J Hotel Tokyo Geo

This was my second stay.The location was very convenient, within walking distance of a major station. Check-in was courteous and smooth, and this time a new staff member and a senior staff member escorted me to my Room as part of their training. Both were very polite and provided pleasant service.Above all, I was impressed by how clean the Room and bathroom areas were. The bath, toilet, and sink were spotless—it's rare to find a Hotel kept this clean.At check-out, I also received deodorant wipes, which was a big help because it was extremely hot that day. I really appreciated the thoughtful gesture.The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak and not very stable.Overall, I had a very comfortable stay. I would like to stay here again!

I stayed here for a concert trip. Just as the Review said, it’s close to Tokyo Station—you can get there in about 10–15 minutes, which made it convenient for getting around. There’s a Ministop and a 7-Eleven near the Hotel, so shopping wasn’t an issue. They also offered free luggage storage even before check-in, and I was able to take a short break while organizing my bags in the free space next to the front desk, which was very helpful.At check-in, my luggage had already been taken to my Room. The staff kindly escorted me to the Room and carefully explained how to use the projector, so I could enjoy YouTube on a big screen. I don’t really watch terrestrial TV, so not having a TV didn’t bother me. It was also great that I could have one complimentary drink per day (coffee and other beverages) available next to the front desk. The corner Room was small, but I was more satisfied with being able to stay at a lower price.The Facility and amenities included almost everything I needed, the Room felt clean, and everyone at the front desk was kind and helpful. This is a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again. Thank you very much.
