    It was great after all.

    I stayed here previously when attending a live show at Zepp and found it very comfortable, so this time I chose it again for a concert at Hitaru. The Onsen is larger than those at other Hotels with an Onsen, and the large public bath is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate around 10 people. The Room was also very comfortable. I would like to stay here again.

    I would like the front desk staff’s service to be improved.

    The service from several front desk staff members was very poor. I am not asking for high-end service—just the standard level of reception you would expect at a typical Hotel. In the end, I was assisted by four staff members: two were excellent, but I had issues with the other two. Since this is a highly rated Hotel, I hope this will be improved promptly. I especially felt there were problems on June 29.

    As expected from Daiwa Roynet Hotel.

    I stayed here to watch a professional baseball game at ES CON Field. The game ran long and I checked in late, but the staff handled it pleasantly. I was also very satisfied with the large public bath. The price was a bit high, but I added breakfast. There were local Hokkaido dishes such as soup curry, herring, and seafood. I was very satisfied. After breakfast, it felt great to take a walk around Nakajima Park. When I stay in Hokkaido again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

    Because it was raini...

    Because it was raining, towels were available at the front desk, which allowed me to dry my wet clothes. I really appreciated the thoughtful consideration. The parking staff and the front desk staff were also kind and helpful.

    Nice.

    I’ve been staying here whenever I visit Sapporo for the past five years. The location is very convenient—it's an easy walk back even after a night out in Susukino. While the large public bath is not an Onsen, it’s very clean, spacious, and extremely relaxing. I’ll continue to stay here in the future.

    It was very spacious and clean!

    Our family of four stayed for one night. The service, the Room, and the large public bath were all excellent. We were able to stay at a very reasonable price, and it was spacious enough for four adults to relax comfortably. The location was also very convenient.

    The toilet and bathroom are separate, and the property is barrier-free.

    The bathroom has a bathtub, with a separate washing area. There is also a large public bath, tastefully designed, and the changing room is warm as well. The walls are thick, so there is no noise. I have stayed here several times, and if there is availability, this Hotel is my first choice.

    Close to Nakajima Koen Station.

    Stayed on a snowy day. The staff kindly provided towels at check-in, which was very helpful. The staff's hospitality was excellent. The room was clean with a separate bath and toilet. It took some time to fill the bathtub, so it would be better if the water flow could be increased slightly.

    I stayed for three nights and was very satisfied. The public bath was clean and comfortable to use. The only disappointment was the lack of a shower cap among the amenities.

    A new Hotel near Nakajima Park

    Standard Double Room for single use in a two-year-old Hotel. The Room is relatively spacious, the bathroom is clean, and the public bath is well-maintained and user-friendly. Check-in and check-out procedures are handled by machines but are smooth, with staff providing polite assistance when needed.

    Close to the station and the destination facility, the room was spacious, clean, and allowed smoking. I had a wonderful time. It was a pity I couldn't visit the large public bath. I would love to stay again.

    The Spirit of Hospitality

    This time, we reserved a family room for four. It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable to stay in. Perhaps because it was for four people, the table was large, and the big TV was also appreciated. We bought many items from the convenience store in front of the hotel (great selection! Highly recommended!) and enjoyed them on the table. The spirit of hospitality could be felt right upon arrival during our interaction while parking. Unfortunately, the hotel's parking lot was full, so we had to park at a nearby lot; however, my family was deeply impressed by how kind the staff were. Although tired from driving, it really lifted our spirits. When visiting Sapporo again, we would love to stay at this hotel once more. Thank you very much!

    This is a new Hotel.

    The interior felt more like a "newly built house by Daiwa House" rather than a Hotel. Convenient location, and considering the price for business use, it was satisfactory. Tolerate the loud voices of inbound tourists.

    It had been a while since my last reservation, but just like before, the room and the large public bath were well-maintained and clean, allowing me to have a comfortable stay.

    The front desk staff provided kind and pleasant service. The Room was spacious, clean, and easy to use. This is my first stay in a while, but Daiwa Roynet always offers a reliable and comfortable experience.

    Very good Hotel.

    The room was very spacious and had a relaxing layout, which was excellent. The bath and toilet were separate, allowing me to unwind in the bathtub as if I were at home. It is just a few minutes from Nakajima Park Station and within walking distance of the Susukino area. There is a Seicomart convenience store right in front of the hotel, making it a very convenient location. This was my second stay, and I would definitely like to use this hotel again on my next visit. Thank you for your hospitality!

    This place is great.

    Although located slightly away from the bustling Susukino area, it is quiet and pleasant. The facility was clean and comfortable, but above all, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was very large and satisfying. There seems to be a public bath as well, but I used the Onsen powder provided in the room. The breakfast exceeded expectations in both variety and quality for its price. However, the miso ramen was not well-prepared. Staff were very kind in arranging deliveries and other services. Among hotels in Sapporo, this one is highly recommended.

    Stability.

    Clean and reliable. As expected from the trusted Daiwa Roynet, this Hotel did not disappoint. Amenities were available in the lobby for self-service. There was a wide variety of tea, and even bath additives were provided for an enjoyable experience.

    Both the guest room and the large public bath were kept clean, allowing for a comfortable stay. The room we were guided to on the day was slightly larger than the room at the time of Reservation, and we appreciated the consideration.

    Wonderful Hotel

    Everything in the Facility was clean, and I was able to spend my time comfortably. The front desk staff were also very pleasant. The service that allows you to see the congestion of the bath and meals from the Room was also excellent. I was surprised by the 3-in-1 charger, the large mirror on the desk, the rental service for Refa hair irons, and the ice service after the bath. I will use it again. Thank you very much.
