    Good

    From luggage storage before check-in through check-out, the service is streamlined yet kind. The card-key elevator access provides reassuring security. It’s a little away from the downtown area, but once you get to the station, everything you need is there, so it’s convenient.

    The greeting on arrival was polite and left a great impression. Although it was a little far from Sendai Station, the subway station was nearby and access to my destinations was convenient, so I’m glad I chose this Hotel. Right outside the Hotel entrance is the “Sendai Morning Market,” making it a great choice for sightseeing as well. Breakfast was also excellent, with thoughtful touches using local ingredients.

    I’m satisfied.

    It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby, PARCO is close, and the morning market is also nearby—so it was a great location. They also had all the amenities for women, and even a hair iron available to borrow, which made me regret bringing my own (lol). Next time I’d like to stay with as little luggage as possible. It was a great Hotel with excellent value for money. I’d definitely stay again.

    Quiet and comfortable.

    Close to the station with many restaurants nearby, offering a great location. The Room and the entire facility are very clean with plenty of amenities. I would love to stay here again.

    Due to an urgent mat...

    Due to an urgent matter, I made a last-minute Reservation the day before and honestly did not have high expectations for the Room or Facility. However, the front desk staff's service, the condition of the Room, and the Facility were all excellent. Even though it was just a one-night stay, I had a very comfortable experience. I was especially grateful for the clothing deodorizing spray provided—it was such a thoughtful touch. I would love to stay here again!

    A comfortable Business Hotel with separate bathroom and toilet.

    Close to the subway station, very near the morning market, and surrounded by convenience stores and restaurants, the location is quite good. The building is new and clean. Self-check-in is easy with a QR code. The Room isn't spacious, but if you forgo using a chair, it doesn't feel cramped. Most notably, having separate bathroom, toilet, and sink areas is an incredible advantage for twin occupancy. Personally, I think this feature alone makes it worth choosing this Hotel. However, while the shower water pressure in the bathroom was fine, the water flow at the sink was noticeably weak. Also, the toilet paper was very thin—though that seems to be common in many Hotels these days. Overall, it was a comfortable Business Hotel with high satisfaction levels!

    Great value for money!

    With such rates, there's no reason to choose another hotel. The facility and Onsen were rated four only because there is no large public bath. Wonderful!

    Stayed for 3 nights....

    Stayed for 3 nights. Conveniently located just a short walk from Sendai Station through the morning market. The room is simple and user-friendly with minimal steps to the bathroom. While it only has basic amenities, having purified tap water safe for drinking is a significant advantage—no need to worry even if you forget to buy drinks. The coin laundry with a lock system and electronic payment option was very convenient, eliminating the need to go to the front desk for change (though there’s a vending machine available for that). It was my first time using electronic payment at a laundry, which was surprising. You can also check the availability of laundry machines on your room TV, showing great attention to guest convenience. One minor downside was the small tabletop mirror—it’s not ideal for makeup unless placed at a higher position; I ended up putting it on top of the electric kettle! Overall, very satisfied and would love to make this my regular accommodation in Sendai.

    There is no hospitality etiquette.

    【Location】Within walking distance from the station, 1 minute to the convenience store. 【Room】Not spacious but comfortable, with storage space under the bed. The bed mattress is firm, which may be a matter of preference. There is a small clock, but it makes a ticking noise, so it was moved to the corner of the room. The bathroom fan is always on and cannot be turned off, which may bother those sensitive to noise when sleeping. The refrigerator has a door, so its noise is not very noticeable. 【Bath】Ordinary. Bath salts are provided, which is appreciated. 【Facility】No particular inconvenience. It was considerate to have smoke protection plastic bags for fire evacuation in each room. 【Dining】The variety of dishes is sufficient, the curry was rich but salty. The coffee was delicious. However, the space is narrow, and it is difficult to move unless it is one-way. 【Service】There was a rather unfriendly front desk staff at check-out. Check-in and check-out are done by machine, but customer service is necessary if there are questions or consultations. The response was curt with no smile or gestures, just pointing "over there." The same attitude was shown to the next guest. Perhaps they couldn't nap at night, but professional service is expected. Many hotel staff wanted to serve with a smile even during the COVID-19 pandemic, but is this Hotel neglecting customer service education by relying on machines? (However, the restaurant staff provided very polite service.)

    It was a comfortable stay.

    It was a very clean hotel. I was very satisfied with the room having a separate bath and toilet. The coffee service was excellent. Other hotels often offer welcome drinks, but I often can't drink them due to time constraints...
