Although it’s very close to Kintetsu Nara Station, it’s not noisy, and the location is convenient both for an early-morning walk in Nara Park and for going to Naramachi for dinner.\nHowever, I was a bit bothered by a musky scent—perhaps lingering from the previous guest.\nOther than that, the Room was spacious and very clean, so I would like to stay again.

I stayed here for one night with my two children and my mother before visiting my mother’s family home. We planned to find a nice place to eat on the way, so we didn’t need meals, and this Hotel was perfect. The inside was much more spacious than you would imagine from the outside, and our family was able to relax comfortably. The occasional sound of passing trains added a nice atmosphere, and otherwise it was truly quiet with no other noise at all. In Hotels or Ryokan, voices and sounds from next door often carry a lot, but this place was very comfortable in that respect. When we had an issue during our stay, they replied quickly by email; even without meeting in person, their service felt pleasant and trustworthy. There are plenty of useful shops nearby as well, and I would like to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

It was a very clean and beautiful Hotel. It felt new, had no odors, and was cleaned with great care. There were not many guests on the day we stayed, but it was very quiet with no noise, so we could relax peacefully. It is conveniently located close to the station and sightseeing spots. The Japanese-made toothbrush provided was easy to use and very nice. Small touches like this show how much they care about their guests. I would love to stay here again when I travel to Nara. Thank you very much for your hospitality. We truly appreciate being able to make wonderful memories of our trip to Nara.

I hadn’t stayed at hostels very often, but I can truly recommend this one as a safe and comfortable place to stay. Because of the typhoon, the trains for the next day were canceled. When we were in trouble and panicking, they kindly worried about us, looked up transportation options, and suggested alternatives—they really went out of their way to help. Thank you very much. The Facility included a proper kitchen where it seemed you could cook and eat anything you like, and there was also a bar counter—at night it felt like you could chat over drinks with the Accommodation staff. We didn’t try it ourselves, but it seemed they offer a healthy breakfast made with freshly picked vegetables. The Room only has a shower (no bathtub), but the design includes a small seat, which made it easy to use. It was an Accommodation that would be a waste to stay at for just one day. If you’re planning a slightly longer stay, definitely consider it. Also, it sounds like the Accommodation staff plan various events to entertain guests, so I’d love to visit again on another occasion.

We stayed here to watch a baseball game at ES CON Field. We had originally made a Reservation for a 2LDK Room, but we received an email on the day of arrival and were upgraded to a 3LDK Room. Since one of our group uses a wheelchair, we really appreciated the larger Room and were able to stay very comfortably. The kitchen was equipped with dishes and other essentials, so we had no trouble eating and drinking in the Room. Amenities were minimal, so you’ll need to bring loungewear or pajamas. If I had one suggestion, adding grab bars in the toilet and bathroom would make it even more comfortable for guests who need some assistance. Both check-in and check-out were easy to do with just a smartphone.

We stayed here with our baby (6 months old). Tucked away in a quiet forest, the Accommodation was filled with the warmth of wood from the moment we stepped inside, and everything was spotless, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. The tatami-style Japanese room accessible by ladder was also great, and there was enough space to sleep with our child even on the large bed, which really helped. In addition, there were plenty of towels and both a washer and dryer, making it very convenient for families with children. It’s an Accommodation we would love to stay at again.

The views and the Facility were both excellent. I would have appreciated more flexibility with check-out.

I stay here every time I visit Okinawa. It’s so comfortable that it even feels like my own home. Even after all these years since opening, it remains beautiful and spotless—I’m truly grateful. I look forward to staying again next time.

