We stayed for two nights. The ocean view from the third-floor panoramic bath was amazing. The Onsen was also great.

Arrived tired... The natural Onsen bath was wonderful! The staff's courteous service was very helpful. I also enjoyed the soba noodles for breakfast.

My three sisters and I stayed here because we had an early flight from Kansai International Airport. It was our first time, and the service was excellent—we were very satisfied. We plan to stay here again next time!

It was a wonderful stay. The exterior is charming, and the interior—including the Room—was very clean and well maintained overall. The bed had just the right firmness, and I slept very well. Having an on-site restaurant was also very convenient. And the food was delicious. The location is excellent, and we had no inconveniences at all. The staff were also very courteous and helpful. I would love to stay again.

The Facility is relatively new, and the Room was clean and well maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The staff were kind and helpful both at the front desk and during breakfast. Also, the parking lot is flat (ground-level), and the location—between Kanuma Interchange and Utsunomiya Station—is very convenient. I think it offers excellent value for money.

I’ve stayed at many hotels, and this one had the best service. The large public bath and breakfast were excellent, but above all, I was truly impressed by the warm hospitality of the staff.

We chose this Accommodation because it offers views of Lake Biwa. The scenery throughout the property was exactly as shown in the photos on the website, and we were captivated by the refined design and attention to detail. We booked a Plan that included breakfast and dinner, and every dish made generous use of local ingredients and was truly delicious. I stayed here the night before visiting Meiji Village. The building might be a bit old, but I was drawn to the natural onsen and made a reservation. It was the first day of a three-day weekend, but the bath after check-in was not crowded, so I could relax. I used the microwave to heat up dinner that I brought to eat in my room, but since someone else was using it, I had trouble until a staff member at the front desk kindly offered to warm it for me there. The room's table was a small portable one, which I've never seen even in business hotels before. Not having face towels available was also inconvenient. At the hotel where I stayed the next day, bath towels were prepared separately near the front desk; it would be nice if they could do that here as well. The staff's service overall was very pleasant and accommodating. If I stay again, I'll make sure to bring my own towels!

This was my first stay. The Room was spacious and very comfortable. For dinner, I enjoyed Hida beef—the meat was delicious, and the fat had a pleasantly sweet flavor. The breakfast curry also contained plenty of Hida beef and was very tasty. Overall, it was a very satisfying Hotel.

A clean business hotel just steps from Susukino Station. Great location and very clean—really enjoyed my stay!

When visiting Shimane, I was looking for an affordable Accommodation with breakfast included, so I stayed here. In the end, it was a very satisfying stay that made me wonder how they can offer it at this price. The exterior looks a bit old, but the inside has been nicely renovated, and the curved hallway had a great atmosphere. The Facility is somewhat dated as well, but everything is well maintained and clean. The alcohol vending machine on the first floor was a nice touch. The prices are very reasonable. The Simmons bed really was comfortable, and the choice of pillows was both fun and practical. All staff members, including international staff, were pleasant and responded efficiently. Breakfast buffet items were also replenished frequently. There was information about discounted access to a nearby affiliated bath facility, but since it was raining outside, I just used the shower in my Room. I wasn’t traveling for an Onsen trip in the first place, so personally I appreciate being able to stay at this price even without a large public bath. As other Reviews mention, the dashi ochazuke at breakfast was delicious. Toppings like kombu and pickled plum were available so I could customize it to my liking. The other dishes were typical of what you often find at a Business Hotel—sausages, scrambled eggs, small salted grilled mackerel, etc. It’s not flashy, but considering this room rate includes breakfast as well, I felt it offered excellent value. I’ll definitely stay again!

There are few Hotels near Kashiwanoha-campus Station, and they tend to be expensive, so I was having trouble. However, this Hotel was reasonably priced and fit within my business trip Accommodation budget. The Room was spacious and very clean, and I was satisfied. Above all, it was great that there is a large public bath. Since it was late at night, walking from the station meant taking a rather quiet road, and it took about 15 minutes on foot from the station, which was the only downside—but otherwise it was excellent.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. The staff were very helpful, and when I returned the next day, I was happy to find fresh towels hanging on the doorknob. The bathroom was small, but I had a comfortable stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

