    A great natural Onsen and sauna.

    The property was clean and I was satisfied, but the front desk staff’s attitude at check-in was very unpleasant. (They need customer service training.)

    Conveniently located near the station.

    Close to the station, with plenty of restaurants nearby. If you rent a car, you can also get around easily and enjoy Onsen and fruit picking. We had a fulfilling trip in Fukushima. We would like to stay here again.

    No place to park your motorcycle?!

    They told me to park my motorcycle in a public two-wheeler parking area (for bicycles and mopeds). It took a 5-minute walk. I’ve stayed at many Route Inn hotels, but this was the first time I’ve been treated this way. I understand that parking is limited near the station, but it felt unfriendly toward motorcyclists.

    The Route Inn Group’s Grand level is great!

    It was very clean. Both the single and twin rooms had a simple sofa, which made it easy to relax.

    I was satisfied with the cleanliness, service, and Facilities. I felt it offered excellent value for money. It’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

    The bed mattress was...

    The bed mattress was very disappointing. It was obviously an inexpensive spring mattress and far too firm. I haven’t slept on a mattress this hard in a long time, so you may not want to expect much in terms of comfort. (Of course, some people may prefer a very firm mattress.) Also, regarding amenities, I questioned the decision to provide ReFa items differently for men and women. I wondered whether it’s necessary to make distinctions based on gender. Other than that, the entire Facility felt new, and overall it left a decent impression for a Business Hotel. The dining area and bathhouse were clean, and I was able to stay comfortably.

    New and well-maintained, excellent service, great facilities, close to the station and near the nightlife area—perfect! Highly satisfied! Highly recommended.

    Conveniently located near the station. The room was clean, and the large public bath was accessible until late, making it very user-friendly.

    Clean and conveniently located near the station. The public bath was also clean, and the shampoo bar was great. The shampoo I chose had an amazing fragrance. Overall, it was a great experience!

    Conveniently located...

    Conveniently located right in front of Fukushima Station, the stay was very comfortable. The Facility is entirely new, and the staff at the front desk were warm and welcoming. The breakfast menu was abundant, and I was pleasantly surprised by freshly fried tempura in the morning. The Onsen experience with indoor wear allowed was enjoyable. However, the water in the large public bath was quite hot, making it difficult to soak for long periods—perhaps due to its natural source temperature? It would be nice if it could be adjusted slightly.

    Luxury City Hotel

    Route Inn's new accommodations are all excellent, and the manners of everyone, including the cleaning staff, are wonderful. I will continue to use Fukushima Station East Exit as my regular accommodation.

    The young parking attendant provided excellent service. The female staff at the front desk were polite and pleasant in their responses.

    Route Inn Grand offers enhanced features and amenities for a more comfortable stay.

    Whether you find it valuable or not depends on the individual. I choose accommodations in this area depending on the purpose of my stay before other work. It was a very new and comfortable accommodation. The meals were quite delicious, but it would be nice to have a little more uniqueness or a specialty dish.

    Fukushima's Best Hotel - Repeat Reservation Completed

    Visited Fukushima for the first time in January. This time, I stayed here as it wasn't open during my last visit! Location, facility, service, price, and bath—perfect. The location is within walking distance to the downtown area. Last time I had to take a taxi back and forth four times, which was unnecessary spending. There’s no hotel in Fukushima that surpasses this one. Next reservation for July complete + 1 additional day reservation complete!
