Itoen Hotel New Sakura

Thank you for taking care of us on our one-night, two-day family trip over the long weekend.It seems Reservations for karaoke, table tennis, billiards, and the private family bath are available on a first-come, first-served basis. With an 18:00 check-in, we could only make a Reservation for billiards.Even though the price is the same, it felt like we missed out a bit. Meal times also fill up starting with the most popular slots. I appreciated that both guests and staff were mostly Japanese.The buffet was great, and having all drinks included was excellent. However, many of the staff were older and seemed to have a hard time keeping up with refills... I would have liked to see younger staff working more efficiently there. That said, the senior staff worked hard and were very polite!!The Room was spacious and nice, but there were snack crumbs under the desk... It would be helpful to have a lint roller in the Room.

My elderly mother and my spouse and I stayed as a group of three. Before our stay, my mother suffered a compression fracture, so we requested to rent a wheelchair. On the day, we were truly grateful to be allowed to park close by. Thanks to the kindness and support of both other guests and the staff, we were able to spend our time in a warm and comforting atmosphere.My mother had thought this might be her last trip, but she now feels uplifted and wants to travel again. Thank you very much!
