Ooedo Onsen Monogatari Premium Shirahama Gyoen

I stayed at your Accommodation in Kinosaki before, and this time I stayed in Shirahama.The Room was spacious, and the children were very happy.At dinner, a staff member kindly offered to take a family photo for us, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture.I would love to visit again if I have the opportunity.

I stay in Shirahama about once every six months, but this was my first time at Shirahama Gyoen.I emailed in advance to let them know I have slight difficulty walking, and they showed me a Room close to the elevator. The restaurant was also on the same floor, which was very helpful.Meals were buffet-style for both breakfast and dinner. There was a wide variety of dishes and everything was delicious, so I ended up eating too much (laugh). The staff were also very kind and helpful. I did have a few minor complaints: the coffee wasn’t very good, the rolled omelet at breakfast wasn’t tasty, there weren’t many amenities, and there was no basket for towels. However, considering the price, I think it can’t be helped. Both the Hotel and the Room were clean. I was worried about slipping on the stairs at the Onsen area, but I’m glad I was able to bathe three times.Next time, I’d like to bring my grandchildren.Thank you for taking care of us.
