    Conveniently located near the Sanjo-kai Shopping Arcade.

    We stayed one night in a standard Room. Before check-in, you store your luggage in a locker yourself using the issued QR code. Both check-in and check-out are done entirely by machine. We were traveling with our parents in their 70s, and they don’t have credit cards—we didn’t realize cash payments aren’t accepted, so if you prefer paying in cash, please be careful. The scrambled eggs in the free breakfast set were surprisingly salty (haha), but we appreciated having a light breakfast included as a service. It was conveniently located near Sanjo-kai Shopping Street, Teramachi Shopping Street, and Shinkyogoku Shopping Street.

    What I liked

    What I liked The shower and toilet are separate Disposable slippers The free breakfast is delicious What I didn’t like No electric kettle or cups Hand towels instead of face towels Since there’s no electric kettle, it was a bit disappointing that I couldn’t make foods or drinks that require hot water. Other than that, it was a clean, functional, comfortable Hotel.

    Simple is Best

    I used this facility for the first time on an affordable day after New Year's. I was aware there was no bathtub, but the variety of facilities was excellent. Perhaps because it was a weekday, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast in a quiet atmosphere. The smile of the woman at the breakfast area counter was very comforting. I will use this facility again.

    It was a new and mod...

    It was a new and modern Business Hotel. Everything from check-in to check-out was automated, so there was no interaction with staff, making it difficult to evaluate service or hospitality. Amenities were minimal, and the absence of a kettle or cups for tea felt unique. The Room was a twin used as a single, and the lack of a bathtub made the space feel larger. Since Kyoto has many high-quality hotels in the same price range, I would consider staying here again if I find an affordable rate.
