  At check-in.

  Although it may be a popular Hotel, I had already prepaid and arrived to check in at the scheduled time, but I was told the room cleaning was not finished and had to wait 30 minutes. Having guests wait in a small lobby in the heat is a problem.

  The shower stopped working at night.

  After arrival, while taking a shower, the water stopped midway (just as I was about to rinse off the shampoo). I had already noticed that the water pressure seemed weak, but after hearing sounds from what seemed like the neighboring Room's bathroom usage, only a trickle of hot water came out. Then, after what sounded like someone filling their bathtub, the water completely stopped, which made me panic. Once those sounds stopped, the water flow returned to normal and I managed to finish my shower without further issues. However, I never want to experience something like that again. The other Facilities and amenities were well-equipped and satisfactory overall, but I don't think I'll be staying here again.

  It was relaxing.

  Close to Hakata Station and conveniently near a convenience store, the location was excellent. The Room was neither too spacious nor too small, just right. The surrounding area was quiet, allowing for a restful sleep. The front desk staff were kind and very helpful. I would love to stay here again.
