We stayed with three people for sightseeing in Kanazawa. It was our first time here, and we felt the location was ideal for visiting the main attractions. For an early start, Kanazawa Castle Park, Kenrokuen Garden, and Omicho Market are all within walking distance, and Oyama Shrine and museums are also close by. You can also easily reach classic spots such as Kazuemachi Chaya District and Higashi Chaya District. We used the affiliated parking lot next to the Hotel, but since you enter through narrow alleys and a shopping street, it may be a little hard to find. However, it’s reasonably priced until 10:00 a.m. the next morning, so we recommend using it. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as convenience stores and department stores, making it comfortable not only for sightseeing but for everyday needs too. It was a bit disappointing that we couldn’t use the large public bath (alternating hours for men and women) or enjoy the welcome drink due to timing. The breakfast venue was spacious with sofa seating, and we were able to relax and enjoy both Japanese- and Western-style buffet options. The amenities were well stocked, and we appreciated the free laundry facilities and manga lending service. When we visit Kanazawa again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

Our family of four stayed in two Twin Rooms. The front desk staff were very courteous, and the Room and beds were spacious. We were also very satisfied with the covered parking, same-day luggage storage, and dinner service with app registration. Breakfast was also delicious! We would definitely stay again!

Three elderly women stayed here together. We arrived by car, and the location was easy to find. The underground parking garage was spacious, so we could park with peace of mind. Kaikoen Garden is right next door, and the view was wonderful. The bath also had a great view, with large windows that made it easy to relax. We always stay at Itoen Hotel properties. The all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink options are affordable and very appreciated for seniors. The front desk staff were also friendly, and we enjoyed chatting at checkout, which made it a great trip. Thank you very much.

The Room was spacious and clean, and there were various bath options, making for a relaxing stay with pleasantly warm water. It was a Hotel with excellent value for money.

I stayed here to watch a soccer match. It’s close to the downtown area and the station, and the rates are relatively affordable, so I’ve used it several times. The bathtub is a bit small, which is slightly disappointing, but it’s fine overall. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

It was our first time at Club Med, and although the reviews were mixed, we ended up being very satisfied! English is the main language, but many staff members speak Japanese, so we had no trouble during our stay. The facility is old, but aside from weak water pressure in the shower, there were no major issues. The room only has basic amenities and lacks a luxurious feel; however, since we spent most of our time enjoying activities or at the bar, the simplicity of the room did not bother us. It really felt like just a place to sleep. Kids can have an amazing time too, so it’s especially recommended for families! We will definitely come back!

We stayed for two nights on our trip to Okinawa. The Room was spacious and clean, which left a great impression. Since we got drenched in sweat during the trip, being able to use the coin laundry was a big help. Breakfast was satisfying—we could even have taco rice and (a small amount of) Soki soba. A few minor points that could be improved: - The elevator signage inside the Hotel was a bit hard to understand; I didn’t realize until the second day that there are vending machines besides the ones on the 1st floor. - There were no loungewear in the Room, and it took me a while to notice that you can freely pick them up from the elevator hall. - I only realized at the washing machines that detergent must be purchased at the front desk, so I had to make an extra round trip. None of these were really the Hotel’s fault—just things I would have figured out if I’d thought about it—but having them clearly noted would have been convenient.

Thank you very much for taking care of me during my stay. This was a solo trip to an Accommodation I had wanted to stay at for the past 15 years, and my wish finally came true. It’s been difficult to coordinate schedules with family and friends, so I was grateful that solo stays were possible. The beautiful Tateyama Mountain Range and fresh greenery were stunning. The sea is also appealing, but this time my main goal was to relax quietly and enjoy the Onsen. I chose this Accommodation expecting great cuisine and an Onsen experience—and it was absolutely the right choice! Delicious Toyama specialties that more than met my expectations, and I could truly feel the chef’s careful attention to detail. The view of the Tateyama Mountain Range from the in-room open-air bath, along with birdsong, was unforgettable. I was also deeply moved by the warm hospitality of the female staff in the restaurant. The entire property was clean and comfortable, and I slept soundly for the first time in a while. Next time, I would love to visit again with friends or family. Thank you very much.

I always stay here and appreciate it. Overall I’m satisfied, but I’d be happy if a few things could be improved: - I’d like a mirror and a chair in the Room. Some Rooms have them and some don’t, but I’d like them in every Room. - Please replace the shower curtain with one that can be properly closed. - The front desk area is always hot. It’s hot whether I visit in winter or summer. On the positive side, I really appreciate that the Room slippers are now disposable! Please keep providing disposable slippers from now on as well!

The Room was clean and uncluttered, with nothing unnecessary. The essentials were more than enough. Since the bath water can get very hot, there were clear and detailed instructions on the door and inside the bathroom, which made everything easy to understand. The shower pressure was strong and great as well. I can’t sleep without my own pillow, so I brought mine—and I slept very well! I’d love to stay here again when I travel to Niigata Prefecture.