As the title says, I used this Hotel as a base during my sightseeing trip in Nagoya. It was about a 15-minute walk from the station to the Hotel, so I walked there. It was a very hot day, and although I walked through the underground shopping area for part of the way, once I came up to street level I immediately started sweating. I was thirsty, so the complimentary bottled water I received upon arrival at the Hotel was really helpful. In summer, it would have been even better if it had been chilled. The Hotel itself was quiet, and since it’s located away from the station, I couldn’t hear any noise from crowds or footsteps in the hallway. With the pillow I chose, I slept comfortably for the first time in a while, which was great. I checked in early and was able to choose my pillow, so that worked out well. Breakfast items like miso katsu and eel were delicious, but they felt similar to breakfasts at other hotels and didn’t leave much of an impression. If there had been one standout dish that really stuck with me, I might have given it five stars. It’s a Hotel I’d like to use again if I visit Nagoya in the future.

I truly appreciate that you arranged all of my requests. The property is thoroughly cleaned, and although compact, the rooms are functional and kept impeccably tidy. Most notably, the simple breakfast is wonderfully delicious—especially the miso soup, which is outstanding. The morning miso soup alone is reason enough for me to promise I’ll return.

Used for a memorial service. I think it is a good Business Hotel. The vegetables at the restaurant are delicious.

This was the final Accommodation of my first trip to Niigata, a 3-night, 4-day journey. Our Room was the 2nd-floor Western-style twin [Marronnier]. The bathroom, with a separate toilet, was very convenient and made our mother-and-daughter trip extremely comfortable. The closet was spacious, and there were plenty of hangers. Just before check-in there are shoe lockers, and you can walk around the building barefoot or in socks. From the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the Room and along the corridors, you can enjoy views of wine grapes vineyards and the mountain range stretching from Mt. Yahiko. I visited looking forward to Vinespa’s aroma hot stone sauna, but I was told it is no longer available after renovations—such a shame. Still, the open-air baths placed throughout the garden offered wonderful scenery, and I thoroughly enjoyed soaking both after dinner and before breakfast. Restaurant Cave d’Occi is beyond a European-style garden that is carefully maintained by gardeners. The April menu—beautifully presented and truly delicious—featured local ingredients (hairy crab, celeriac root celery), spear squid), wild boar meat), flounder), roast beef smoked with branches from wine grapes vines), etc.) without feeling overdone). At the winery shop, I had my favorite Zweigeltrebe and unoaked Chardonnay shipped home). The next morning’s Japanese breakfast surprised me—in a great way: zaru tofu with olive oil was delicious!! At checkout time) pizza toast) grape juice) at the library café tasted so good it made leaving hard). It’s an Accommodation that made me genuinely envy those who live nearby).

I stayed here during a typhoon due to work and other commitments. I am truly grateful for the staff’s thoughtful care. The Room was spacious, and I enjoyed using the washer and dryer; the bathroom was also clean, and I had a great time. The meals were delicious. The drinks were delicious as well. I was able to enjoy the atmosphere of Yokosuka, and thanks to the staff’s smiles and considerate support, I felt very at ease throughout my stay. I often stay in Tokyo for work, but compared with overpriced Hotels that feel superficial, this Accommodation offered excellent service, which made me very happy. I’m also grateful for the thoughtful attention from the staff at the drink counter. I will visit again. Thank you very much.

I made a Reservation not for myself, but for a family trip for my uncle and other relatives. As they are elderly, we had detailed requests regarding Room assignments and meal arrangements, but you responded quickly and courteously to our emails in advance, and we were very satisfied. My uncle said it was a wonderful Ryokan—the food was delicious, the all-you-can-drink alcohol was great, and being able to have a beer after the bath was the best part. I’m sure our large group caused some inconvenience in various ways, but thank you very much. If I have the chance to return home and travel myself, I would love to stay with you as well.

With the prominent sign and easy-to-park lot, we arrived without getting lost. The staff were pleasant and welcoming at check-in. There was a wide variety of welcome drinks after check-in, and my child enjoyed them after the bath. The bath area was very clean, so we could relax and soak at ease. It seems they prepared a ladies’ Room for us, and I was able to enjoy a luxurious stay with the hair dryer and nano steamer. My child really liked the Hotel and says they want to stay again—if we travel, they want it to be Super Hotel. I also found this to be a Hotel I’d like to use again if I have the chance.
