The shampoo wasn’t a cheap brand, and both the Room and bathroom were clean. There was also a kettle and a washing machine, so it was perfect for staying with two kids and bringing our own meals!! It was a shame we didn’t have time to use the Onsen, but I’d like to try it next time.If I had to ask for anything, I wish there were a few more hangers, and that small packs of dish soap and laundry detergent were available for purchase at the front desk.
