The property is comfortable and very well cleaned, and the open-air bath feels so good you’d think it was a hot spring. My companion mentioned that it would be nice to have a stool by the sink, so next time I’m planning to bring a foldable one. We’re hoping to come back again around this time next year.

As we entered the country that day from overseas and it was quite a distance, getting there was a bit challenging, but after actually staying there, we were truly satisfied. Our train was delayed and we missed the shuttle bus time, but you waited for us at the station, which really moved us. All of the staff were very kind and took care of us warmly and attentively throughout our stay. The food was delicious, the water in the large public bath was clean, and in the quiet, relaxing atmosphere we were able to unwind at our own pace. Our whole family had a comfortable and enjoyable time, and it became a wonderful memory. We would love to make time to visit again. Thank you very much for giving us such a lovely stay.

Even on a rainy day, I was able to arrive without getting wet at all from Sakuragicho Station’s South New Ticket Gate. I had booked two rooms for one person and was a bit confused at check-in, but the staff helped me right away and the process went smoothly. There’s also a Seijo Ishii supermarket on the first floor, which made it incredibly convenient to pick up delicious drinks and snacks for an evening nightcap. Of course, the room was clean as well, and I appreciated the comfortable hospitality that was eco-conscious without being excessive.

This was my first stay, and from the initial phone call to the moment we left, every staff member’s service was warm, attentive, and flawless. Because I have dietary restrictions, there are usually items in the standard menu that I cannot eat, but this time you made thoughtful adjustments so I could enjoy everything—deliciously and without leaving anything behind. I am truly grateful for the kitchen team’s consideration despite how busy you were. The room layout was also very well designed and easy to use, with a Japanese-style tatami area and a Western-style bedroom with beds, plus an open-air bath and wash area arranged thoughtfully. Although it was quite windy, we were still able to enjoy the private open-air bath in our room. The public bath was always clean, with amenities and towels fully stocked, so we could relax without any stress and fully enjoy the infinity open-air bath. On our final day at checkout, when we requested a taxi we were told it would be a 40-minute wait; however, the front desk staff kindly called around for us, and in the end a taxi arrived in about 10 minutes. We sincerely appreciate your help even during such a busy time. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

As soon as we passed through Hyakurakuso’s gate, a staff member came out to greet us with a warm, welcoming smile. I had been wanting to visit this ryokan for its cave bath for a long time, and I was finally able to make it. The bath we had been looking forward to was wonderful, and the meals were also outstanding—every dish was delicious and beautifully prepared. What made us especially glad we stayed here was the genuine care and attentiveness of the staff. We were able to enjoy a relaxing, unhurried time away from everyday life.\nWe would love to visit again.

This was my first return visit in quite a while. So much time had passed that my memories from the last stay had faded, but I still remembered how good it was—so I decided to stay again. Right in front of Kugenuma Beach, it was quiet and away from the bustle of Enoshima. It’s a wonderful small Hotel where you can enjoy a special getaway while truly relaxing. The in-Room meals were delicious, and we also appreciated that the Hotel partners with great nearby restaurants and provides Shuttle Service. The staff were all kind as well. We felt it would be an excellent place to stay as a vacation home alternative.

We decided to come on short notice, and once again we received warm, attentive hospitality, just like last time. We were able to relax in the lounge with drinks, refresh in the stone sauna in the morning, and enjoy the open-air bath in our Room many times, which helped us unwind. It was so good for a third visit that we felt this is the only Ryokan nearby where we can truly relax. We will definitely visit again.

We’re repeat guests! This time, our whole family stayed to celebrate my mother’s 88th birthday. Since we told you in advance, you even prepared a special 88th-birthday outfit and took commemorative photos for us—thank you so much. One disappointment was that solar panels had been installed where the dog run used to be, so it had become much smaller than before. Still, your heartfelt hospitality and delicious meals always make us feel at ease, and my mother was very happy, so it became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much.

The bath and the meals were excellent. The dinner felt a bit too much, but they kindly arranged the leftover meat into the next morning’s breakfast. The staff who took care of us were very kind, and we were able to enjoy our stay with peace of mind. This is an Accommodation I would love to stay at again.

Located in the heart of town, it’s very convenient for sightseeing. The exterior is small and understated, but once inside you’re welcomed by a warm, hospitable atmosphere that feels like a special escape. The in-room bath isn’t a hot spring, but there is always plenty of hot water, so you can soak whenever you like. The complimentary snacks in the lounge were also delicious. Dinner is served in a private room, where you can relax and enjoy an excellent meal. One Hida Takayama specialty after another is brought out. For an additional fee, you can add more Hida beef dishes or upgrade the cut; my daughter chose shabu-shabu, my husband chose seared sushi, and I upgraded the cut—and everything was highly satisfying. It’s exciting to watch the shabu-shabu and seared sushi finished right in front of you. Dinner, breakfast, and the lounge were all outstanding. Every staff member was kind and helpful. We’re truly glad we chose this inn.

