Stayed here the night before a weekend event. The facility is not new but well-maintained. The advantages include having a small public bath, free and spacious parking, and breakfast buffet included in the accommodation fee. I also liked the pillows provided. Since there are not many restaurants nearby and it’s located in a quiet riverside area, those without a car might find it inconvenient for dinner; however, dinner options were available at the hotel restaurant, which seems thoughtful. There’s no sense of luxury, but it’s sufficient for solo travelers and offers good value for money! There was an atmospheric sake brewery right in front of the hotel—if you enjoy sake, purchasing some there to enjoy leisurely in your room could be a nice idea!

We stayed in the log cabin. It is fairly old and a bit wobbly in places. Because it was the season (hot and humid), there were quite a few insects, but insect spray was provided, so it wasn’t inconvenient. The futons were very comfortable, and our whole family slept soundly. (I was woken up before 5 a.m. by a loud chorus of cicadas.) In addition to the Onsen, we were able to fully enjoy the great outdoors and truly relax. When you contacted us about our forgotten item, I was traveling and couldn’t hear well, so I feel I may not have responded properly. I’m very sorry. I asked for it to be sent cash on delivery, but you kindly sent it prepaid instead—I’m sorry for the trouble you went to as well as for that. Breakfast was more than enough, and the simmered dishes were truly delicious! Thank you very much for everything. We would love to stay again.

This was our second stay. The first time was in autumn, and this time we visited during the beautiful season of fresh greenery, which made it even more appealing. Above all, the food is delicious—we were truly impressed. The Ryokan is quiet and relaxing, so you can unwind at a leisurely pace. Although we love traveling, we rarely return to the same Accommodation, but we would definitely like to stay at Nakamuraya again.

Due to the gender ratio on the day, my room was upgraded. Thanks to that, I had a very comfortable stay. Even without considering that, the delicious meals, clean room, and well-prepared bath area with towels and cosmetics in the changing room made for a pleasant experience. The hospitality from the owner and staff was also polite and excellent. This small accommodation in a quaint town is charming—I hope they continue their great work as I’d love to visit again!

I’ve stayed here occasionally for years as a night-before stop for golf. The Hotel may be older, but it’s always kept very clean. This time I checked in late, so the parking lot right in front was full and I couldn’t park there, and I was directed to the second parking lot. It was directly behind the Hotel, so it wasn’t a problem. It seems they no longer offer it, but they used to have bento meals from the first-floor restaurant delivered to the Room, which I often used. They were very tasty, so I hope this service returns.

We stayed here as a couple. It was great that Kumano Taisha Shrine is right in front of the Accommodation, so we could visit during the day, at night, and early in the morning. The Onsen was also spacious and very relaxing, and soaking in the bath helped relieve our travel fatigue. We were amazed by the wide variety of dinner options! We would love to stay here again. Thank you very much for everything.

Everything was very clean and well maintained, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The view from the Room was an ocean view, and the scenery from the window was truly soothing. The on-site Onsen had excellent water quality—I could really feel how moisturized my skin was afterward—and I also appreciated the shampoo bar service with a variety of options. I came from the airport, and it was conveniently located just a short walk from the Shinyuzaki bus stop. They also stored my luggage before check-in and after check-out, which allowed me to enjoy sightseeing hands-free. The breakfast bread was absolutely outstanding—I regret not buying more to take home. It was a wonderful Hotel that made me want to stay again.

With check-in at 2:00 PM, this Hotel is recommended if you arrive in Kusatsu early and want to sightsee around Yubatake first. However, it’s hard to tell from the map, but walking from the Hotel to the downtown area where Yubatake is located requires going up and down a very steep hill. It’s about a 10-minute walk one way, but the uphill stretch is quite tough. The in-house Facility, public bath, and Room had been renovated and were clean and comfortable, but I was unlucky with my Room—the sound of rain hitting the Facility roof outside the window was loud and made it hard to sleep—so I rated the guest room two stars lower and overall satisfaction one point lower.

The building is old, but this is a very cozy Accommodation that makes you want to come back. They accept up to three groups per day; the toilet and washbasin are outside the Room, but they are assigned for your exclusive use, and the Onsen is also reserved privately by time slot. We stayed one night and used it three times in total. As they call themselves a cuisine-focused Accommodation, the food was delicious and more than enough. The owner trained at a soba restaurant, and his handmade soba is served at the end—hearty portions and extremely satisfying. The chicken offal stew and horse sashimi were also excellent. On top of that, chatting with the handsome owner was so much fun that we’re definitely coming back. We visited in summer this time, but we’d like to visit in autumn next time.

The Accommodation’s atmosphere and the staff were excellent. We were also happy to enjoy freshly harvested mountain delicacies. We would love to visit again.

