Auberge Otowa Club

I stayed here recently while touring the Jomo Sanzan mountains. The Accommodation felt a bit dated in places, but it was very well maintained and spotlessly clean throughout. The bath was on the small side, but perhaps because of the time I used it, I was able to relax both times without sharing it with other guests. I had been looking forward to dinner because the Reviews were so positive, and it lived up to my expectations—every dish was carefully prepared and absolutely delicious. The presentation was also enjoyable, and it made me want to visit again just for the dinner. Above all, every staff member was pleasant and attentive, which left a strong impression. I felt comfortable throughout my stay and am very satisfied overall. If I have the opportunity, I would definitely like to stay again.

We stayed here overnight. The building was spacious and felt very open. We wanted to take a walk around the garden, but unfortunately it was raining, so we couldn’t, which was disappointing. The amenities were well stocked, and both the bath and the Room were clean. The only disappointment was the meal. Since it was the three of us—my 5-year-old child, my husband, and me—we ordered a course meal and a children’s menu. The course meal itself looked great and tasted delicious. However, the service was very slow; with our 7:00 p.m. Reservation, we didn’t finish until close to 9:00 p.m. With a small child, the long wait between dishes made them bored. It would have helped if the dishes had been served at a better pace. Other than that, we thought it was a very good Facility overall. Our child says they want to go again, so we hope this will be improved by our next stay.