I chose this Accommodation because I wanted to relax in a bath with an ocean view, and it offers ocean-view rooms with private open-air baths. I later realized it was featured in the Michelin Guide (Tokai edition). There are many baths throughout the Accommodation—on the rooftop, on the 5th floor, two on the 3rd floor, and one on the 2nd floor—but unfortunately the 2nd-floor bath was closed on the day of my stay. The in-room open-air bath had plenty of hot water and a great view, and I enjoyed it very much. The 5th-floor bath is a reservable private bath in 25-minute slots, so it felt a bit rushed. On the 3rd floor, if it’s available you can lock it and use it privately; I used only one of them, and its semi-open-air style was best suited for washing up. I used the rooftop open-air bath after dinner—the gradient of colors in the sky was stunning, and I could even see an evening star, making for a truly beautiful experience; however... because there is nothing to block the wind on the rooftop, I felt very cold even during the short walk to the tub. You may want to choose your season if you want to fully enjoy it. The staff were cheerful and kind. I booked a Plan with breakfast and dinner; both meals were delicious and felt like just the right amount. Perhaps because everything paired well with alcohol, I got thirsty at night and drank water several times (I appreciated that cold water was provided in a pot in my room). The bedding was high quality and I slept well. Overall satisfaction was high—an Accommodation that made me want to return. One disappointing point—also mentioned by others—was that there were many marks on the tatami mats that looked like they came from dragging tables or other furniture around. Also as others have noted, there were some areas where cleaning seemed insufficient: higher spots and exterior sides of window frames looked like they hadn’t been wiped for quite some time. What bothered me most this time was that weeding around the open-air bath area hadn’t been done at all. It seems like it could be finished within an hour—or handled with weed killer—but since there don’t seem to be many young people locally and older staff appear to be running things mainly themselves, this may be easier said than done. Photos from when Game 16 of Ryuo Title Match (Season 16) was held here are displayed inside; you can see younger versions of Morishita Koji? Wait: Actually "森内、羽生" are Yoshiharu Morinouchi? It's "Morinouchi" vs "Habu". Alongside them is also a young Sugimoto Masayuki (8-dan), famous as mentor to Fujii Sota (six titles). Shogi fans—and especially Fujii fans—should definitely take a look.

We stayed here so our child could attend an open campus. When we called in advance to ask a few questions, the staff responded very politely. It is very close to the station, and since it rained both days, it was especially convenient. Our child also said the breakfast bread was very delicious.

I stayed here for business. The property and the Room were clean, and I was able to relax.

A Hotel about a 5-minute walk from the east exit of Toride Station. The route is straightforward, so you likely won’t get lost, but the front desk is on the second floor. If you have a suitcase, you can use the elevator located to the left after going up a short flight of stairs. Either way, you do have to climb a few steps… I ended up checking in after midnight, but since I had contacted them in advance, the front desk staff were very pleasant and accommodating. For female guests, they provide an amenity set including skincare items (makeup remover, face wash, toner, and emulsion), bath salts, a sheet mask, hairbrush, cotton set, and a disposable body sponge (or possibly a towel). The skincare items were placed next to the front desk as well, so guests who want them can likely pick them up. At the back left of the front desk area there are self-serve coffee/tea stations (coffee black tea green tea), available freely during your stay. Free newspapers are also available. The Room is typical for a Business Hotel—nothing particularly good or bad. The air conditioner is old and only has simple “low–middle–high” style controls by the bed, which made me slightly uneasy at first; however even on low it worked well enough. There’s probably no timer function. Breakfast is free: in the morning you pick it up in front of reception and eat it in your Room. You receive two sturdy reusable bento-style containers—one with side dishes and one with white rice—plus instant miso soup and stick-type tea separately. Some Reviews say breakfast isn’t good; this time it included salmon fry fried egg chicken sautéed wakame side dish and natto It wasn’t amazing but it wasn’t bad either I appreciated it Note that breakfast cannot be taken off-site The morning staff were also cheerful and pleasant Even on Saturday I was able to stay for just over 6 000 yen with all these services making this an excellent value Hotel

Conveniently located just a short walk from Keikyu Otorii Station, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. What impressed me most was how spacious and clean the Room was. The Room was also bright, and the cleaning was thorough. I highly recommend this Accommodation.

I stayed here on a business trip. It’s in a very convenient location, close to the downtown area and Sendai Station. Check-out was at 10:00, but I was moving slowly and almost went past 10:00; they handled it flexibly. Thank you very much.

When I went to the front desk to ask if I could park my car before check-in, there were only foreign staff and I couldn’t communicate well. We stayed for two nights, and my wife lost the Room key, so I contacted the front desk, but again it was foreign staff and they didn’t understand—saying they would check—and that was it. However, with pre-registration enabling instant check-in via QR code and a Room mirror with tablet functions for instant check-out, I feel this Hotel is ahead of its time.

I would like to stay at this Hotel again.