I am a senior resident of Osaka, and this was my first visit to Tenkawa Village. Thank you for taking such good care of us. From my 30s onward I was constantly away on long business trips, then worked overseas from my late 40s through late 50s. After retiring at 60, I was assigned alone to a domestic affiliate company—15 years living apart from my family in total. During that time, I left all childcare and household responsibilities to my wife. Now that I have reached my second retirement at 65, I wanted—at the very least—to make it up to her. Because she loves nature (gorges, limestone caves, views from high elevations, and more), and because seeing fireflies was her top wish, we chose Nishisei as a Ryokan with delicious cuisine in an area where we could enjoy firefly viewing as well as an Onsen. We stayed one night from July 10 to 11. We arrived a little early for check-in, but you kindly welcomed us right away. While sightseeing, my wife lightly twisted her ankle. When I mentioned it to the female staff member in charge, she immediately brought us a cold compress patch. After dinner, you also drove us to a spot where we could see fireflies. Just as we had heard beforehand, everyone in this area is truly kind—I felt genuine hospitality throughout our stay. The manager told us that it might be hard to know whether we would be able to see any fireflies due to the timing of the season; however, at the riverside spot he guided us to, there were what seemed like well over one hundred flying about—a sight that even surprised him! We were deeply moved by the incredible swarm of fireflies unlike anything we had ever seen before. My wife said that every part of this trip matched her tastes perfectly and that she enjoyed it immensely. Personally as well—the Onsen (a bit hot but wonderfully refreshing afterward), the delicious meals served in our spacious private dining room-style setting, and the dancing fireflies—everything impressed me greatly. Thank you very much for your wonderful care and hospitality.

Thank you for a very comfortable stay. We also appreciate the Room upgrade. It was a wonderful Accommodation in a great location (quiet and conveniently close to town), and pet-friendly Accommodations are hard to find. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

The view of the calm Seto Inland Sea was breathtaking. Having a golf course right in front added excitement as I imagined playing the next day. Above all, I deeply appreciate the staff's kindness in bringing my husband's forgotten valuables to the station. We are truly grateful for your help and apologize for any inconvenience caused. We will definitely visit again!

We stayed at the accommodation for the first time to celebrate our couple's 60th birthday. Thank you very much for your hospitality. The facility was clean, the food was delicious, and we were able to relax. Although it was a bit of a distance to Toshogu Shrine, we enjoyed walking while admiring the beautiful autumn leaves and stopping by shops along the approach. It is conveniently located near Tobu Nikko Station, making it ideal for those arriving by Spacia train. Additionally, we were deeply impressed by the impeccable hospitality of the hostess at the front desk.

We chose this vacation house in the Maoi area of Naganuma Town to get away from the city noise, relax in nature, and recharge. It had already been featured by various people on YouTube, so it fully lived up to our expectations. All we could hear were birdsong, insects, and the wind. Just watching the sky change—from sunset to twilight, a sky full of stars, and then dawn—made all our worries fade away. We stayed at Maoiq konfort, designed around a Scandinavian interior concept. The Louis Poulsen pendant lights in the double-height space were beautiful as they reflected again and again in the glass against the sunset sky. For me, unlike a Hotel stay, there’s simply no alternative to a vacation house where you can spend time privately and peacefully without anyone disturbing you—so I don’t mind a small difference in cost. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Below are a few points that I felt would make it even better, from my perspective working in architecture and interiors: I would have liked an interior roller blind since the entrance door is glass. Similarly, vertical blinds on the living-room windows facing the double-height space would be helpful. It would be best if there were dimmer circuits for the lighting switches. I’d prefer outlets by the bed to be on the center side; there was nowhere convenient to place my phone while charging. The bedside light is positioned too high and falls into your line of sight when lying down. If Scandinavian design is truly the concept, I’d like to see floor or table lamps added. I wanted lower-level lighting overall. (Downlights on the double-height ceiling don’t feel necessary.) To enjoy stargazing at night, I wanted an on/off switch for the lighting that illuminates the white birch trunks across from the terrace. A luggage rack would be appreciated—I didn’t want to bring dirty suitcase wheels indoors.

