Ishinomaki Grand Hotel

I stayed here while visiting my hometown. My husband had previously stayed for work and said the breakfast was very delicious, so I was looking forward to it. For both days, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast at a relaxed pace. They also kindly accommodated an early check-in.What was disappointing was that the Chinese restaurant was closed that day. On the second day, I put out the sign requesting Room cleaning and left, but when I returned close to 3:00 p.m., housekeeping was still in progress. Perhaps it had been overlooked… I had no choice but to wait in the lobby until it seemed they were about to finish.Lastly, when leaving the parking lot, the free ticket wasn’t enough and I had to pay extra. If someone had mentioned that charges apply after 24 hours, for example, I could have confirmed it at the front desk before leaving.Other than that, the service was excellent and we had a very comfortable stay.

Because I had a great stay last time, I planned to stay here again when visiting Ishinomaki. It was disappointing that the shower curtain smelled, but otherwise I had a comfortable stay.
