We stayed at “Yuzu no Yado Senrien” in Yunogo with our family and our beloved dog! The Room where we could stay with our dog was very comfortable, and we were truly happy that we could enjoy the delicious meals together the whole time. Usually on trips, our dog has to stay behind or we end up spending time apart, but this time our whole family could be together from start to finish and relax with peace of mind. Using the Accommodation as a base, just step out into the Onsen town and you’ll find everything packed into a charming, walkable area—an atmospheric shrine, footbaths to soothe tired feet, and stylish, cozy cafes. We were able to take a leisurely stroll at our dog’s pace and felt genuinely refreshed. With such warm hospitality and the best holiday spent together with the family (and our pup), it became an unforgettable memory that made us think from the bottom of our hearts, “We’re so glad we chose this place.” We also used a private bath inside the property with our dog. It was not an Onsen. It’s a favorite Accommodation we’d love to visit again in a different season!

This is my third stay at an AB Hotel in different locations. Everything is provided to a reasonable extent in each area. I will consider staying again at one of their properties.

I booked because the Hotel is renovated, offers free parking, and includes a complimentary breakfast. The self-service amenities unique to an unmanned Hotel were thoughtfully provided down to the smallest details. When I went to the microwave area to warm up the rice sandwich hanging outside my Room, there were paper plates and chopsticks, as well as towels for guests on a Multiple Night Stay. In the Room, there were mint cookies, mint tea, mint soap, and mint bath salts; even the breakfast hand towel had a mint scent—and the shampoo and mist were also mint. The in-Room amenities were stylish, and the French Bed was extremely comfortable. The Moderate Twin had a large sink and bathtub (no separate washing area), and both the table set and closet space were very convenient. In addition to the toiletries, an extension cord was provided as well, so I didn’t feel inconvenienced at all. That said, perhaps because the door is thin, voices from inside Rooms can be heard in the hallway. There was also some operating noise from what seemed like an air conditioner or similar equipment. Those were my only concerns—overall I was very satisfied to enjoy such attentive service and a refreshing “all-mint” stay at this price. I would like to stay again.

Once again, it was a very pleasant stay. The meals were delicious, and the fried chicken we had last year was so good that we ordered it again this time—still outstanding!

All the staff at the front desk and during meals were foreigners, but their Japanese was excellent and they were very polite. When passing on the stairs, they stepped down a few steps and moved aside for us—thoughtful hospitality that truly reflected Japanese-style attentiveness. They were wonderful staff members you rarely see at Hotels these days. The building layout is complicated, and you have to go up and down stairs from the lobby to finally reach your Room floor. Getting to meals and the Onsen also requires using stairs every time, so it seemed difficult for guests with mobility issues or elderly guests; we saw someone resting midway while holding onto the handrail. No elevator. We had two suitcases plus other luggage, and we couldn’t carry everything at once, so we ended up making two trips. It was tough with so much luggage. The kaiseki meal was on the smaller side but delicious. Breakfast had many small dishes—elegant and nicely presented. The Onsen was quite hot; since it was a weekday with few guests, I had the bath to myself both at night and in the morning. The Room was spacious, clean, and lovely. When making our Reservation, it didn’t say there was an open-air bath in the Room, so I was thrilled when I saw it as soon as we opened the door—but I felt disappointed when I noticed a “Do Not Use” sign on the lid. Still, it’s a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

I stayed here while snow was gently falling. It was a huge help that they stored my luggage both before and after check-in. I stayed in Room 203. It’s a room with a balcony overlooking the garden. The room was very spacious, with a latest-model TV, a ReFa showerhead, a wide vanity, and a bathtub with a washing area. The toilet was fully automatic as well—everything was excellent. All amenities were MIKIMOTO. My hair usually feels rough when I use Hotel shampoo, but at this Accommodation it stayed smooth and silky. There is an guests-only lounge, and it was a lovely service that coffee, tea, and more were available freely until midnight. I also appreciated being able to take drinks back to my Room. I had coffee at check-in, and it matched my taste perfectly—really delicious. The breakfast I had been looking forward to was 100/100. I’ve eaten at luxury Hotels before, but this may have been the best I’ve ever had. Everything was wonderful, but what especially stood out were the yuzu-scented okara (unohana), fu dengaku, the white-dashi miso soup, and the dashimaki tamago (rolled omelet). When I mentioned it was my birthday this time, they decorated the guest room beautifully and even offered matcha—such thoughtful hospitality. All staff members were incredibly kind, with such a warm and homey atmosphere that made it easy to talk to them. Watching how warmly they treated other guests also made me feel happy. I think this is the best Accommodation—one that welcomes you warmly whether it’s for a special occasion or not. Next time I visit, I’ll come specifically to enjoy an unhurried Hotel stay. It was a clean and cozy guesthouse. The food at the bar was very delicious.

