I stayed here to attend a concert at the Grand Cube Osaka. It was conveniently close to the venue.Both the Room and the hallways were clean. The welcome drink was a nice touch. Since the air conditioner is positioned low, even on a low setting the airflow hit me and felt a bit cold.

I stayed in a non-smoking single Room and was very satisfied with the hospitality and service. The breakfast-included Plan offered plenty of tasty dishes, and the staff were consistently courteous and helpful throughout my stay.The toilet flush button was a bit stiff, and the shoe area at the Room entrance was somewhat narrow, making it a little difficult to enter without stepping on the carpet when opening the door. For that reason I rated the guest room 4 stars. However, a hair iron and hair dryer were provided, and both the toilet and bathtub were clean. There wasn’t an outlet near the bedside, but an extension cord was available, which was very helpful. The in-room slippers were not disposable, but disposable insole sheets were available next to the front desk, so it wasn’t an issue.It’s only a few minutes’ walk from Osaka International Convention Center, and there is also a convenience store (7-Eleven) inside the building, which made everything very convenient. I would like to stay here again if I attend another event at Osaka International Convention Center.