I was cautious at first because the building is pink and the Facility has a distinctive look. However, due to a typhoon-related change of plans, I ended up staying here—and for the same Accommodation Fee range, it had everything I wanted: 1) two beds (twin), 2) separate bathroom and toilet with a bathtub, 3) a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, 4) a washing machine and gas dryer, 5) plenty of free on-site parking, 6) a microwave, 7) a balcony, and 8) provided tableware. In addition, since my Room was on the 4th floor, it had an ocean view. From the corridor side, I could also see the sunset over Irabu Island. The beds are slightly soft—below what you’d expect at a luxury Hotel—but they are large enough. The provided shampoo, body soap, conditioner, laundry detergent, and dishwashing liquid were not poor quality. The building and Facility are not brand-new but relatively new. Everything was cleaned well. However, it seems that requesting cleaning during your stay costs extra. Room access is via an electronic key; I received a five-character code (numbers and letters) by email. The location is on the Miyakojima side at the base of Irabu Bridge, making it convenient for getting anywhere. If you have a car, there are many restaurants and large stores within about 10 minutes. Accommodation Fees and prices in Miyakojima are higher than on Okinawa’s main island or Ishigaki (though you get experiences worth more than that), so being able to stay at Pink Hibiscus at an affordable rate was great. There aren’t Hotel-style services here, but it’s very practical—especially if you spend all day at the beach or swim in the morning, come back to shower and rest for a while, then head out again in the afternoon.

With both dinner and breakfast included, this price is amazing. When I mistakenly went to the main building, I saw a large selection of manga and thought I could borrow them, but it wasn’t possible in the annex. I would have been happy if manga borrowing had been available.

We stayed in a first-floor Room, and both the Room and the Onsen were spacious, allowing us to relax in great comfort. The tea served at check-in in our Room was truly delicious. It was the first time we’ve stayed at an Accommodation where we could freely enjoy such carefully selected tea and black tea. The selection of welcome drinks and snacks in the Room was also plentiful. I love drinking tea with good water, so having 2L of water provided was a personal highlight. I also appreciated having both yukata and loungewear. The staff were very kind. We had a wonderful stay and would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

The room is well-lit, with tropical-inspired colors that uplift your mood. The staff are friendly and create a warm atmosphere. Meals are flexible, so for dinner, you can explore Goya Ichibangai. A convenience store is within a minute's walk, and there’s also an affordable and delicious sushi restaurant nearby! I sent quite a lot of luggage ahead at a very reasonable cost. It was relaxing to chat casually with the staff. This was my second stay, and I truly appreciate that they kept the items I forgot from my previous visit—thank you!

The open-air bath was fully booked, so we could only reserve it once, but they kindly let us in early and allowed us to use it privately for over an hour. The indoor bath was piping hot, and the open-air bath was at just the right temperature—my skin felt wonderfully smooth afterward. We were able to enjoy breakfast at a relaxed pace in a private room. The grilled dried horse mackerel and the wasabi pickles were amazing! The breakfast staff were polite and pleasant, with excellent service. From the Room, we could see the wooded hillside behind the property and blooming flowers; it was a lovely Japanese-style Room with plenty of nostalgic Showa-era charm. Nearby there are convenience stores, sushi restaurants, AEON, and other places for shopping. The scones and pudding at a nearby shop were simple and delicious as well. This has become an Accommodation I’d love to visit again. Thank you very much.

This is a Ryokan I had wanted to stay at for a long time, and it exceeded my expectations. Beautiful fresh flowers throughout, truly delicious cuisine, an impressive hinoki bath, and kind staff—just to name a few. It is an elegant Ryokan with pet-friendly Rooms; we traveled with our Miniature Schnauzer, who tends to be quite wary, but he didn’t bark at all and we enjoyed a calm overnight stay.

The staff’s hospitality was wonderful, and we had a very pleasant stay. The meals were also delicious, and we were very satisfied. The view of Mt. Fuji from the Room and the large public bath was a real luxury! We would love to stay again someday.

Three women in their early 30s stayed here. First of all, the interior was bright and left a great impression. The amenities were well-stocked, and the room was clean and very comfortable. Above all, the location was incredibly convenient for getting around! With easy access to trams and JR lines nearby, we had no trouble even without a car during our stay. In fact, for those unfamiliar with driving in areas with trams, this hotel is highly recommended as you can easily use public transportation instead. It was perfect for a girls' trip, and we would love to stay here again! Thank you so much!

We stayed with our 2-year-old child. As I was pregnant, we chose this Hotel because it seemed conveniently located near Nara Park, and we booked a stay with meals included. Dinner was delicious and so generous that we couldn’t finish it. For our 2-year-old, they brought plain rice and furikake first, which made it easy to feed our child. Breakfast was a bit lighter and didn’t quite leave us completely full, but if you plan to eat while sightseeing, it felt just right. It may be a little too light for men. The complimentary water was very helpful. However, it was a large bottle (1.5L? 2L?), so we finished it at the Hotel. There is a 700-yen parking subsidy. Parking near the Hotel often costs over 1,000 yen, but we found a parking lot a little farther away where we could park for 700 yen and used that instead. The Hotel itself is somewhat old, but it was kept very clean, and the staff were kind and helpful.
