The staff’s service was courteous and flawless from our arrival to our departure. The meals were generous, and we ended up eating too much. The bath in the Room was an Onsen where we could relax and soak for as long as we liked, so we didn’t mind the view outside the window. The road noise was a little loud, but it wasn’t noticeable inside the Room. One disappointment was that the bed was a narrow single, and I worried about falling off.

Although I often stay in Kirishima Onsen, this was my first time in Hitoyoshi Onsen, so I chose a relatively new Accommodation. It turned out to be the perfect choice, and on the way home my companion and I kept saying, “We’re glad we picked this place.” First of all, the Facility itself is new and very well cleaned, so check-in felt comfortable and pleasant. Next, the baths: both the indoor bath and open-air bath are stone-built with deep tubs; the water was pleasantly hot and gentle on the skin—truly a “beauty bath” quality—and I was very satisfied. Meals were served for both breakfast and dinner using local ingredients in thoughtful detail; everything was delicious in just the right portions. When visiting Kumamoto I had been hoping for basashi (horse sashimi), but it wasn’t included in this Plan; it was available to order separately, so I enjoyed it that way. What helped us most was assistance with making Reservations for lunch the next day and for activity facilities, as well as answering detailed questions. They kindly accommodated our requests—such as “I want to eat seasonal salt-grilled ayu” and “I’d like to try pottery on a wheel”—all with a smile. Thank you also for seeing us off even in light rain without opening an umbrella. The salt-grilled ayu at the restaurant you recommended was excellent, and we each made pottery pieces (a plate, a bowl, and a beer glass). After firing them in the kiln, they will be glazed in our requested colors that same day and then shipped to our home once finished—we’re looking forward to receiving them. I would love to visit again; however, there is one disappointing point: there is only one Room type available for stays of two or more people, so I would appreciate more options. I was impressed by the staff’s drive to improve. I was especially amazed by the chef’s thorough attention to detail—even down to the choice of serving dishes. I was also struck by the president’s wonderful spirit when I previously stayed at Takinami, and it’s simply incredible that an even more upgraded Accommodation has been created. I would love to visit again and enjoy your outstanding, carefully crafted cuisine. Thank you very much.

This was our third stay on the lounge floor. Everyone—front desk staff, floor staff, bell staff, and lounge staff—was full of hospitality and treated us with great care, so we were able to enjoy another comfortable and pleasant stay. When we visited the lounge at tea time, they remembered the name of our five-year-old daughter and spoke to her kindly. Their thoughtful attention made us very happy and left a lasting impression. The Room was, of course, spotless—gorgeous and extremely comfortable. The food in the lounge was also high quality; this time, in addition to the standard offerings, there were seasonal dishes as well, which made it even more enjoyable. We also used the spa and gym and felt refreshed both physically and mentally. It was a truly wonderful one-night stay. No matter how many times we visit, it’s one of our favorite Hotels that always makes us want to come back. We would love to return again.

We were truly satisfied with both the meals and the Room! We stayed in a Room with an open-air bath, and the Onsen was incredibly relaxing. It was wonderful to be able to soak anytime without worrying about the time! The staff member who served our meals was very kind, and even in the morning, he shared helpful information before we headed out. He also saw us off until the very end, and we are sincerely grateful. It made for a truly wonderful trip. This is our No. 1 Accommodation we want to stay at again.

At this Hotel with wonderful interiors, I was able to relax in the Onsen, enjoy truly delicious vegan cuisine, and spend a very happy time. All of the staff were kind, helpful, and courteous—I was truly impressed. Next year, I’d love to stay for about a week and enjoy a slow summer vacation. It was such a lovely summer that it made me hope I could spend my retirement at a Hotel like this.

Thank you very much for a wonderfully comfortable Multiple Night Stay of three nights. When I returned from shopping, a male staff member in the lobby kindly asked, “Shall I take your luggage to your Room first?” Thanks to that, I was able to relax and enjoy sweets and coffee at the café. He was an excellent staff member. As expected of Okura Hotel. I will be staying for another three-night Multiple Night Stay at the beginning of the year, so I look forward to seeing you again.

I stayed here at the end of my trip to Hokkaido. The places I stayed before were wonderful as well, but this Tokachigawa Onsen Daiichi Hotel was outstanding. Every dish at the buffet was delicious. I wanted to try more, but I got full and couldn’t eat everything, which I still regret a little. The kamameshi rice was especially good, and the meat was excellent too—in fact, everything I tried tasted great. When I went to the Onsen early in the morning (just after 5 a.m.), I saw staff baking bread. I had some at breakfast, and it was also very tasty. The moor Onsen had a gentle natural scent and a wonderfully silky feel on the skin; one night wasn’t enough. This time I couldn’t take my time sightseeing around Tokachi, so I would love to come back again next year. More than anything, what left me with such a great impression of the Hotel was an employee at the souvenir shop “Tamatebako.” The trainee wearing a training name badge had an amazing smile and provided excellent service. When I told them how pleasant they were, they responded with another lovely smile. Of course it comes down to personal qualities as well, but it also made me feel that the Hotel’s management philosophy must be excellent for staff like this to grow here. All of the other staff were wonderful too, and it reminded me that not only the Onsen and food but also people’s hospitality is what truly shapes a trip. Thank you for helping me make such great memories—I would like to stay again next year as well.

I have stayed here several times, and I am always satisfied with the Hotel staff, the Room, and the breakfast. The cakes and bread at the lobby lounge & boutique “Fountain” are reasonably priced yet very delicious, and taking them back to my Room to enjoy is something I look forward to every time.

