This Accommodation left a strong impression with its attentive hospitality and warm smiles, and the meals were truly delicious. The tasty, well-balanced dishes were a delight at both dinner and breakfast. If I have the chance to visit Kirishima Onsen again, I would love to stay here again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

We stayed for one night with a family of five and a small dog. Although the signal near the facility was weak, there was Wi-Fi available, and when we contacted them with questions during check-in, they responded promptly, which we greatly appreciated. The room was very spacious with large windows that provided an open atmosphere, and we could enjoy a view of Mt. Fuji from the room. When we entered the room in the evening and turned on the air conditioning, it took some time to warm up; having a heater would have been helpful. On the other hand, from morning to midday, sunlight came through the upper windows making it very hot; blinds for those windows would be nice. We prepared our own ingredients for cooking but enjoyed using well-equipped kitchen tools and appliances like a microwave oven. The drinks and snacks provided were thoughtful touches that made us happy. The hinoki bath filled the bathroom with its soothing aroma, creating a relaxing space—it was absolutely wonderful! Although this stay was only for one night, it made us want to stay longer at this facility. We hope there will be discounts for Multiple Night Stays in the future as we'd love to come back again! Thank you so much for providing such a precious experience!

We stayed here on a trip to Tokyo with my two daughters. Great access, just a short walk from the Yaesu Underground Mall exit. The Room was clean and comfortable. In the lounge, unlimited drinks and Japanese snacks made my daughters happy, and I was happy with the complimentary sake service. My daughter screamed when she turned the dial in the bathroom and the overhead shower suddenly came on... The breakfast was very delicious.

The hot spring bath was wonderful. I really enjoyed chatting with the hostess as well. The food was delicious, too. Thank you for promptly delivering my forgotten item—I truly appreciate it.

My first trip to Oki Islands. The weather was perfectly clear that day, and the sea was sparkling. From the Room, the ocean stretched out right before my eyes, and the early-morning view—before the morning light fully reached—felt truly magical. Both dinner and breakfast were carefully prepared, bringing out the natural flavors of the ingredients, and everything was delicious. My child was amazed at how good Oki rock oysters were, saying they are the best in Japan. The grilled fish at breakfast was also outstanding. Thank you as well for kindly accommodating my request regarding foods I cannot eat. If it weren’t for a small bug in the Room—and if the bath were an Onsen—it would be a perfect Accommodation. I was also happy to receive such warm and wonderful words from the male staff member I spoke with at check-out. A once-in-a-lifetime encounter—a truly lovely meeting. Thank you very much for taking care of us. Please take care of yourselves during this extremely hot summer following this intense heatwave.

We had a comfortable stay in a warm, homey atmosphere. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, made with local ingredients. The pork shoulder steak was outstanding. We also enjoyed chatting with the owner and his wife, and had a wonderful time. At night, we could see a sky full of stars, and the location is close to Shibachiku Garden and Rokka no Mori. We’re looking forward to visiting again.

This was my first time staying. The staff's service was excellent. The Room and bathroom were clean, making my stay very comfortable. The welcome drink was amazing, so much so that I didn’t feel the need to go out. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the large public bath was great as well. I would love to stay at this Hotel again.

We stayed as a family on New Year's Eve to escape the year-end hustle and bustle. The small hall was crowded with guests, but the front desk staff and attendants welcomed us warmly with smiles. The room was not very spacious but was clean and comfortable, equipped with coffee and mineral water. The silver shiny walls, full-length mirror closet doors, and compact yet renovated bathroom showed thoughtful design throughout. Although the public bath wasn't very large, I had perfect timing to enjoy it all to myself, which made me very satisfied. However, it might feel cramped during busy hours. The women's colorful yukata were stylishly designed, while the alphabet-printed yukata for general use featured vibrant colors and patterns that added a cheerful touch—especially contrasting against men's typically darker attire—enhancing the travel experience's charm. Meals were served in our room; dinner was flavorful and delicious. On New Year's morning, we enjoyed traditional osechi breakfast along with otoso (spiced sake), poured in order starting from younger guests as per custom—a refreshing moment to start anew. It was my first time trying Kyoto-style white miso soup with round mochi for ozoni; it marked a wonderful beginning to Reiwa Year 8. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Nishiki Market—with nearby sweets shops and cafes scattered around. Unfortunately, many stores seemed closed on New Year's Day itself. Surprisingly enough though, we couldn't hear any temple bells ringing at midnight but managed to sleep soundly right after welcoming the new year. While Kyoto has many hotels available, staying at a ryokan truly offers an exceptional experience!

