The Kato Hotel

Considering the Accommodation Fee, this Hotel offered excellent value for money and a very satisfying stay.Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and dinner in particular was very generous. It was more satisfying than eating out, so choosing a Plan with meals was the right decision. I also appreciated that free cold water and tea were available right in front of the elevator on the guestroom floor.I didn’t use the large public bath this time, but since there is also a sauna, it seems like a great option for those who want to relax. The staff were extremely courteous as well, making my stay very comfortable.The Hotel is close to a station where limited express trains stop, so access is convenient. On the other hand, you do need to walk a bit to reach convenience stores and similar shops, but there are vending machines with light snacks inside the building.Overall, this is a Hotel with excellent value for money. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting the area.Thank you very much.

We stayed as a family with a toddler, and we were truly impressed by how delicious both breakfast and dinner were. It’s great value for money. The flavors were mild, so our toddler happily ate as well. The dining staff were kind. Thank you very much. We left completely full.When we went to the Nagoya Port Aquarium, we were happy to receive discount tickets at the Hotel front desk.There is a large public bath for men only. Having it meant everyone could bathe at once and go to bed earlier, which was very helpful when traveling with children. We would be glad if there were one for women too, but even having it for men only was still helpful. Women can receive amenities such as makeup remover.Also, when I called the Hotel later for personal reasons, they responded kindly. Thank you very much.It’s easy to drive to Anpanman Museum and the Nagoya Port Aquarium, it’s good value for money, and we would like to stay again on our next trip to Nagoya. Since this was a last-minute Reservation, only Western-style rooms were available, but because we have children, next time I’d like to make a Reservation for a Japanese-Western style room.
