Near the Hakata Station bus terminal, it was easy to get around even on rainy days. The large public bath was also comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet with options that suited both Japanese and Western tastes, and the morning curry was delicious. They also stored our luggage before check-in and after check-out, so I recommend it for anyone looking for a hotel close to the station.

The property has a wonderful atmosphere, and stepping into the entrance, I was impressed by the classic, calming interior. Both the room and the bathroom were very clean, and I slept soundly in the comfortable bed. Our trip for three women became a truly wonderful time. Thank you to all the front desk staff for your warm smiles!

After returning our rental car, we stayed here for our final night in Naha—thank you for having us! With two adults and three children, the two connected Rooms with two unit bathrooms were very convenient. Even with kids, it was about a 15-minute walk to the entrance of Kokusai-dori. The Umikaji Liner bus stop to the airport was also less than a 10-minute relaxed walk while pulling our luggage, and since it’s just one stop to the airport, the location was convenient even after returning the rental car. We expected a basic business Hotel, but the Room was spacious and the unit bathroom was very clean. We’d love to stay at this Hotel again!

This was a wonderful Hotel just steps from Hanzomon Station. It was very quiet and close to the Imperial Palace. The Room was spacious enough, and I could relax comfortably. I would like to stay here again.

My check-in time ended up being about four hours earlier than planned, so I called. The response was automated and said there was no need to contact them as long as it was before midnight. I was impressed that even such a detailed matter could be handled by an automated system. We stayed as a family of three. It was a twin room with an extra bed, but there was still plenty of space and it didn’t feel cramped. There were two sofa chairs and a vanity chair (also serving as an ottoman?), both stylishly upholstered with a nice, upscale feel. After reading Reviews, I was worried about the bathroom cleanliness, but although it shows its age, it was clean and I felt comfortable using it. Many Hotels these days provide bottled water in the room for each guest, but this one does not. There is a free paper-cup drink dispenser in the lobby for guests (coffee, green tea, and cold water), which is appreciated, but having water in the room would still be more convenient. (It did say the tap water in the washroom is drinkable, though...) Amenities are picked up in the lobby style, and they even had sunscreen, sheet masks, bath salts, and hair wax—by far the most well-stocked selection I’ve seen anywhere. Breakfast included local specialties like tare-katsu and Tochio fried tofu skin, and they were delicious. I tried tare-katsu for the first time at dinner the day before and loved it so much that I couldn’t believe I got to have it again right away at breakfast—such a pleasant surprise! The Vietnamese curry at the breakfast buffet was unusual and very tasty. I also really liked “roasted kale,” which I tried for the first time. I understand that staying on the last day of Golden Week may come with lower pricing settings, but with Hotel rates rising these days, this place felt almost too inexpensive—I honestly felt bad paying so little. Close to the station with an adjacent flat parking lot—nothing to complain about. I’d definitely like to stay here again when visiting Niigata.

We stayed here as a family of three during the summer holidays. I often visit the Chunichi Building, and the 7th-floor restaurants and observation terrace have long been favorite spots, so I wanted to stay at the Hotel as well. The view from the front desk was wonderful—you can overlook Sakae and even see as far as Nagoya. Depending on the Room, you may get that same view, but our Room faced the opposite side, with views toward landmarks such as Higashiyama Tower. Even so, it was still a great view and we enjoyed it fully. As it is a new Hotel, we were very satisfied with both the design and comfort. The Room and bathroom were spacious, allowing us to relax comfortably. We also appreciated how crafts showcasing artisan techniques from the Tokai and Hokuriku regions were incorporated throughout. In particular, I love Arimatsu shibori dyeing, so I was happy to see it used for items such as cushion covers in both the front desk area and our Room. My husband used the bar and said it was great. We felt this is an Accommodation we could confidently recommend to international guests as well. We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

We stayed as a couple. The open-air bath was outstanding—easily the best among all the Onsen Accommodations we’ve stayed at. The water quality was excellent, and we were able to fully enjoy Manza Onsen’s signature milky, cloudy waters to our heart’s content. It was our first time trying a mixed-gender open-air bath, but we decided to go in together “since we were here and wanted to make a memory.” We were a little nervous at first, but it turned into a truly fun experience and an unforgettable memory for us as a couple. When I asked a staff member who was cleaning the washing area by the open-air bath, they responded very politely, and I really appreciated the kind service. The meals were more than satisfying, and the Room was spacious and comfortable—there wasn’t anything to complain about. Before staying, I thought, “At this price point, it’ll probably be about what you’d expect,” but after actually staying here, it far exceeded our expectations. It honestly felt like twice the value for money—we’re extremely satisfied. Next time, we’d love to visit in another season and enjoy these wonderful hot springs again.

