Hotel Sunroute Otsuka

I stayed here to attend a concert at Tokyo Dome. The front desk staff were very helpful, and having someone on site 24 hours a day made me feel safe. The Room is indeed small, but it’s more than enough if you just need a place to sleep. Bath towels, face towels, a toothbrush set, cups, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer were also provided. Above all, having a private bath and toilet at this price was truly appreciated. I would like to stay here again if I have the chance.

I have stayed here several times in the past.\nOnce again, all the staff were very courteous, and the Room was clean and comfortable.\nHowever, there was a window at the head of the bed, and because the curtains were not very long, cold air hit my head from under the curtains throughout the night.\nIt was also disappointing that sunlight hit my face and woke me up early in the morning.\nAs I wrote at the beginning, I am very satisfied with the staff’s service and cleanliness. The quality is hard to find at this price these days, so I would like to stay again.\nNext time, I hope I’m assigned a Room where the curtain length and bed/window positioning are not an issue.
