    It was an incredibly satisfying trip.

    This was my first time staying here. The entrance was beautiful! There was a relaxing space inside where I could rest, and I enjoyed taking it easy even after check-in. The Room was very clean, and with just a 10-minute walk to Kokusai Street, I couldn't believe the price! It made for a very satisfying trip. Although the Room didn't have a bathtub, it was compact and equipped with just a shower, which felt very clean and fresh. The front desk staff were all kind and helpful, making it easy to relax after feeling tired from the flight. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Okinawa!

    A stylish and new Hotel near Asahibashi, but...

    This was my first stay. The interior is stylish and the hotel feels new. However, the service felt minimal, which was disappointing given how nice the building is. I chose a room with a separate bath and toilet, but the bathroom by the window is completely made of glass with no coverings at all. It seems suitable only for solo travelers or couples. Since it’s fully visible from outside, curtains might be necessary. The bathtub was slightly small, and while I expected better water pressure from that type of showerhead, it was on the lower side. When I tried to place my glasses on the headboard, there was a lot of dust—something you don’t often see. Breakfast was served as a one-plate meal consisting of a croissant and sticky rice dumpling, potage soup and pot-au-feu stew, coffee jelly and yogurt—two items from similar categories stood out to me as unusual choices. A brief explanation about drinks when handing over meal tickets would have been helpful. The facilities are stylish; if customer service improves even slightly to meet standard expectations, this could become a very popular hotel.

    Generally satisfied.

    The property is well-maintained, and it was convenient to have self-service umbrella rentals near the entrance. A Coke ON vending machine was also available. However, it would have been even better if the large TV allowed HDMI connections.

    A hotel with all the necessary features.

    I stayed for just one night. Although compact, the space was clean, well-equipped with necessary amenities, and very comfortable.

    Interior

    The Room is small, but the interior is wonderful, and I was very satisfied with it for business use. I wonder if they hired an architectural designer for the interior. I can recommend it much more than APA. I think women will also be satisfied. There was one Hotel staff member who was not very responsive. I would like to see it expand nationwide as a chain.

    You can relax with just the right service.

    This is my second time using this service. I generally prefer to be left alone to relax, but I was able to relax with the necessary and sufficient services provided. There were always plenty of umbrellas available for loan, and taxi arrangements were handled promptly, so I felt comfortable relying on them. I will use this service again during my stay in Naha.
