast goes without saying; it was wonderful as well. I would love to visit again. If I may make one request: thinking about my parents getting older in the future, it would be great if there were a Japanese-Western style room with regular beds rather than mattresses laid on the floor. If so, we could keep coming back for years to come!

The Room was kept clean every time, and it was clear that the cleaning was thorough. It was spacious and well located, so I would like to stay here again when traveling to Osaka.