This Hotel is clean and relaxing, both outside and inside. The calm, tasteful interior made for a very comfortable stay. The attentive service was excellent, and I would like to stay here again. I also appreciate that you delivered the items I forgot.

We stayed here on a birthday trip to Kusatsu. We chose this ryokan for its proximity to Yubatake, the in-room open-air bath, and the delicious meals—and it exceeded our expectations! All of the staff were consistently courteous and made us feel truly welcome. Thank you very much. As for the baths, we were able to enjoy three different hot springs in the private open-air baths, and we had a wonderful time just the two of us. All of these open-air baths were spotless and thoughtfully designed. Personally, my favorite was the open-air bath in our room—the cool outside air and warm hot spring water were perfectly balanced, and I ended up soaking for a long time. The room was bright and cozy with sunlight streaming through the large windows. Everything was impeccably clean—not a speck of dust or litter anywhere. The futon bedding was fluffy and fresh, making me want to stay in bed forever. Every dish was delicious—exactly what you’d expect from such a place. We started the morning feeling great and completely satisfied. My favorites were the Japanese rolled omelet (atsuyaki tamago) and grilled Pacific saury with sweet soy glaze (sanma kabayaki). One of the best parts of Kusatsu Onsen is strolling around Yubatake in yukata, and I loved being able to choose from three different yukata styles—it really lifted my mood. They also lent us sandals that were comfortable enough to wear outside, so we could explore without getting tired. It was incredibly helpful. Staying at such a wonderful ryokan full of hospitality became a truly special memory. Thank you very much.

This Hotel impressed us in every way—hospitality, Facility, everything. At check-in, a staff member even came out to the parking lot to greet us. While enjoying a welcome drink, we received a thorough explanation of the property. The kids were beyond excited about how spacious and spotless the Room was, and about the view. There were thoughtful loan items such as card games, so not only the children but also we parents had a great time. We were also happy to find ReFa straightening and curling irons and a SHARP drum washer-dryer permanently installed, with detergent provided as well. The cleaning was impeccable down to every corner—truly impressive! (We stayed at another luxury Hotel the night before and noticed uncleaned areas and even flies, but here there was nothing like that—everything was beautiful.) At night, we relaxed by floating in the pool while gazing at the stars. And then breakfast—again, amazing: tender Wagyu steak in the morning and carefully prepared dishes using local ingredients. We had mentioned it was an anniversary trip, and they even prepared a cake and drinks for us. Every staff member was polite and warm; our 6-year-old son says it’s “the best Hotel ever.” I didn’t know Kouri Island could be such a wonderful place. We would absolutely love to stay again—with this Hotel as our main reason for coming back.

We stayed here for our 20th wedding anniversary. This was our third stay, following our honeymoon and our 10th anniversary. Each time, we have stayed in the same room. The warm hospitality has remained unchanged, and we had a truly wonderful time. Thank you very much!

The staff were very attentive, and the person who showed us to our Room was kind and considerate, which made our stay wonderful. The bath in the Room was spacious, the view was great, and the meals were delicious and generous in portion size. Everything was excellent, but I’m sorry I wasn’t able to eat the steak. This was a wonderful place to stay. First, when I mentioned foods I couldn’t eat at the time of booking, I was surprised to receive an email right away with alternative suggestions. Everyone was very kind. Every meal was truly delicious and beautifully presented, and I was completely satisfied with everything, including the tableware and presentation. The baths were excellent. Including the day-use hot springs in Shibu Onsen, the water quality was wonderful, and I enjoyed soaking many times until it felt like it seeped into my skin. The carbonated spring in the indoor bath was also great. The property was spotless, and both the lounge and baths were always neat and well organized whenever I went. The pillow height and firmness were just right, and I slept very well. Above all, the staff were truly outstanding. They immediately noticed that I had caught a cold and felt chilly, and kindly brought me a lap blanket. They also remembered what we briefly talked about during dinner and even took the time to look things up and share helpful information with me. Thank you very much. From welcome to farewell, I sincerely appreciate everyone’s heartfelt hospitality. I highly recommend this accommodation.

This was my first time visiting Yuda Onsen. It was very comfortable, as we could use the elevator both for going to the hot springs and for meals. The portion sizes were just right, and I was pleasantly surprised by a new way of eating fugu sashimi with sesame oil and salt. Breakfast was also excellent—I enjoyed egg over rice with freshly shaved bonito flakes and even had seconds. The young proprietress and all the staff were very kind, so we had a wonderful stay. I would like to visit again.

I found this Accommodation while looking for a place with great food and made a Reservation. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, and we were very satisfied! It also has great access to the two shrines and one temple, and with checkout at 12:00, we could take our time—being able to go out after breakfast and come back was especially convenient. We would love to stay here again when we visit Nikko. Thank you very much.
