The property uses smart check-in and mobile ordering throughout. Staff are of course available, so if you’re unsure about anything, they will assist you and there’s no problem. It felt like unnecessary extras have been eliminated to enhance the quality of meals and other services. The Room with a semi-open-air bath was more than spacious enough. The interior seems to have been renovated, so it didn’t feel particularly old, but the Room is not barrier-free and there were quite a few steps/level changes. The staff were friendly, and overall it was a very satisfying Accommodation. One thing: free coffee was provided in the lobby, but unfortunately it wasn’t drinkable. I used it while waiting to check in, and since that’s an important moment that shapes first impressions of an Accommodation, I wanted to mention it.

It was a Plan that included both breakfast and dinner buffet-style. Dinner offered a wide variety of dishes, with plenty of sweets, which was great. Breakfast had fewer items left compared to dinner, and it would have been nice to have a few more sweet options. The seating area was spacious, which was good.

It was very good. Simple! Clean! Hassle-free! Lots of shops nearby! Plenty of parking. We stayed here after a nice Hotel, and it was a simple, relaxing place. The footsteps from the Room above were noticeable, but if you’re tired from sightseeing and just need a place to sleep, it’s more than enough.

The food was very delicious, and we were very satisfied. All of the staff were polite and very pleasant, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely visit again.

10% OFF with a Reservation made 45 days in advance! We stayed on the Plan featuring Yamagata beef and Yonezawa pork shabu-shabu. The Room was an open-air bath Junior Suite, and a complimentary platter of cut fruit and sparkling wine was prepared for us. The Yamagata beef at dinner was incredibly tender and outstanding. Also, since it is all-inclusive, unlimited alcoholic drinks were included, which we really enjoyed. One small concern: the fence around the open-air bath is low, so we worried it might be visible from the houses in front. If we have the chance, we would love to stay again.

We stayed in a Room with a private open-air bath. The large public bath had no windows and felt dark, so we didn’t end up using it, but the private open-air bath in the Room was more than enough to enjoy the Onsen. We would like to stay in the same Room again next time.

We were upgraded because a Room was available, so we had a more spacious Room, and the bathtub was nice and roomy. The front desk staff gave us a recommended restaurants and food-stall map, which was very helpful. Just across the street, there is a famous food stall called “Kogane-chan,” which was very convenient.

Although we stayed for only one night, we were very satisfied. We were able to forget the hustle and bustle of the city, relax, and enjoy being surrounded by nature. The staff were wonderful, and it was an Accommodation we would like to visit again. Thank you very much.

It was worth more than the price. We relaxed as a couple in the Onsen and were very satisfied with the delicious meals. Even my big-eating husband left completely full. The Facility is old, but the garden is beautiful, and we saw a family feeding the koi. The women’s bath is small, so we would be happy if you could rotate it between men and women.

This was my first stay at Hisai Green Hotel. I usually stay at the affiliated Center One Hotel. Before my stay, I asked about places for dinner and was also told that breakfast offers a wide variety of options. Since it was my first time staying here, I was really looking forward to it. The Accommodation was very quiet, and the welcome drink service even included ice for iced coffee. I visited on an extremely hot day, so that was very helpful. The staff were also kind and attentive. What I looked forward to most was the breakfast ochazuke. The spiny lobster broth for the ochazuke was rich and delicious, and the Matsusaka beef shigure-ni was also excellent. Being able to customize the ochazuke myself made it both fun and tasty. The menu making good use of local ingredients is wonderful. When items ran out, they were replenished quickly. A member of the breakfast staff asked, “How was your breakfast?” and I replied, “It was excellent.” In addition to the meals, the Accommodation was kept very clean throughout. Since I had a late check-out with a long stay the next morning, I could relax in a clean environment until departure. If I have another chance to visit the Hisai area, I would like to stay again. I am always grateful for Comfort Inn Ogaki and Center One Hotel Handa as well. The affiliated hotels are reliable and truly excellent Hotels where you can stay with peace of mind. I look forward to continuing to use these affiliated hotels in the future.

