Chofu Creston Hotel

I stayed here the night before taking the transfer entrance exam at The University of Electro-Communications. It’s in a very convenient location and close to the university, making it ideal for exam takers. The Room was excellent, and I was able to relax and spend my time comfortably. Thank you for your hospitality!

This was my first stay. However, since I worked at a tenant on the floor below for about five years after PARCO opened—and I’m originally from Chofu—I felt a sense of familiarity (purely personal). That aside, I did feel some inconvenience due to sharing the building with a commercial facility: the elevator not coming (and not even being able to press the button), and issues like emergency exits (are they locked?). Also, some Facilities that are standard in a typical Hotel—ice machines, vending machines, coin laundry, etc.—were not available. Even so, all the staff were pleasant, and although breakfast was slightly cool, there was a good variety and it was enjoyable. That said, since the dining area only had large round tables, it felt very awkward for solo guests. I strongly hope this will be reconsidered. In any case, Chofu has changed quite a bit as well, and including that aspect too, I’d like to visit again.
