I stayed at Hotel Okada for the first time, which I had been interested in for a while. The view from the Room was wonderful, and I was able to relax and unwind in the private open-air bath. I was also happy that I could freely enjoy the drinks in the Room’s refrigerator. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I have stayed here several times. This time, due to my Reservation, I had to change Rooms partway through my stay, but the staff kindly arranged everything to minimize any inconvenience. At the restaurant and in other situations as well, everyone was friendly and welcoming, so I had a very pleasant stay. There were also a pool, festival-style games, quizzes, and other events—my child was absolutely delighted. I also visited the rooftop for the first time this trip; the view was wonderful, and it made for a refreshing morning. Almost nothing to complain about! However, it would be even better if there were an ice machine on each floor.

We stayed for three nights during the Obon holiday. This was our third year in a row, and each time we feel truly refreshed and enjoy an amazing vacation. Although the weather was poor after the typhoon, it miraculously cleared up from the second day, and we were somehow able to see the Perseid meteor shower as well. The staff were wonderful, and there was nothing that made us feel uncomfortable; our children had a great time too. The only disappointment was that the Diamond benefit of early check-in is no longer available. Since check-in tends to take a little time each visit, that may be the one area for improvement. Thank you again for everything this time as well.

I was satisfied with everything—the beds, shower booth, bath, amenities, and the breakfast buffet full of Shikoku specialties. The staff were always smiling and provided excellent service, making my stay very comfortable. The location was also convenient, so getting around was very smooth. This is a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again when I visit Takamatsu.

The bath and Room were clean and comfortable, and all the staff were very kind. Both dinner and breakfast had just the right seasoning and portions, and everything was delicious. It would be perfect if breakfast included a small dessert bite and after-meal coffee. This was a Ryokan I would definitely like to stay at again and recommend to friends. The Onsen water quality is excellent, and you stay pleasantly warm long after your bath. The meals, including Yonezawa beef, were all delicious and very filling. The staff were kind and welcoming, making for a truly relaxing stay. I would love to stay here again when visiting Yonezawa.

I was exhausted that day, but I really appreciated how kindly the front desk staff assisted me. The amenities were well stocked, the Room was relatively spacious, and the bed was comfortably soft, so I could relax properly. There’s a Gusto in the Hotel, and there are also plenty of nearby options like Ootoya and cafes, so finding somewhere to eat wasn’t an issue. There was even a drugstore close by, which made me feel very reassured. If I stay in the Shinjuku/Ikebukuro area again, I think this place would be a great choice. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.

There were a few minor issues, but they actually increased my positive impression of the Hotel. The staff handled everything very politely, and I was even impressed—if something was removed and accidentally not put back, that’s proof it gets replaced each time! In this season especially, I really appreciate being offered a welcome drink at check-in and being provided with a chilled hand towel. Whenever there’s a concert at Tokyo Dome, I stay here every time as long as I can make a Reservation, and I would definitely like to continue using this Hotel in the future.

Although it was just a one-night, two-day stay, I was able to relax and unwind. The staff’s attentiveness was outstanding. Even though it was very crowded, they never cut corners and worked hard in the heat—I truly appreciate it. In two days, I enjoyed the Onsen at the Hotel New Awaji Group six times. Every Onsen was wonderful, but this one was especially great. I could enjoy different views in the daytime, at night, and early in the morning. It felt fantastical—like an Onsen under the sea. The meals were all about conger eel dishes. I don’t usually eat it much, but I was amazed at how delicious it was. Everything was excellent. Of course, the staff’s thoughtfulness and smiles were also wonderful. I will definitely come again—thank you in advance for your hospitality when I do.

The Room was very quiet and clean. The baths included a jet bath and an open-air bath, and everything was well maintained, which made it very relaxing. We were on a Multiple Night Stay, and when we asked, they adjusted the dinner course menus for both adults and children so we wouldn’t have the same menu each night. Everything was delicious. We were also celebrating a special occasion, so after consulting at the time of our Reservation, they prepared a lovely bouquet and cake at dinner, provided one complimentary drink, and even took photos for us. All of the staff were friendly and attentive—they even offered to take our pictures—so we had a truly enjoyable stay. Thank you very much.

We were very satisfied last time, so we stayed again with three generations of our family. The meals were delicious, the renovated Room was clean with a great view, and we were able to relax in the Onsen and feel refreshed. All the staff were kind, and we also enjoyed bowling.

The location was excellent! The service was also outstanding, making this a truly memorable trip.

