Simple and reasonably priced.

While traveling home, I spent some quiet time alone away from my family. It’s close to the airport and just over a 10-minute walk from Higo-Ozu Station. You can also pick up groceries at AEON. The property isn’t brand-new, but you can tell the Room is carefully maintained. The bed was neatly made as well. From the open-air bath at Sky Pass, I could watch planes overhead and see their undersides. I would likely stay here again when visiting home. The staff were courteous and attentive.

When traveling to Kyoto with two young children, this accommodation is our go-to choice. Unlike standard business hotels where the area under the bed is carpeted and allows shoes, this hotel features tatami flooring in the bedroom. This makes it worry-free when kids climb on and off the beds. Additionally, the layout separates the bedroom from the bathroom and entrance areas with sliding doors, effectively keeping children away from the shoe-wearing entrance area, which significantly reduces stress during our stay. Another highlight is that a famous Ohagi shop, Imanishiken, is located nearby. It’s easy to line up before opening hours and get a chance to purchase their rare kinako ohagi (soybean flour rice cake), which is hard to find in Kanto. The breakfast service was also excellent; staff members were friendly and attentive, providing both quality and quantity that left us satisfied. (The only minor wish would be for drip coffee instead of what was offered.) We look forward to staying here again next time!

I booked this the day before with breakfast and dinner included because the Accommodation I originally wanted was fully booked, and I wanted to watch the fireworks festival from Sakurajima. It was my first time on Sakurajima, and there’s an abandoned Hotel nearby—when I first drove past, I mistakenly passed by this place too (laugh). Check-in is normally from 3:00 PM, but since I arrived early, I called and was kindly told I could check in from 2:30 PM. After a short walk around the area, I checked in at 2:30 PM. I was also able to reserve the private bath for 3:30 PM, so I relaxed in my Room for a while. About the private bath: if you unlock the seaside door, it connects to the men’s open-air bath area. Also, it shares a wall with the men’s changing area with about a 10 cm gap at the top, so please be cautious about privacy. The Onsen water is extremely hot; there are instructions advising you to pour water over yourself with a bucket to get used to it before entering. Passing beyond both the men’s and women’s baths and heading outside down a short slope, there is also a mixed-gender bath located about 1 meter from the sea. Meals are not served in-room; breakfast and dinner are served at a dining venue past the front desk, and both were very delicious. The Room is a Japanese-style tatami room with futon bedding. The in-room bath is an old-style light-blue unit tub of about 1.2 m square. The toilet feels like a Western-style seat added onto an original squat toilet setup, so it’s quite small. The balcony offers stunning views of Kinko Bay, but due to volcanic ash and being close to the sea, railings and other metal parts are quite rusty. Still, considering how thoughtful the staff were as well as the price overall, I think it’s a very good Hotel. By noon that day when I went to scout Sakurajima Lava Nagisa Park and Yunohira Observatory Deck, many spots were already being held with sheets and camera tripods—so after dinner we drove to the Sakurajima Ferry parking lot, parked there, walked to the pier area instead, sat comfortably at our own pace while watching fireworks—and we were very satisfied.

It offers easy access to Matsumoto Station, and you won’t have trouble finding places to eat. It’s truly an easy-to-use Hotel. The only drawback was that the Wi-Fi didn’t reach the desk in the Room, which was inconvenient. I will stay again.

All staff are foreign nationals. I think many of the guests were also international. The Room is not large and there is no desk or sofa, but if you just need a place to stay, it is affordable and good value. The location is far from Toyama Station, but it is in the downtown area, so it is convenient for going out.

The building and the Room are old, but it was more than enough for a business trip since I only needed a place to sleep. Above all, it’s reasonably priced and close to the station, so I’d like to stay here again when I’m in Utsunomiya on business. I also appreciate that there is a large public bath, and all the front desk staff are kind.