Four years ago, my family stayed here as the starting point for a trip around Noto. We were able to relax at a leisurely pace, the food was delicious, and above all, we could soothe our tiredness in the bath. That was the biggest highlight for us. This time I traveled by motorcycle with a friend, and it was an Accommodation my friend had been interested in, so we planned our stay. Since this trip was also a full loop around Noto, we chose the indoor BBQ for dinner as our starting point and added the all-you-can-drink option. Pouring my own draft beer was exceptional, and enjoying an indoor BBQ while having seven beers was fantastic. When traveling, your Accommodation doesn’t have to serve kaiseki or seafood. This trip reminded me of that. As a great stopover point for exploring Noto, I’d like to stay here again in the future.

This is my third stay this summer. I’ve visited each time with different friends, and with activities, BBQ, fireworks, the pool, and the Onsen all available, everyone was 1000% satisfied and wants to come back again. It was a shame that Sky Eagle was temporarily closed this time, but we’d love to return next year for another summer trip!

As the title says, there are many Kuretakeso properties nearby. The Hotel entrance is halfway up a slope, so it may be a bit tough if you have a lot of luggage. The road in front of the entrance has heavy traffic. Breakfast has limited variety but is delicious. The dining area is a luxurious Room. The lobby comic selection is small; I think they should add more. Since it would help attract guests, I recommend increasing the selection even with used books. There is only one elevator. Soft drinks are all-you-can-drink. For about two hours at night, alcohol is also all-you-can-drink. The Room is spacious. There is a shower booth. You can watch TV while soaking in the bath—there are two TVs in the Room. Parking lots are scattered around, and if it’s your first time, it can be hard to tell where to park. Recommended in this area.

Choosing this Accommodation for a visit to Futami Okitama Shrine was the right decision. The shrine is only a 7–8 minute leisurely walk along the seaside, so I was able to visit twice during my stay. Dinner was very satisfying in both menu and portion size. Since it was served in a private room, I felt completely relaxed. Breakfast was also excellent, especially the overnight-dried pufferfish. From the Room, I enjoyed a wonderful view of the sea stretching out beyond the pine trees. It is a lovely Accommodation founded in the Meiji era and still continuing into the Reiwa era. I stayed here for a concert. The front desk staff were very courteous, and it was a great experience. I’d like to stay here again next time! I also made some wonderful summer memories. Thank you very much.

The light breakfast was just right. The Facility felt a bit old, but it was clean so it didn’t bother me, and it was a great deal because I could make a Reservation and visit the Onsen at an affiliated Hotel. I’d like to stay here again the next time I visit Matsumoto.

I’ve stayed here three times over the past year. The building itself is old, so there are some Room repairs, but the front desk service is great. There is also an Onsen that can fit about four people, and it’s a Hotel where you can stay comfortably and feel satisfied. When I come back to visit family, this is always my first choice. If I’m able to come home for New Year’s as well, I’ll definitely make a Reservation.

I used this hotel on a road trip. Because it’s still fairly new, it didn’t show up on my car navigation system, which was a bit inconvenient, but even arriving late I had no trouble finding parking, which was helpful. The Facility is the standard AZ style—pretty much the same everywhere—so it was neither particularly good nor bad. Nothing else really stood out, but the shampoo was rinse-in shampoo and didn’t suit my hair type, so that was a minus for me. Also, the sink drained slowly… I thought it might be just this time, but after staying at two other AZ locations with exactly the same issue, I guess that’s just how they are. No complaints about the meals or anything else, so overall I’m satisfied.

I called in advance to let them know I would be checking in later than planned. They told me they would explain where the parking lot was at check-in, and their directions were very detailed, so it was easy to find. There is a small step, so you need a bit of momentum to park. Kei cars cost 430 yen. I made a Reservation for a windowless single Room, but they kindly prepared what seemed like a semi-double bed instead—and it even had a window. At the front desk, you receive a toothbrush and a gown to sleep in. There is no makeup remover, toner, comb, or tea. However, the Room has an electric kettle, refrigerator, and hair dryer, so I didn’t feel inconvenienced at all. Slippers were provided. The TV was probably around 65 inches, and there were 22 power outlets available. Since there is only one light in the Room, bringing the table under it makes it possible to write or do desk work. I later found out that you can borrow a desk lamp. At night, I could hear the neighboring guest snoring from behind the TV area. For breakfast coffee, each cup was brewed with a De’Longhi coffee machine. The boiled egg was cooked perfectly. There were roll buns (plain and raisin), but nothing in particular to put on them; warming them slightly in the microwave in the hallway made them taste great. The front desk staff were also excellent and greeted me every time I went down to the first floor. At this price point, I would definitely like to stay again.