I stayed here for a gathering near Toyotashi Station. First, the staff at the front desk provided excellent service. A male staff member assisted during check-in and a female staff member during check-out; both left a very positive impression with their greetings and polite language. The partnered parking lot is a short walk away but still within an acceptable distance. The complimentary breakfast is simple, with limited options (at that time, there were two types of bread, salad, and sausages), but it also included coffee, which was sufficient. Considering the price and location, I was very satisfied overall and would love to stay here again. Thank you!

Located near the center of the nine public bathhouses, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious, made with local ingredients. It was clean and had a calm atmosphere, so we were able to relax and enjoy a restful stay.

Beautiful Lake Biwa was truly just steps away, and we enjoyed breakfast on the terrace! The bath is shared, but it was spacious and very relaxing. The Accommodation staff were kind, and it was fun chatting about various things. Next time, I’d love to stay here for a Lake Biwa cycling trip!

The staff’s heartfelt hospitality. An Onsen that hot-spring lovers can’t resist (the water seems highly therapeutic, but you can’t stay in too long—so even during Golden Week, I was able to enjoy it almost privately). Above all, the food was incredibly delicious—wonderful dishes that felt nourishing and full of nature’s blessings! I’d love to come back just to eat those amazing soba noodles again. (I can’t forget how delicious the warm dipping broth with rich chicken stock was.)

It was quiet and very comfortable. Above all, the Onsen was excellent, and my body stayed warm for a while afterward. Since it is only available until 10:30 PM, I wish it had been open a little later.

It’s within walking distance of Kazurabashi Bridge, and there is a light rental service for the nighttime illumination. The toilets and washrooms were clean, and a hair dryer and yukata were provided. The bath is compact, with enough space for about two people. The meals used local ingredients and were delicious. We could also choose the meal time. The parking lot is right in front of the Accommodation, but the road is narrow and there is a lot of traffic, so please be careful when crossing.

Because the door is a bit unique, I was nervous at first, wondering if I had the wrong entrance. But once I passed through the gate, nature opened up and it was exciting. Since the car park and the Accommodation are separated, those with a lot of luggage should be careful not to forget anything. The Accommodation was clean. It was a little disappointing that there were no hangers in the room. As for the toilet and bath, you have to step outside once to get there, so at night I couldn’t bring myself to go out because I could hear what sounded like distant howling (lol). Still, since they are private facilities—unlike places where you share with other guests—I think it’s more than sufficient. There are also many Facilities you can use for free, such as a terrarium experience, a basketball hoop, a sauna, and a pool; depending on the season, there may be more than enough to keep you busy. I had assumed we might be able to interact with the horses too, but when it came to the ranch area I only heard them and never actually saw them, which was disappointing. For meals, we were satisfied being able to enjoy BBQ using our private grill! It’s not a luxury-style glamping Accommodation, but I think it’s just right for enjoying nature and a camping vibe in a clean environment at an affordable price.

I usually carry a suitcase and open it in the room. Many of the accommodations I stay at often leave little space to walk once the suitcase is opened, but despite the affordable price, this room was spacious and comfortable. It was disappointing to find dust accumulated in the hair dryer's vent.

I stayed here with my parents, who came from far away, while I was on a solo work assignment for my child’s sports day. Just as rumored to be a “beauty bath,” the hot spring left my skin silky smooth and warmed me through to the core—I was completely satisfied. The food was delicious, and we all agreed we want to come again! We were truly satisfied with the hospitality, which exceeded the Accommodation Fee.

Both dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and everything was delicious—we were very satisfied. The bath could also be used privately if the timing worked out, allowing us to relax in comfort. In addition, the owner and hostess were wonderful people, and their warm hospitality truly put us at ease.

The weather was great, and I was truly impressed from the moment we checked in—the view was beautiful. The villa was stylish and very clean, and we were able to stay comfortably without any inconvenience. Watching our dog happily running around in the garden made me feel so happy. Having a BBQ while listening to the sounds of insects felt special, and we enjoyed local Awaji Island specialties. The grill was easy to use, everything tasted delicious, and the portions were satisfying. Having drinks included in the refrigerator was also a big plus! We also ordered a meal for our dog, and he went all in with wide eyes on the meat and sea bream. We requested the sauna as well, and it was prepared with firewood. My husband loved that it gets properly hot! I’m not great with heat, so I couldn’t stay in for more than three minutes (lol). Even though it’s a villa stay, the staff kindly helped us with various things, so nothing felt like a hassle. We were very satisfied with their hospitality and would definitely love to come back again! Since it’s surrounded by nature we were worried about bugs, but there were some—just not enough to bother us.
