    Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of 2 nights. (Good points) - There is an Onsen bath. - The staff are very helpful. - The property is well cleaned. (Staff even clean the white pebble area at the entrance.) - The elevator arrives quickly. - Plenty of parking spaces. - Meeting rooms are available to rent, and the fees are relatively affordable. - Convenience stores (Seicomart, 7-Eleven) and a drugstore (Tsuruha) are nearby. (Points to improve / inconveniences) - The Onsen is open only until midnight. - No body sponge amenity for washing. - Morning sunlight comes in easily through gaps in the curtains and wakes you up (better blackout curtains would help). - Voices from the hallway carry easily. - It is far from Tomakomai Station (not an issue if you have a car). - Check-out is by 10:00 AM. - The double bed feels quite small for two people.

    HDMI not supported

    I have stayed here several times. The Room is spacious and comfortable. However, the TV does not respond to HDMI, which is disappointing. I often connect a Fire Stick to watch movies or use my laptop for work, so it would be great if this could be improved. The parking is free, and the location is excellent, so I have no other complaints.

    Spacious and clean Room

    The room is spacious, clean, and has a nice modern Japanese style. The adjustable TV angle is a great feature. However, it’s very disappointing that the HDMI doesn’t work—no response even when using a Fire Stick. It would be appreciated if this could be addressed since I often connect devices for movies or work during my Hotel stays. Parking is free, and there are no other complaints.

    Stayed here as the starting point of my Hokkaido trip after arriving at Tsuruga Port by ferry at night. Conveniently located near a convenience store. The sauna was great with high temperatures, but it was disappointing that there was no relaxation space. It would be nice to have chairs for indoor cooling-off areas.

    Front Desk Service

    The moment I entered the room, there was an unpleasant smell, so I contacted the front desk. They immediately changed my room, and I was able to relax and soak in the Onsen to relieve my fatigue.

    Mysterious Breakfast Voucher

    No Meals Included, but a breakfast voucher was provided. At check-in, we were handed the room key and a meal voucher. Thinking breakfast was included as a service, we went to the restaurant the next morning. When asked for our room number and providing it, it seemed we weren’t on their list. After checking with the front desk, we waited about 5 minutes. The restaurant staff then said, "This is our mistake, but you’re staying No Meals Included, right?" This left us feeling unpleasant in the morning. Although it was clearly an error by the front desk to give us a breakfast voucher despite being No Meals Included guests, their tone and expression made it seem like we were at fault for bringing it in. Additionally, from inside the kitchen area someone shouted to prepare two more meals while saying "Why is this happening?" which could be overheard. The view from the restaurant was beautiful and somewhat made up for this experience. However, their recommended hot pot dish? It was far too salty. In future stays where No Meals Included comes with a breakfast voucher by mistake again—I’ll be cautious!
