    Excellent location!

    Stayed for one night during my first trip to Kagoshima. While I had some expectations during the Reservation process, the location exceeded them—absolutely fantastic. Situated right in the heart of Tenmonkan, it was a perfect base to enjoy and complete all the planned activities on my schedule. The Room was impeccable, with relatively new and clean amenities like the bed and bathroom, providing a relaxing stay. I am completely satisfied without even a minor complaint to mention. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Kagoshima. Thank you!

    It was great.

    The location was excellent with many shops and tourist spots nearby, making it easy to explore. The breakfast was delicious with options to choose from. Check-in and check-out were smooth and convenient. The view from the Room was great, and the Room itself was clean and very comfortable to stay in. Thanks to this, we had a wonderful trip. Thank you very much! However, the parking lot was not free, and being in a busy city center made entering and exiting a bit intimidating. It would have been nice if there were parking facilities within the Hotel premises.

    It was excellent!

    The Hotel in Kagoshima was exceptionally clean, including the interior, rooms, and large public bath, making it truly comfortable. The air conditioning had no unpleasant smell, and the LG Styler was convenient for quickly removing wrinkles and odors from clothes. Although the walls and windows were slightly thin, I would love to stay here again.

    Stayed here for the first time.

    This was my first stay. Since it was a two-room suite, self-check-in seemed unavailable, and the front desk staff assisted me personally. They kindly explained everything, allowing for a smooth check-in process. Thank you very much. Additionally, the large public bath and the clothing care machine in the Room were great features. After enjoying drinks and returning to the Hotel, I felt refreshed both physically and with my clothes taken care of during my stay. I will definitely consider staying here again when I visit Kagoshima. Thank you!

    First-time Use

    Even without other people, I think it's sufficient for Japanese guests. The room's spaciousness is its charm. However, the lower part inside the bathtub is brown with grime, despite being a new bathtub. I would like some improvement, either by thoroughly standardizing room cleaning or having a professional cleaner provide a lecture. I want to relax by filling the bathtub with water, so I can't tolerate a visibly dirty and unsanitary condition.