I considered an Accommodation on the Nagara River because I wanted to show my daughter cormorant fishing. An Onsen Accommodation would have been nice, but we wanted a buffet-style meal, so we chose this Hotel. It was an extremely hot day, and the moment we stepped into the Hotel, the cool air revived us. As a Diamond member benefit, I was happy to receive a one-drink service in the first-floor lounge. The Room we were assigned was on a high floor with a great view, and it was spotless—truly impressive. The dinner buffet isn’t in a huge restaurant, but the quality of the dishes served was excellent, and we enjoyed everything. Drink prices were reasonable for a Hotel, and since it was before cormorant fishing, my daughter and I each enjoyed one drink. We used taxis for round-trip transportation to the cormorant fishing site, which made it very comfortable. Even though it was hot that day, there was a pleasant river breeze, and it helped us forget the daytime heat for a while. Because the river level was low, it seems they didn’t actually catch many ayu, but being able to see energetic cormorants up close made it a great experience. At breakfast, there were many inbound guests early on, but they cleared out quickly, so we were able to eat in peace. The well-known ayu rice porridge was delicious—I went back for seconds several times. The selection of dishes also reflected local flavors well, with various Gifu specialties, which I appreciated. For morning fruit there were oranges, pineapple, and lychees; I’d be happier if there were a few more options. I liked the selection at the shop as well. If I had one request, I would truly appreciate Shuttle Service from the station to the Hotel. As expected of an established Hotel with history behind it, my daughter and I enjoyed an elegant stay. Although it’s a small Hotel, there are enough staff on hand, so it’s easy to ask even minor questions. Everyone is pleasant, and their greetings feel warm and friendly. The building has the charm of being built in more prosperous times—high ceilings and tasteful décor. The oceanfront lobby also offers a variety of small snacks and drinks that guests are free to enjoy. The bath is spacious, clean, and available 24 hours a day, which is wonderful. The ocean-facing reclining bath is especially relaxing. There are also two massage chairs that you can use at your leisure. Dinner is quite generous in portion size, so it would be nice to have a prix-fixe option. Surprisingly, the breakfast curry is excellent, with large chunks of tender beef throughout. The food is delicious overall, and it’s fun to try dishes that incorporate local ingredients in fresh ways. This Hotel is perfect for a relaxing getaway.

This was my first stay here. I was worried about the rain, but it stayed cloudy, so we managed. The scenic-view bath was incredibly relaxing—simply the best. The meals were delicious, and we enjoyed plenty of tasty fish. We chose the light-meal course, but it was still more than enough. We also enjoyed a variety of drinks, and I’d definitely like to stay again. The samue was extremely comfortable too!

I made a Reservation because the Accommodation offered an Italian dinner, a sand bath, and spacious Rooms with great views. The Room was large, had a wonderful view, and felt very clean. I also appreciated that the drinks in the refrigerator were free, including beer. There was a sand bath within the Facility, as well as a large public bath, plus one more Onsen area with indoor baths only. Inside the building there was so much to see—such as a shochu dojo, artworks, and exhibits about notable historical figures from Kagoshima—that we didn’t have enough time to take it all in. The garden was also vast and perfect for a walk. The Italian dinner was at a restaurant inside Denshokan; both the atmosphere and the food were excellent. Above all, every staff member was wonderful—this was truly an outstanding Accommodation. I would definitely like to stay again when I visit Ibusuki. Thank you very much for your hospitality. As an aside, I learned that this is also the venue for the Ryuo title match in shogi, which made me even more excited—I was moved to see where Sota Fujii sat and played.

My mother and I stayed for one night in August 2026. After we arrived, we were shown to the larger Room. We truly appreciated this unexpected kindness. The garden was beautifully maintained, and we thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing time there. Every dish was delicious, and the portions were just right—not too much. The cuisine was classic and seasonal. After the bath, we went to the lounge, where there was a wonderful selection of art books and magazines, and the complimentary drinks were excellent. The mountain views and garden from there were so beautiful that they made us forget our everyday fatigue. The service felt just right—neither too close nor too distant. Since it was drizzling the next day, we were also grateful for the service of being driven to the Hakone Open-Air Museum. One suggestion: it would be even better if the labels for the shampoo and conditioner in the bath area were easier to understand (other older guests also seemed confused). I would love to visit your new Accommodation near Mt. Fuji as well. Thank you very much.

We stayed for one night and two days with our grandchild. As mentioned in the Reviews, the building and the Room itself are indeed old, but everything was properly cleaned and there were no issues. With the all-you-can-play passport, we fully enjoyed bowling, the pool, craft-making, festival-style games, quizzes, a stamp rally, and more. The free shuttle bus from the Hotel to Yubatake at night was extremely helpful; it was my first time seeing the Yubatake illumination, and I was surprised by how many tourists were there. Even though it was summer, walking around Yubatake felt pleasantly cool—almost a little chilly—which was wonderful. The next day we used the Hotel bus again because I wanted my grandchild to enjoy street food and try yumomi (hot spring water stirring). I had only ever visited Kusatsu in winter before, so this summer trip was a first for me. While news reports talked about extreme heat in Tokyo, I was amazed at how cool and comfortable Kusatsu is in summer. At night we didn’t need air conditioning in our Room; it even felt slightly chilly. Summer in Kusatsu is great.\nThe meals were delicious, and everyone at the front desk, each reception counter, and the shop—especially the international staff—was very polite and pleasant. Every staff member provided excellent service; I was truly impressed. This is a highly recommended Hotel for families with children as well. We would love to visit again. One drawback is that the Hotel is so large that it’s easy to get lost—especially when trying to find the baths; as noted in Reviews, we got lost too. Overall though, it was a wonderful Hotel. I stayed here again this time. The Room is always exceptionally clean, which I really appreciate. I accidentally forgot my facial cleanser, but it was available from the lobby amenities, which was very helpful. I was also happy to find a summer limited-time bath additive. I booked an early check-out Plan, and it was very convenient since it’s just a short walk to the Shinkansen ticket gates. I expect I’ll be traveling to Niigata for a while, so I’d definitely like to stay here again.

Omicho Market is so close it feels like it’s next door, and major sights such as Kenrokuen Garden and Higashi Chaya District are also within walking distance. There’s a convenience store nearby as well—an excellent location. The Hotel Room was clean and comfortable, with the toilet and shower Room separated. The large public bath and open-air bath on the top floor were also wonderful. If I go to Kanazawa again, I’ll definitely stay here again. I was extremely satisfied with this Hotel.