We stayed here as a family. Our daughter, who loves picture books, was thrilled to be surrounded by so many books and enjoyed them wholeheartedly throughout our stay. The adults were also able to relax and spend unhurried time—it was truly comfortable. Every dish was delicious, and we were even able to watch fireworks at night, making it a wonderful summer memory for our daughter as well. Thank you very much for such a lovely time.

We happily received the amenities at check-in, and when we entered the Room, the vivid fresh greenery right in front of us was breathtaking. The greenery was reflected in the mirror above the sink, making it feel as if we were looking at a painting. In this lovely Room, welcome drinks, muffins, and strawberry milk kanten jelly were prepared for us, and we enjoyed them very much... At dinner, we enjoyed everything through dessert while listening to live piano music—and breakfast was delicious as well. The open-air bath was soothing as we felt close to nature. Thanks to the staff’s kind attentiveness, it was a truly relaxing stay for both my mother and me.

This was my second stay, following last year. The lobby, Room, and large public bath are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The large public bath is excellent. The Onsen leaves your skin feeling smooth, and I especially liked the open-air bath with a very hot option. Breakfast featured many Chichibu specialties and was healthy, so I could eat plenty without feeling heavy—while still offering hearty options for those who want a more filling meal. I’d love to stay here again when I visit Chichibu.

This was our first time staying here, and because my mother has a disability, you kindly assisted us from the parking Reservation onward. You also changed our room to a universal room, and thanks to your outstanding hospitality, we had a comfortable stay. There are many restaurants inside the Hotel building, which was very helpful as we didn’t have to worry about the weather. We would love to stay again! Thank you very much to everyone at the Hotel.

The welcome herbal water drink was delicious—absolutely amazing!! This is truly a tropical paradise, a Resort Hotel. The view from the ocean-view Room was breathtaking—it really felt like “time, please stop!” As we left the Hotel from the parking lot, a handsome front desk staff member waved goodbye, which left a wonderful impression. It was an excellent Hotel that made us want to come back.

I stayed at Dormy Inn Aomori on a solo trip. I often use a Business Hotel when traveling alone, but this Hotel was far too wonderful to be called just a Business Hotel. First, the breakfast: a buffet with many local dishes—I ended up eating more than I should in the morning. Next, the baths: the water was very pleasant, and there is also an open-air bath and a sauna. I was disappointed to see a foreign parent and child soaking and throwing towels in the tub, but aside from that I could relax at ease. It was also fun to enjoy the complimentary ice cream while looking at the night view after bathing, and the late-night soba service was great as well. With smaller noodles and a light broth, even an elderly woman like me could enjoy it. It’s about a 7-minute walk from Aomori Station. The route is straight so it’s easy not to get lost, and it was convenient that there is an airport bus stop right in front of the Hotel. The male front desk staff were also very kind. Overall I was extremely satisfied except for a faint smell of cigarette smoke in my Room. I will definitely visit again. Thank you very much.

I have stayed here many times. The Room is clean, with a separate bath and toilet, and high-quality amenities such as face masks and bath salts are fully provided. The slippers are also of good quality. There is also a compact massage device in the Room, which is excellent.

I stayed here to support a table tennis tournament held at Bons Arena. It’s a bit far from the station, but that makes it more affordable, and it was the perfect distance for me to walk to my destination! The facilities were impressively well stocked and fun—standard vending machines, a machine that serves draft beer in a mug, tasting options for wine and sake, an automatic ice machine, and snack vending machines. If I have the chance, I’d love to stay again, and I’d also like to try other Pal locations in different areas. Thank you very much!

This was a truly welcoming and pleasant Hotel. As I was traveling solo, I was shown to a quiet seat with a great view for dinner, and I was able to relax and enjoy the meal. They were considerate about ingredients I don’t like, and everything was delicious. The only regret was that the portions were a bit large for me, and I was almost full before the main course. Breakfast was exciting, and everything was delicious—absolutely wonderful! My Room was close to the guest lounge, so I enjoyed not only staying in my Room but also spending time in the stylish guest lounge. The sauna, jacuzzi, and bedroom were all very relaxing—I had a great stay!

This was our second stay. We came back because the food last time was so delicious, and once again every dish was truly wonderful. My daughter has many allergies, but the staff carefully confirmed everything with us, so she could enjoy the meal safely and deliciously. Thank you very much. We also enjoyed the open-air bath in our Room, as well as the open-air bath and lying-down bath in the large public bath area. This time we also used the hot stone spa and bedrock sauna, and we had such a lovely time that it felt like there wasn’t enough time. We were sad to leave. We will definitely come back again.

This time we stayed in a special Room with a private open-air bath. The water temperature was comfortable 24 hours a day, the tub was spacious enough for two people to relax, and the cypress wood rim added a warm touch—I think I soaked in it about ten times. We also had three bath towels each, plus a wide towel rack to hang them, which made everything stress-free. One suggestion: I used the open-air bath around 7 a.m., but the direct sunlight was very strong. It would be nice to have something like bamboo blinds to block the sun. We also used the large public bath, and as with other Kyoritsu Resort properties such as Dormy Inn, it had plenty of washing space and was easy to use. And when it comes to Kyoritsu Resort, there’s the late-night ramen service. Since this is Hakodate, they offer salt ramen in addition to soy sauce ramen. We expected breakfast—known for being popular—to involve waiting in line, but thanks to the special Room privileges they reserved our preferred seating (such as semi-private booths or window seats) at a designated time. That was great. Of course, the meal selection lived up to its reputation. All drinks in the Room were free—including whisky—and there was also a sparkling water maker. Overall it was excellent. The price is high, but given how well-equipped everything is, we felt it was worth it. We’d love to stay again if possible.