I stayed at this hotel because they offered a very affordable plan with Shuttle Service to Kansai Airport for an early morning flight. After spending two nights in Shinsaibashi and moving from the Expo, I found navigating Osaka's many transfer routes from JR Bentencho Station with large luggage a bit confusing. I ended up taking the JR train to Kansai Airport. Although I successfully transferred at Rinku Town to reach Iharanosato Station, I made the mistake of not exiting through the ticket gate during the transfer, which required fare adjustment. Since fare adjustments couldn't be made using Mobile Suica at unmanned stations like Iharanosato (though card types are accepted), I had to settle it later with JR East after returning home. I'm still unsure if there was a fare adjustment machine on Rinku Town's platform or if exiting through the gate was necessary. The hotel was conveniently located along the road, with a Don Quijote store open until 10 PM nearby. Despite being budget-friendly, it offered spacious beds, well-equipped amenities including a refrigerator and kettle with tea, making my stay very comfortable for one night. However, traveling from central Osaka to Kansai Airport felt quite far.

Because the Room is not directly connected to neighboring rooms, you can relax without worrying about noise.

A slightly old-fashioned Showa-era accommodation. However, the onsen features a rock bath and is very relaxing. The meals were also delicious. I think it is suitable for pilgrims.

I used it for the first time, and overall it was a good Hotel. It is conveniently within walking distance of JR Hiroshima Station and downtown.

The terrace was spacious, and the late check-out time allowed us to enjoy a relaxing morning sipping coffee while gazing at the sea. The room was clean and perfectly sized for two people. However, we felt a bit hesitant about using the jacuzzi on the terrace, so we decided not to use it this time. As mentioned in other reviews, parking was quite challenging, especially since we had an MT car, which made it a bit more difficult. Other than that, everything was wonderful. It made us want to stay longer next time! We also appreciated the coffee, tea, snacks, and popcorn provided—they were such a nice touch. Thank you for giving us such a lovely experience!

Last year, we had to cancel the Reservation just before our stay as 2 out of 7 people caught the flu. This time, we could only make a one-night Reservation due to limited Room availability, but it was worth it. The meals exceeded expectations—mini osechi, seafood, simmered dishes, tempura, handmade desserts—all in portions more than enough for big eaters. The rice was very delicious and self-serve style allowed us to enjoy as much as we wanted without hesitation. Breakfast included special tofu and was also very tasty. The bath offered a view of snowy landscapes; the water temperature felt slightly lukewarm but perfect for relaxing comfortably. Although the Accommodation has an older feel to it, everything was kept very clean and tidy. The staff were all kind and welcoming. We wish we could have stayed for two nights!

Convenient location with spacious rooms. Highly recommended, and we plan to book again for our next trip to Tokyo.

The Facility is somewhat old, but the location is excellent for sightseeing around Gion. Otherwise, it feels comparable to a Business Hotel.

Conveniently located near the station. Despite being close to the station, the surroundings are quiet. Since it's an annex, checking in and out at the main building is slightly inconvenient, but it's quick and easy. The room was just right for spending time alone. However, I wiped off fingerprints on the mirror on the desk. I was pleased with the handwritten letter on the desk. I took the bath duck home as I wanted to take good care of it. It was soothing.

The amenities are excellent at this Hotel. However, the trash bin in the toilet is small. It would have been nice to have another one in the washroom. Also, there was no place to hang towels I brought, which was inconvenient. Walking to the station was challenging due to the season, so I used a taxi. Other than that, it’s a good Hotel!

This was my first time staying at an accommodation where we rented the entire property. The house was spacious, and the kids were thrilled! The view was amazing, and it felt truly luxurious! However, the road leading to the facility was quite complicated and steep. It felt narrow enough to wonder if a large car could pass through safely. When we unlocked the room and entered, the air conditioning wasn't on, so it took quite a while for it to cool down. There were some insects, but having a vacuum cleaner available was very helpful. The food was delicious! We had shabu-shabu, and I noticed there were a lot of shiitake mushrooms—quite amusing! There was plenty of food overall, but for big eaters, I recommend buying extra before arriving. Once inside, going out at night is challenging due to the complex roads. The amenities were high-quality and satisfying. However, since the dishwashing detergent provided is eco-friendly, it struggled with removing oil stains effectively. We stayed as a group of seven people. The rice cooker provided was small, so we had to cook rice in two batches. It would have been nice if there were sanitary boxes in the toilet. Although there were some minor concerns here and there, we truly felt luxurious during our stay, and we enjoyed spending quality time with family. The view was absolutely stunning—we left feeling very satisfied! Thank you very much!