We stayed as a group of four, including my wife and parents. The charm and elegance of this building, designated as a city cultural property, were truly remarkable, and my parents were very pleased. I even wondered how such an environment could be provided while maintaining profitability. Here are some thoughts: 〇 Highlights - My parents found the traditional-style house nostalgic and reminisced about the past. I felt it would be great for elderly guests to stay here. Once inside (except for the twin bedroom and detached bathroom), there are no steps, making it comfortable for older adults. - The distance from Obi Castle was perfect; we enjoyed walks both in the evening and morning. The walking paths had a lovely atmosphere. - The garden was beautiful, and opening the window in the detached bathroom created a pleasant semi-open-air experience (though it's not an Onsen; bath salts might be nice). We also appreciated having Yoguruppe available. - The dining area featured delicious craft beer and shochu highball on tap, along with other drinks and snacks. As a fan of shochu highball myself, I was delighted (and drank too much). 〇 Areas for Improvement - The front door and toilet doors were stiff to open or close for elderly guests. It would be helpful if they could operate with less force. - While the outdoor stone stairs (9 steps) had small rises, the wooden entrance stairs (5 steps) had larger rises that seemed slippery—challenging for older adults with weaker legs or balance issues. We appreciated being advised beforehand about entering through the back door instead; however, even there were some steps without handrails that required caution. Adjustments to reduce step height would greatly benefit elderly visitors. - Due to low airtightness in parts of this historic building during pollen season, certain areas indoors (like desks in earthen-floored rooms or parts of hallway walls) felt slightly dusty. The town of Obi itself is wonderful but staying at this accommodation alone made our trip worthwhile—it was an exceptional experience! We look forward to staying here again when visiting Obi in the future. Thank you very much!

An Accommodation in Yunohira Onsen, a quiet retreat in the Yufuin area. Run by a husband and wife, it has a calm atmosphere that feels like coming back to your family home in the countryside. Dinner was outstanding—especially the Bungo beef grilled on a ceramic plate. We also enjoyed the seasonal dessert. The miso soup at breakfast was hearty with plenty of ingredients—one of our favorites. The Onsen baths can be reserved for private use: an indoor hinoki bath and an open-air rock bath. We’ll be back!

This trip was with my parents and my son. Since one of my parents has difficulty walking, I chose this Accommodation hoping they could watch the Kamiyamada Fireworks Festival from the Room. We reserved the top-floor Room (5F Executive Floor Suite), convinced we would be able to see the fireworks. When we arrived, the front desk staff guided our car and prepared a wheelchair for my mother. Dinner was included; there was so much that we couldn’t finish it all, but everything was excellent and delicious. The baths were also wonderful, with great-quality water that everyone enjoyed—my son went in four times. As for the fireworks, they were absolutely perfect. We could see the launch site clearly, and it was truly beautiful. The only disappointment was that there were several steps inside the Room. I also thought handrails would have been helpful. Still, with such great food and a perfect fireworks view, I’m glad we stayed in this Room. Thank you to all the staff as well. I’d love to stay again.

This was our second stay. We stayed the first time for our dog, and came back because the meals were so delicious. There were three of us, and while many places use extra beds for three guests, we were able to relax comfortably and were very satisfied. We were happy as ever with the adorable dogs. We were happy as ever with the delicious meals. We also loved the Onsen and the fresh greenery in the English garden. Thank you very much. We’ll be back!

The moment I stepped into the Room, I couldn’t help but say, “Wow!” It was spacious, spotless, and truly amazing. The large, beautiful living space was wonderful, and the bathroom and vanity area were also incredibly stylish. The bath even had microbubbles, and the shower fixtures were uniquely placed and very chic. Everything in the refrigerator and the snacks were free. There were also delicious Ajari Mochi in the Room—such thoughtful hospitality in every detail. And it wasn’t just stylish and clean: there were two power outlets by each side of the bed, plenty of outlets throughout, a full-length mirror that was easy to use, and pajamas that were extremely comfortable—everything was simply outstanding. The service was polite and kind, making my stay very comfortable. Breakfast delivered to the Room featured delicious dishes from Sensan. It came in a bento box, but the rice was warm and the soup was piping hot—truly delicious. I was moved by such an elegant breakfast. The view from the Room was also stunningly beautiful. I’m so happy I got to stay here. Thank you very much.

The large public bath with free-flowing natural hot spring water and the dinner made with local ingredients were both delicious, and we were very satisfied. Thanks to you, we were able to soothe our fatigue from hiking. Thank you very much.

This was my third stay. The hosts’ warm personalities and attentive service were very impressive, making this Accommodation a place where I can stay with peace of mind. The location is also great; this time I stayed for business, and it was very convenient and comfortable. I would love to stay here again.
