    We planned a 6-day, ...

    We planned a 6-day, 5-night stay at the Hotel. We especially wanted a quiet Room on a high floor, and the Hotel met our expectations. The only drawback was that we experienced heavy rain during our stay. Our Room was right next to the balcony, so due to temperature changes, condensation and water droplets formed on the door, and I nearly slipped a few times when entering the Room. The neighboring Room felt a bit damp, but the mattress was comfortable and we slept well for several nights. On the first floor there was a coffee machine, and cereal and milk were available during the day. From the NHK building across the street, Basement Level 2 connects directly to Oasis 21 bus stop No. 2 and the subway station. It is very convenient for walking through the underground mall to Sakae’s main shopping district.

    That’s sufficient.

    I stayed in Nagoya for a live concert. Since the venue was a five-minute walk away, I made a quick Reservation several months in advance. The room size and Facilities were more than satisfactory. I usually just take showers and don’t use a bathtub, so the clean shower booth was perfect for me. With only the essentials provided—and at this location—I think it offers excellent value for money. I’ll likely stay here again next time if I have the chance.

    I had a comfortable stay with no waste.

    My child and I booked two Rooms for a Multiple Night Stay, and since it was for an exam, we were assigned adjacent Rooms in a location that did not share walls with other Rooms. The entrance is via an exterior corridor—an unusual layout like you might find at a resort. It rained during our stay, so the noise from the ventilation fan was a bit loud, but the interior was simple yet comfortable and welcoming, and it felt nice—like coming back to my own Room. The staff were friendly with warm smiles without being overbearing, and we also enjoyed delicious coffee from a high-end machine next to the front desk. The loan umbrellas on rainy days were plain clear plastic umbrellas without logos and very convenient to use. Above all, the location was excellent, and this Hotel was very convenient for me overall—I'd definitely like to stay again if I have the chance.

    Excellent value for money.

    The accommodation offers excellent value for money in a convenient location within Nagoya city. The room is particularly spacious compared to other hotels, providing a comfortable stay. It would be helpful if there were more parking spaces nearby.

    Simple and clean Hotel

    Stayed for a family event. Very close to Oasis 21 and Hisaya Odori, making it easy to enjoy sightseeing in Sakae. Would love to stay again.

    No soundproofing.

    The building and rooms are new, stylish, and charming. The room size and amenities were as expected for a Business Hotel—neither outstanding nor disappointing. However, the distance to the parking lot and lack of soundproofing were concerning. The parking lot is a partnered paid facility located a bit away from the Hotel, which made it slightly inconvenient as re-entering after exiting was not possible. Additionally, the low soundproofing allowed voices from people walking in the hallway (clear enough to understand their conversations) and flushing sounds from neighboring rooms to be heard clearly. I am unlikely to stay here again.

    Is it a former apartment building?

    Even considering the year-end and New Year prices, the cost performance is poor. The structure of the building, or rather the Room, was like an apartment with an open floor, and the Room was small. I can't pay 10,000 yen for a Room just to sleep.
