  I was able to relax.

  About a 7–8 minute walk from Ikebukuro West Exit (North). There’s also a Lawson just a 1-minute walk away, making it a very convenient location. The large bath was relaxing, and the water temperature was around 41°C—perfect for me as I prefer it slightly hot. The Room was clean and comfortable, and I was able to unwind. It was also great that everything is keyless, so there’s no need to carry a card, and checkout procedures can be completely skipped. It would have been even better if the bath had a sauna.

  I missed the schedul...

  I missed the scheduled cleaning time while working, but when I asked the front desk, they kindly managed to fit in the cleaning for me. I was so focused on preparing documents needed for that afternoon that I ended up requesting it 30 minutes late. After finishing my work and returning to a clean room, I felt truly refreshed and grateful! Thank you so much!

  It was just as everyone mentioned in the reviews.

  I stayed here with my daughter for a girls' night. The front desk staff had a very warm and welcoming smile. The women-only floor was fantastic. The ReFa hair dryer was also great. I will definitely stay here again next time. Thank you very much!

  Always comfortable. This is an accommodation that makes you want to visit repeatedly. A humble request: it would be even better if breakfast time could be extended until 9:30 AM and check-out until 10:30 AM. I look forward to visiting again next month.

  About Accommodation in General (Super Hotel Premier Ikebukuro Natural Onsen)

  It was my first stay at a Super Hotel in a long time. In fact, I stayed at a Super Hotel over 10 years ago, but the customer service was terrible and I complained on the spot. They told me it was fine not to stay, so I had avoided it since then. This time, there was an Onsen in Ikebukuro. I decided to stay. I was surprised by the truly wonderful customer service. The amenities were well-prepared and there were no issues at all. The Onsen had an adequate size and was sufficient. However, I thought breakfast could have had more variety; although it's difficult with a buffet style. At checkout, you don't need to stop by the front desk, but I made sure to greet them anyway. I'd definitely like to stay again next time. However, recently prices have surged due to inbound tourism; I'm hoping something can be done about that. Nevertheless, it was a good stay.

  The hospitality of the front staff was excellent. It was a clean Hotel. It would have been nice if the drink bar had non-alcoholic options. It is convenient as there are convenience stores nearby. It was my first time in a while in Ikebukuro, and if you're unsure about dinner, the restaurants in Tobu Department Store are well-equipped and convenient.
