    At Route Inn, enjoy a premium-class stay.

    In the Maebashi area, there aren’t many Hotels or Business Hotels that are truly satisfying. Dormy Inn used to stand out, but lately it seems to have become complacent, with some issues in terms of cleanliness. I had high expectations for this property; the breakfast is among the better ones in the Route Inn chain. However, if you park on the 2nd or 3rd floor, there is no elevator, and carrying luggage up and down is a nightmare regardless of whether you have mobility issues. Staff service quality varies. The foreign staff at the restaurant are excellent—their smiles and politeness surpass those of some Japanese staff. The location is convenient, so I plan to stay again.

    User-friendly Accommodation

    I visited on the opening day. I was shown to a Room on a high floor, and I still remember how great the view was. The Room felt just the right size. The parking lot is easy to access, and it’s also nice that there are restaurants within a short walk. Overall, I think it’s a good Hotel—convenient to use and comfortable to stay in. There were two things that stood out: - The small toilet seat in the Room - The nighttime operations at the dining area The first point bothered me quite a bit. People with a larger build may find it difficult. That said, overall I felt it was a good Hotel.
