Thank you always for your kind support.The day before our stay, we found a great deal with the Iwate Discount, so we made a Reservation right away.Thank you again for taking such great care of us, following on from last week!This time, the two of us enjoyed a luxurious stay in a spacious 24-tatami Japanese-style room and had a relaxing time.As always, the bathroom and toilet were thoroughly cleaned, making our stay very comfortable.The proprietress and staff spoke to us so kindly, and we were happy to receive the drink service mentioned in the Review!We also really appreciated the ice service, and the washing machine was convenient as well.Check-out is available until 1:00 PM, so we’d love to stay until then,but we always have plans and have never been able to stay that late—hopefully one day we can enjoy it right up to the latest time.We’ll be back again. Thank you!

Thank you very much for your help again.This was our second stay.Last time we stayed in a semi-double and it felt a bit small for two people, so this time we stayed in a Japanese-style Room.We arrived much earlier than planned and may have caused inconvenience, but after only a short wait we were allowed into the Room.The air conditioning had already been turned on and the Room was nice and cool, and I really appreciated your thoughtfulness—perhaps you did that to make it comfortable by the time we came in.The proprietress at the front desk was also very polite, and the whole place feels genuinely warm.I happened to see her handling an extremely unreasonable customer with incredible professionalism—I wanted to applaud right there.The washing machine and dryer were convenient and really helped us.Since we like to relax in the Room with food and drinks, we were grateful for the larger space and big table.The complimentary ice came in large pieces, and they also lent us an ice bucket.The cleaning staff we met in the hallway greeted us cheerfully as well.Because it’s very reasonably priced, this Accommodation is truly a blessing for us since we stay overnight in Kitakami often.We’ll be staying again tomorrow too!!
