Ryokan Hatsune-so

We stayed in a Room with a slide! The moment we saw it, we got so excited, and our three kids kept climbing up and sliding down over and over—they looked like they were having fun the whole time. There were so many kid-friendly activities, like a shopping experience, a post office experience, candy fishing, and spinning shaved ice—it was amazing.It was a little disappointing that there wasn’t a teapot or Ureshino tea in the Room. We bought roasted Ureshino hojicha at the shop and enjoyed it. After dinner, one of the kind dining staff prepared a teapot with sencha for us, so we could drink it in the Room as well, which was wonderful. Thank you very much for your thoughtful care.It also happened to be firefly season, and we were able to join a bus tour from near the Accommodation, which was great. There were so many fireflies—it was truly moving! Even when we returned from the firefly tour around 9:00 p.m., there were plenty of staff members around the front desk area; it felt bright and welcoming, which made us feel safe and happy.The dining area also had many families with children, so we could relax and enjoy our meal without worrying. The sashimi and meat were delicious, and we left completely full.We would love to stay here again when traveling with children.

We stayed for a family trip with three children (5th grade, kindergarten age, and 1 year old). While looking for an Accommodation to stay at during Golden Week, we found your property. A Room with a slide!? A picture-book forest!? It sounded so fun, so we made a Reservation right away.The hospitality started from the warm welcome at the entrance! The front desk was full of fun surprises, and even on the way to our Room the kids couldn’t stop getting excited. Then they saw the Room—excitement at its peak!! Dinner and breakfast were both delicious, and thanks to that we ended up on a sleep-deprived trip (in a good way!).Just one thing… The Room had a shower, but there was no changing area and no bath mat for drying feet, which was a bit disappointing. However, using the large public bath solved that issue—just for your reference.By the way, the large public bath also provides several types of shampoo/conditioner and body soap. Much appreciated!We’d love to stay again if we have another chance!
