Thank you very much for your hospitality.The Room was spacious and clean, the staff were kind and attentive, and Korona no Yu was relaxing; every service detail was well taken care of, making it an excellent Hotel.We would love to stay again in the future, and we appreciate your continued support.

I’ve stayed at several Hotels with large public baths before, but this one is located within a multi-purpose complex that includes a public super sento (bathhouse) used by day visitors, as well as a game arcade, bowling alley, and restaurants. As a guest, you can use the super sento for free during your stay. It’s not the token “large bath” you often find at other Business Hotels—it’s a full-scale, authentic super sento. Very relaxing.The game arcade and dining options are also accessible via a single elevator ride, and the food was delicious. There’s a welcome drink service, and you also receive a free beer voucher (free with an order of food), so I’ll definitely be coming back.The Room was very spacious—more than twice the size of a typical Business Hotel Room—so it’s easy to unwind even just staying in the Room. The Hotel Facility isn’t particularly new, but everything was kept very clean, and the staff were polite and kind.Points to note: The bed was firm while the pillow was soft—not my favorite combination. Changing beds may be difficult, but it would be great if guests could choose between firm and soft pillows. Also, the Wi‑Fi speed in the Facility was slow (about 10 Mbps when tested), so watching videos on a PC wasn’t really practical.Toyokawa Inari Shrine is nearby, and since it’s along a main road with convenience stores and other restaurants in the area, there were no inconveniences during my stay. I’d like to stay here again when I’m in the area.
