  We had a comfortable stay.

  This was my first stay. It’s a very compact Hotel, and it also has a café space available 24 hours a day, so I could relax and enjoy my time there. The price felt reasonable as well, so I’d like to stay again. I also appreciated how smooth the checkout process was.

  Good Accommodation

  I’m glad I could stay in a clean, well-kept Room at an affordable price. The lounge that you can use for free is also great. All the staff worked very hard. The distance from Hommachi Station didn’t bother me at all. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Osaka.

  The hotel was small, and the room was also small, but it was clean and comfortable. The free drink facility in the lobby on the first floor was also excellent.

  The room is adjacent...

  The room is adjacent to a wall with no view. It is dark and ventilation is not ideal. However, if you only need a place to sleep without any additional preferences, it should not be an issue.

  Request for System Improvement

  There are no Japanese-speaking staff, so communication in Japanese is not possible. Requests before your stay and communication during check-in were completely unaddressed, and even when asking for assistance from a Japanese-speaking staff member, there was no response. It left me wondering if this is really Japan, and I decided I would never reserve here again.

  Hotel for International Travelers

  Check-in took 15 minutes, not because of a line but due to inexperienced staff. The room cleaning was subpar, with numerous hairs on the table, and standard amenities like deodorizing spray and a kettle commonly found in Japanese Business Hotels were not provided. While this may not bother foreign travelers, it is recommended that seasoned Japanese business travelers avoid this Hotel. As the operator is foreign-based, please consider this Hotel as being more suited for international tourists.