Thank you for taking care of us, even though it was just one night. All the staff were very pleasant. When we told them we were planning to visit Kinomiya Shrine, they gave us a voucher for a sweets set that could be used at the shrine, and thanks to that we were able to enjoy oshiruko and cookies. Thank you very much. There are many steep slopes on the way up to the Hotel, so I think it would be tough on foot. Dinner was great—the soup was especially delicious. We were able to relax in a Room with a private bath. However, I really wish there had been a round stool or some kind of simple chair at the sink in the Room. Women often spend a long time at the sink doing their hair and makeup, so having a chair would be helpful. The view from the Room was absolutely wonderful. I’d like to come again. I used it because there is a large public bath and a sauna. At the bath cafe, the relaxation area, large public bath, and meals were all excellent. I regret that I didn’t have time to watch the theater performance. The Hotel was a bit dated, but it was very well cleaned. Breakfast was said in Reviews to be limited, but there were both Japanese and Western options and it was satisfying overall. It would have been nice to have one fruit option as well. I would like to stay again.

I stay here once a year when MEET THE BEAT! is held. Free parking and within walking distance of the station, yet reasonably priced. The Room had also been renovated and was very clean. I will stay here again next year. Thank you.

The natural Onsen spring water was available and very relaxing. The washing area also had ReFa showerheads, and the fine bubbles made washing my face feel great. The cake buffet was enjoyable as well, with cakes and Japanese sweets such as arare rice crackers and mitarashi dango, plus many kinds of drinks.

My grandmother was not feeling well, and we truly appreciate that you promptly changed our Room from the annex to the main building.\nThe food was excellent and became a wonderful memory for us.\nWe would love to visit again.

The room initially seemed small and uncomfortable based on the photos, but it turned out to be a pleasant stay. The view from the room's window was likely one of the reasons for this, as it felt open and not claustrophobic. The bathroom and toilet were indeed small and not very comfortable to use. However, there were no malfunctions, and as expected, the toilet had a bidet function. I'll give it full marks for that reason alone. It might be worth upgrading the showerhead to something better since this is not a Business Hotel. Adding an odor-eliminating feature to the toilet could also improve things further. A slightly larger TV screen in the room would have been better since it's not very clear when viewed from the bed. I used my own DVDs with a DVD player provided in the room and watched Saariaho's "L'Amour de Loin" and Pergolesi's "Adriano in Siria." The soundproofing of the room could be improved as some ambient noise from outside was audible, though it wasn't overly disruptive—just enough to keep my volume low while watching movies or listening to music. The room was clean with a comfortable bed, offering no major inconveniences; however, overall it felt comparable to a Business Hotel standard. Some high-end Business Hotels even offer better rooms than this one—with more functional TVs, air purifiers readily available, or accessory trays provided. For its price point, I found the room somewhat lacking; however, what truly stands out about this hotel is its excellent location—it’s directly connected to Sunshine City shopping complex! The hotel's interior design is stylish overall; having well-stocked convenience store items nearby adds value too! The view from my upgraded higher-grade Room (thanks due-to availability) especially shines at night-time scenery-wise! Elevators are plentiful so waiting times aren’t frustrating either! Breakfast buffet quality-wise rates average yet unique inclusion like buckwheat galettes stood-out positively amongst offerings! In conclusion: While pricing may lean towards expensive-side relatively speaking—this accommodation excels primarily thanks-to unbeatable location alongside stunning nighttime views

This was our second stay, following last year. The buffet offered a wide variety of cuisines and dishes, so it never felt repetitive, but it was a little disappointing that main-dish items were only available separately. Most Facilities were free to use, and our grandchildren were able to enjoy them without hesitation, which we were very happy about. They’re already saying they want to come again!

As this was a “reasonably priced” Room, it was located directly beneath the restaurant. As expected, we didn’t hear chair-scraping or footsteps much, but the sound of people running around carried quite a bit. The chair noise in particular was really loud. However, this trip was just for two adults and we weren’t specifically looking for complete quiet—and since we also used that restaurant for meals, it was within an acceptable range. The Room was spacious and very clean, though it did feel a bit dated. We were told there would be no view, but given the location, it wasn’t like another building blocked everything or we couldn’t see outside at all. If you shifted your gaze slightly, you could enjoy a nature-filled view of Fukui’s wide-open fields, which we were very happy with. The restaurant buffet had a great variety and everything was delicious—I ate too much. It seemed seared bonito (tataki) was the featured item this time; I could only get it once, but it was excellent. The other seafood was also tasty, and there were grilled and fried dishes as well—an indulgent buffet that everyone from kids to seniors can enjoy. Above all else, the Onsen was wonderful. I didn’t realize Awara Onsen is not overly hot. There were also two open-air baths, so guests could take turns enjoying them without crowding—everyone’s good manners made us feel lucky. We stayed here because we had a memorial service in Fukui Prefecture, but there were so many things to enjoy inside the Accommodation—a table tennis area and manga corner—and there was even a morning market held in the lobby. One night wasn’t enough. Next time I’d love to come back for sightseeing at a more relaxed pace. Thank you as well for providing Shuttle Service to Awaraonsen Station.

The Facility is somewhat unique, but it was spacious and relaxing. If I have the opportunity, I would like to stay again!

The building itself is old, and to be honest I felt a little uneasy when I arrived, but the service from the slim woman at the front desk was excellent. Both at check-in and during the free Shuttle Service, she was consistently courteous and attentive, and she spoke kindly to our 2-year-old child as well. The pool and the guest room were new and very clean. I would definitely like to stay again if I have the chance.

This was my second stay, and it was comfortable. The location is convenient from Gotanda Station, and the staff were very helpful. The Room did not feel too small. I would like to stay again.
