This was my first time staying at this Hotel. It is within walking distance to Dotonbori, and there is a convenience store nearby, making it very convenient. The staff at the Hotel were extremely kind and provided excellent service, which made my stay highly satisfying. I would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay on Friday and Saturday. They contacted me in advance with instructions on how to use the facilities. The Room was clean and well stocked with amenities, and I was glad I could use the large public bath on Saturday, where I could enjoy two types of hot water. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again if I have the opportunity.

Just a 30-second walk from the station and 1 minute from the Shinkansen ticket gates. It was an ideal base for getting around by train. There is also an izakaya on the second floor, which was great. I attended an event at Urara and was surprised that the venue was right next door. It would be perfect if the complimentary breakfast included rice.

I have stayed here many times in both the cottages and the condominiums, but this was my first stay with a pet. The property is a bit dated, but it was very clean and comfortable. The staff were also very courteous. However, I went to the front desk to pick up my reserved takeout order, but I had to wait in the same line as guests checking in, so it took quite a while. If possible, I would appreciate it if you could arrange a way to pick up takeout items from a separate area of the lobby. The takeout hors d’oeuvres were beautifully prepared and very delicious!

On the second day, heading from Nasu Highlands to Gunma Prefecture, we stayed at Route Inn Shibukawa. Upon arrival, several cars and motorcycles had already arrived, but we were lucky to park under the covered entrance. The next morning, I happened to look at the backyard and saw nearly 30 motorcycles parked, realizing its popularity. The room was neatly arranged, the large public bath was able to relieve the fatigue of the day, and the breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. Also, from arrival to departure, the staff who served us with smiles throughout, thank you very much for your hospitality. m(_ _)m

I enjoyed two days at Hakodate Racecourse. It rained, but the Hotel is right in front, which was a huge help. You can also borrow an umbrella. There are vending machines for coffee, tea, and corn soup near the elevator. You can have as many cups as you like for free. The chicken wings at breakfast were delicious.

All the Hotel staff were kind. Although it is far from the station and the building is old, I was able to stay at a reasonable price, and I was very satisfied with the large public bath, which had hair dryers and ReFa shower heads. Breakfast was also affordable and offered a wide variety of dishes. The Shuttle Service to Hamamatsu Station was very helpful. This is an Accommodation I would like to use again!

The accommodation may be old as mentioned in other reviews, and it might not compare to high-end places, but for me, this is the perfect onsen accommodation! I was completely satisfied from the moment I arrived. My companion was also delighted, and our first impression was excellent. After arriving, we used the indoor bath. Thanks to the limited number of rooms, we had it all to ourselves. The water quality was fantastic and even alleviated the pain in my right upper arm caused by neuralgia. As for dinner... while you can hear other guests' voices, each group has a private dining space where you can enjoy your meal without worrying about others. The rice was delicious, and every dish served exceeded expectations! For someone over 50 like me, there was plenty of food—it was honestly a challenge not to leave anything behind! But what impressed me most during dinner were the staff members who attended us; their warm personalities and smiles (even through masks) made dining an absolute pleasure. I’ve often avoided meals at accommodations due to past disappointments; however, this place completely changed my perspective with its exceptional food and outstanding service from staff members—so much so that I went to bed feeling deeply moved. The next morning before breakfast, we reserved a private open-air bath (though initially planned for before dinner but it wasn’t available). It turned out beyond expectations—a truly amazing open-air bath! Even large enough for three families together yet just two of us enjoyed it privately. Perhaps due to timing or seasonality—we saw swallows building nests nearby while hearing chirps from baby birds as parent birds busily brought them food—a serene experience indeed! Breakfast afterward left us equally satisfied despite having eaten so much at dinner—it’s hard not being full here! Having stayed at various accommodations over time only two—including this one—made me want return solely because they’re worth visiting again (the other being an unnamed place in Hirugami Onsen). In conclusion: If you're looking for affordable enjoyment combined with must-have private open-air baths—I highly recommend staying here! Lastly—to any staff member who assisted during our delightful evening meal reading this review—I hope these words bring joy your way!

This was my third stay. As always, in the separate container units you can hardly hear noise from neighboring rooms—only the sound of doors opening and closing at the entrance (you can hear traffic and trains). On the other hand, it’s great that you can relax without worrying about the noise you make. I often use R9 Container Hotels because I can unwind alone at my own pace. The bathtub is a bit larger than in a typical Business Hotel, and the bed is very comfortable. It’s also helpful that they offer frozen light meals.

We stayed here when visiting Huis Ten Bosch. We found this place while looking for a Room that could accommodate our family of five together. The price was reasonable, and it was convenient because everything we needed was provided. There are no dining options within walking distance, but if you have a car, there is a convenience store nearby, so it wasn’t an issue. I also visited an Onsen (day-use bathing at another Accommodation) about five minutes away by car. Although the check-in process is unmanned, the support center was very kind and helpful. We would like to stay again if we have the opportunity.