Except for the lack of meals, the Facility is fully equipped. You can buy groceries and other essentials about a 10-minute walk away, and there is also a convenience store about a 3-minute walk away. Personally, I was able to stay comfortably.

The Room was clean and spacious, and the Facility was great. The open-air bath was wonderful! It looks like you could have a barbecue on the terrace. There’s a rice cooker, plates, and more, so you can cook for yourself. I’d love to stay again.

I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. I booked a no-meals Plan, but there were plenty of restaurants nearby, which was convenient. There is a Chinese restaurant on the first floor of the Hotel, and an iron pot cuisine restaurant on the second floor of the building next door, so finding a place to eat was never an issue. The room had separate toilet and bath areas, which made it comfortable and spacious to use. Transportation was also convenient: there is a bus stop in front of the Hotel and a streetcar station behind it, making sightseeing and getting around easy. I think this Hotel is a great choice for those who value convenient dining options and access to transportation.

Stay in a detached accommodation. Enjoyed a soak in the hinoki bath before dinner. Initially felt slightly underwhelmed, but after bathing again post-dinner and the next morning, the blend of the water and hinoki tub became very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was top-class in taste and extremely satisfying. Highly recommended as an accommodation when visiting Munakata Taisha or Mekari Shrine. Thank you for your excellent hospitality!

The Room was spacious and spotless, with plenty of beds, and the appliances were all high quality, so we had a very comfortable stay! The tableware was well stocked, and everything was stylish—above all, it has great taste! The meals were also absolutely delicious! The staff were attentive and courteous, which made our stay even more pleasant.

Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the Room was clean, new, and comfortable. I would like to stay again.

The Room was average, but the bath salt service was a nice touch. Breakfast left a great impression: we were served a “Hakata Tamatebako,” a set featuring several small dishes made with local ingredients. The restaurant staff were cheerful and courteous, making for a pleasant meal.

Convenience, facilities, amenities, and cost are excellent. Above all, the quality of the razor is outstanding.

Overall, it’s a comfortable Business Hotel without any major standout features. The Room is clean, but since it is fully wood-floored and there is no clear area to take off shoes, that personally bothered me. Room cleaning is once every two days, but amenities are replenished daily and you also receive a 500 ml bottle of water each day, which was great. The front desk staff were all very polite and left a good impression. Breakfast is provided as a free light meal, so I didn’t expect much, but the bread selection was the same every day (croissant and sweet red bean Danish), so it would have been better if it changed daily. That said, the bread, boiled eggs, and bananas were all very tasty. The location is about a 10-minute walk from Kamata Station, but there’s a Life supermarket and convenience stores nearby, so I think it’s good. Overall, the value for money was excellent!

My spouse and I stayed with our miniature dachshund and chose the BBQ course. After arriving, we checked in at Bianco. We were then shown to our Room, and everything was explained carefully, including how the Room and the public Onsen work. You can buy a 24-hour pass for three public baths at Gozen-yu for 600 yen. We started with a soak at Gozen-yu, then took our dog for a walk around town before dinner. The atmosphere is lovely, but to be honest there aren’t really any tourist facilities like souvenir shops (lol). There are walking paths too, but we decided not to go into the mountains because we were worried about bears. Before dinner, they brought us the meat for the BBQ. A one-drink option is included, so I ordered a craft beer. The meal was more filling than expected and very tasty. One thing to note: you cook the rice yourself using a mess tin (camping-style pot), so it might feel challenging if it’s your first time—though I’m used to it as a camper. It felt less like staying at a Ryokan and more like casual glamping. Also, since you’re grilling as you eat, it’s not really a sit-down-and-relax style meal. After dinner we went to our second bath, Satsuki-yu. However, Arifuku Onsen is very hot, so you can’t soak for long. My wife tried to go for one more bath at Yayoi-yu before bed but ran out of time and ended up going back to Gozen-yu instead (open until 10 p.m.). In the morning we visited Gozen-yu again (open from 7 a.m.) before having breakfast bento boxes—those were great too. The Room was very clean, and best of all we could let our dog relax freely inside, which made us really happy. We’d love to stay again if we have the chance—next time I’d like to try dinner at Bianco as well.

This was my first stay, and it was a wonderful Hotel with unlimited drinks for extended hours, including beer and other alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, and coffee, which you can also take into the restaurant. There is also a free stone sauna available for guests, and it wasn’t crowded with tourists so I could relax very comfortably. The lobby and lounge were also very clean. I would like to stay again.

We enjoyed the excellent hot springs, delicious meals, and complimentary drinks.
