Hotel New Tohoku

While looking for an affordable Hotel in Ueno for a Saturday stay, I found this one and made a Reservation. It was close to the station, the staff were warm and friendly, and I was able to relax comfortably in a Room with a nostalgic atmosphere. I also appreciated being able to check in early when they told me my Room was ready. Ueno has so many places to see, so I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

Above all, you can stay in Ueno at this price with no complaints. There are almost no amenities and no water provided, but the Room is clean, the unit bath is clean, the lighting is bright, and both the air conditioner and TV are new. However, as others have mentioned, I don’t like the smell of the towels. The odor transfers to my hair and body, so if this could be improved it would be perfect.