This was my second stay at this Hotel. Last time I stayed in a Japanese-style Room, and this time I had made a Reservation for a twin Room (+ an extra bed), but you kindly prepared a four-bed Room for us. Last time, the Room and Facility felt a bit dated, but this time it didn’t feel old at all—perhaps it has been renovated—and we had a very comfortable stay. I especially loved how the pillows sank just right; I liked them so much that I wanted the same ones for myself. Also, even before check-in, you thoughtfully called to let us know that “the Room was ready earlier than expected.” We were tired after spending the whole day at Greenland in midsummer from opening time, so being able to rest in our Room right away was extremely helpful. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and it was wonderfully comfortable from the moment we walked in. As other Reviews mention, dinner did feel warm, but there were plenty of cold drinks as well as shaved ice and soft-serve ice cream available, so we didn’t find it inconvenient. Breakfast also had just the right amount of variety and was delicious. It seemed fully booked, yet we never felt crowded inside the Hotel and were able to relax comfortably. The only thing was that we went to the bath during its busiest time and had some waiting time, but it was within an acceptable range. The Onsen after a long day of activities was wonderful. The next day we used the pool, and when staff told us “You’re welcome to use the Onsen after 11:00,” we gratefully did so. The changing area also had plastic bags for swimsuits and towels prepared—it truly felt like every detail was taken care of. I would love to stay at Hotel Blanca again on our next visit to Greenland. The meals were absolutely delicious—I really enjoyed everything, from the rice to the eggs, cod roe, salmon, salmon roe, and even kiritanpo hot pot in the morning. I’d happily stay another night just for breakfast. The bed was very spacious and comfortable, and I slept soundly. The only downside was the pajamas; fastening them with buttons felt a bit uncomfortable to sleep in.

I often use Route Inn for both business trips and personal travel because it offers great value for money. Another reason I trust it is that, unlike some Hotels, it doesn’t drastically raise prices during peak seasons or right before holidays. I had assumed the experience would be the same anywhere in Japan, but during this stay I realized that the staff service here was far more polished and higher in quality than at other Route Inn locations. Even when busy, they never stopped smiling, and every staff member provided refreshingly pleasant service. This likely reflects the character of those at the top and their attentive guidance. It may also be because each employee has a strong sense of professionalism. I hope to learn from them as a person. Thank you very much.

I had a very comfortable stay as I was provided with the best room despite booking at a very affordable price. The dinner at the restaurant was so delicious and generously portioned that I wondered if it was really okay to offer it at such a price—completely satisfying. Although I may not have the chance to revisit this remote island, it was a Hotel where I would love to enjoy a Multiple Night Stay and relax.

The exterior looked like an older Hotel, but the Room had been renovated and the unit bath was clean, which was great. The staff were also very kind. It’s close to Sumoto Bus Center, and there is a supermarket and a convenience store right in front of the Hotel, which was convenient. Overall I was satisfied, but if I had to mention one thing, the Room only had a single blackout curtain, so when I opened it in the morning the sunlight came straight in—I wish there had been a sheer curtain as well. Still, I would like to stay here again.

Every year, we stay here when our sports team participates in tournaments. We’re always impressed by the great-value dinner and breakfast. Above all, the low price is a huge help. This year, we were also surprised by the renovated front lobby. This time we skipped dinner and went to a nearby izakaya instead, but the location is excellent, so it’s truly convenient. Thank you very much for always responding so politely to our many questions each time.

Thank you as always for your continued support. With its great location, excellent breakfast, and this price point, Hotel Kansai is the only Accommodation I consider in Osaka. And when I happen to catch a “niku-sui day,” it absolutely makes my day. I plan to keep staying here in the future. However, something disappointing lately… it seems the incredibly delicious pork miso soup at breakfast has gone back to the original regular miso soup. Personally, I wouldn’t mind if the breakfast price were raised further—I’d really like it to be pork miso soup again.

When my credit card did not respond during payment and caused a delay, the front desk staff immediately assisted me. They also upgraded my Room for free. Additionally, there is a free shuttle bus running between Narita Airport and the Hotel, which was very convenient. Overall, I think it was an excellent Hotel. I will use it again.

I stayed here for a live concert trip. This was my second stay, and both the Room and the bathroom were clean and quiet. I would like to stay here again.

We stayed in a barrier-free Room. The Room had been nicely renovated and was comfortable. However, the washroom and toilet doors are automatic, and the noise was quite noticeable. Especially at night, whenever a family member went to the toilet, I woke up each time. The meals were tasty overall, but I felt they could have featured a bit more of Tokachi’s local character. The large public bath had a spacious washing area, but the bathtub felt small. The bath in our Room was spacious and comfortable, but the water was very hot, so we needed to adjust the temperature by adding cold water. We stayed for two nights as a family, and although there were a few points of concern, we had an overall comfortable stay.
